I rarely write reviews, but I couldn't get past them here. We had a family vacation from 7.10.2025 to 14.10.2025 consisting of me, my husband and two small children (2.5 years and 8 months). The hotel is great in everything and really worth the money. We lived in a standard room with a sea view and somehow did not notice any special flaws that could so excite our consciousness that they would make us grab the phone, fall on the floor and take pictures of the parquet and tiles for wear. There were no questions about cleaning either: linen and towels were changed daily, cleaned clean and twice a day. The territory of the hotel is large, very interesting and thoughtful. I would also like to mention the work of the engineers and architects who came up with all this and so competently integrated it into the existing area. A very interesting project!) Since the hotel is located on a hill and designed in a cascading style, people travel here by cars, escalators or on foot. We chose the latter, even though we were with small children, but it didn't bother us at all. Kijo Kids Club is a paradise for parents))) My daughter is 2.5 years old, and she still remembers Kijo with a constant desire to return there! All restaurants operate according to the a la carte system, there is no standard "all inclusive" anywhere, and, of course, this is much more interesting)) Honestly, I don't understand what I might not like. (Did you see any familiar names on the menu?) Didn't all the food in all the restaurants suit you??? Seriously? I'm surprised that we have such a sophisticated audience (especially from the periphery). For the sufferers who complained that Moët & Chandon and Veuve Clicquot champagne is served only once and only upon arrival: no, you can come to the bar in the main lobby at any time of the day and drink it in unlimited quantities. The beach is beautiful, the sand is white, the sea is perfect! There is a waiter call button on each umbrella. There were no problems with the service, but sometimes you had to press the button several times to get attention. Entertainment in the evenings included singers, musicians, and a symphony orchestra — music never got in the way. Of the cons, I would mention the Koza restaurant. He's really tired and needs an update. The service there is very late. That's all. If you want a beautiful, stylish place with good cuisine and an ideal beach, this is the place for you. And yes, there are and will be disadvantages everywhere: in any hotel, and in life in general))) But why focus on it so much ‼️

Of course, this is an interesting hotel, a vacation for those who came to chat and do nothing, everything is in the hotel but at the same time there is nothing outside it. In general, as in the Maldives, although the Maldives has an ocean)) the food was delicious, the alakart included 4 restaurants, it seems everyone will find their own, the staff almost all speak Russian, very nice people. We were traveling with children, there is a very cool children's room for children, they are occupied from dawn to dusk, I even played there myself) But at the same time, if you hope that there is a purely family vacation, then this is not the case, there are a lot of discos and they are not until 11, but at least until 2 nights. Therefore, you will hear basses from everywhere and strongly) The beach is great, I liked everything, the water is cold in May and we were lucky without rain. There are all kinds of pools and even 18+ for comfort. I liked that there was a choice of pillows, I found one with which my sleep was good, even with music until 2 a.m.) and so everything is beautifully cleaned, a lot of people are fussing over the order. This is definitely a solid top five (5 stars) where both young and young with children and old women will find rest) I also hurt my finger playing soccer.

A huge beautiful territory, fascinating landscapes, mountains, sea, white sand on the beaches. Everything is provided in the rooms, they are very comfortable. There are several a la carte restaurants, you can eat everywhere, they are included in the concept. I especially liked Italian and Gugu. So, the most realistic hotel review that everyone thinks is the best. This hotel is simply not customer-oriented. I explain: a lot of money was spent on it, as a result, you get poor service, ask for it and they will give it to you . The beach and the entrance to the water are stones . The rooms are mink, this hotel has good marketing and that's it!! They are selling simple Turkey for riches! And you can drink the promised Moët only in one place , almost on coupons , and they won 't let you leave the truth for the second time ! I don't recommend it!!! It's not worth the money at all !!! The price is red for him !

Impressions of the Lujo Hotel itself remained mixed. The hotel invests a lot in marketing, actively pays bloggers and famous people for advertising, but, unfortunately, they save on the hotel itself and the service. To begin with, the hotel was built in 2019, but it looks surprisingly shabby for its age. It feels like the renovation was done by people who took it up for the first time: the wallpaper peels off everywhere, the walls are crooked, everything looks shabby. The service also leaves much to be desired, especially when compared with other hotels of this class. Good service is when you haven't had time to think about it yet, and you've already been offered it. There is no such thing in Lujo: you have to come up with something yourself, ask for it, achieve it - there is clearly not enough customer orientation. The rooms are dark, the sleeping arrangements are synthetic, the curtains are thin (this is definitely not a blackout). There were problems with the hot water, it was never fixed, workers came several times, made noise, left dirt that no one cleaned up until we asked for it. The food was also disappointing. In free all inclusive restaurants, the menu is very small, and you will eat plus or minus the same thing, just with different serving. For example, pancakes and Belgian waffles are served for breakfast, which taste exactly the same. It's the same story with fish and meat in other restaurants: everywhere there are similar positions, slightly modified. There are no shrimps, no oysters, no variety. Many dishes are simply filled with sauce, and once the arugula turned out to be unwashed – the sand creaked on the teeth. The territory of the hotel is small, there is practically nowhere to walk. And I strongly advise you not to be fooled by paid bloggers' posts: for example, about expensive champagne – it will be poured exactly once, at a welcome in the lobby, and no more. There are no expensive cosmetics in the room, there used to be Bulgari, but now, apparently, they are saving. In general, Lujo is just an ordinary good five, but not premium, not luxury or deluxe. The hotel is huge and ostentatious, but there is absolutely no feeling that you are in a first-class place with high cuisine and high service. It's a complete disappointment because expectations were very high because of the beautiful photos and advertisements. For that kind of money, it's better to go to another hotel – we liked similar establishments much more. Lujo is definitely not worth the money.

A "premium" vacation, or what it actually turned out to be. I'll start, perhaps, with the advantages: Beautiful views (thanks to nature); Picturesque sunsets (thanks to nature); Gorgeous clear sea, though cool (thanks to nature); Various and quite tasty desserts, ice cream; In all public places, the restrooms are kept perfectly clean.; All in all, relatively good work by joy assistants.; Prompt and fairly high-quality room cleaning. And now let's go through the cons.: The food is for a not very confident four. In my opinion, the taste and quality of the dishes absolutely do not match the price.; The dinners at Alarga and Asma restaurants are not bad, but sometimes there are problems with serving dishes. They can bring you all the appetizers and salads in 2 minutes, and then you will sit at an empty table for 30-40 minutes and wait for the main course.; The breakfasts are frankly weak and mediocre; eggs Benedict cannot cook in any institution-the egg is overcooked, the hollandaise sauce is sour, the bread is overdried; The service in this hotel is lame with both legs: absolutely none of the staff greets! Everyone is trying to pretend that you don't exist. The maximum is that the bartenders can smile when ordering.; The territory is not small, but it is completely stupid. We didn't manage to make high-quality walks, there are simply no areas for promenades here-you walk a couple of paths and that's where the walking area ends; there is a highway outside the hotel; The beach is small, short and strewn with small sharp pebbles on the water line-you can't walk barefoot.; Rooms with access to the pool are a waste of money. Yes, it's a beautiful view from the room. But you will not get what you expect as a guest when you pay for a room with a pool-you will have access to a cold pool in which it is impossible to swim for a long time and with pleasure. You can write to the assistants about this, ask them to turn on the heating, complain and ask them to fix this problem, since you were initially told that the pools are heated to 28-29 degrees. And they will even tell you that the problem is being solved. But in the end, no one will deal with this problem, and the water will remain cold. Apparently, they save electricity. In summary, I would like to say that the hotel is generally not bad and there is potential. But we need to change the whole approach. And at least start by introducing a rule that staff should greet guests, and not look away! Carefully study the menu and its execution. Realizing that in your region at the end of May / beginning of June the sea temperature is 21-22 degrees, it is necessary to warm up the pools. It is not desirable, but it is necessary! Guests want to swim comfortably in the pool, and not chatter their teeth from the cold.

The hotel is not worth the money. These are the worst breakfasts we've had in premium and luxury hotels: there's no choice at all, the service is very simple. The room was poorly cleaned upon arrival, the panoramic restaurants had unwashed glass fences, the coffee shop had unwashed tables several times, and the waiters were very slow and unfriendly (in the coffee shop under the Koza restaurant). The staff is unqualified and empty-eyed, they don't know all the details about the hotel. In response to my question about healthy desserts, the assistant offered cookies from the room's refrigerator with palm oil, emulsifiers, thickeners, refined sugar and other chemicals (this is just one example). Quarkodes were torn off almost everywhere on the beach to the left of the pier. Nowhere on the menu is there a berry plate, any smoothies, etc. An unsafe kids' club with a second exit, which any child can safely enter, and no one will stop, an unsafe playground. A very ugly water park (it's better without it at all..). Yes, the hotel is beautiful, the views are wonderful, but the view from the beach to the bay is not the best, there is more beautiful in Bodrum. The beach itself is comfortable and beautiful. Wonderful heated pools, very beautiful. The seafood, Asian and Italian restaurants are very tasty, but there are frankly disastrous dishes, especially salads. In May, the walls were painted in the lobby in front of the elevator in the main building! Very loud music until 24 hours or one o'clock in the morning, both from the Lujo bar, if you live in the left buildings, and from the hotel opposite (there is no escape from it anywhere(( It's also the most uncomfortable entrance area and lobby I've ever seen. A gorgeous view of the surroundings, and at the same time the interior, like at the reception of some financial company in Moscow City… To be honest, I can go on and on.. The hotel left a very mixed impression, the worst value for money. A hotel without a soul... I would call it that(

The hotel is magnificent, we have been vacationing since 05/21/2025, and we returned absolutely delighted. A huge green well-kept territory, cleanliness and beauty everywhere. The restaurants are all a la carte, no buffets. The menu is varied and the drinks are of high quality. The service is fast and unobtrusive. The beaches are comfortable, with soft sun beds and fluffy towels. Cool pier with wild boars, zone 16+. Bugs are moving around the territory, which is very convenient for such a large space. Personal assistants promptly resolve all issues that arise. Our room had access to the pool - it was wonderful. It's large, with an impressive walk-in closet. The room has everything you need and even more. Rumservice is excellent, they clean up cleanly and promptly We really hope that we will come back here again.

We stayed at this hotel in June 2024. The hotel is large, located on a hill, so it is possible to move there only on small electric cars and escalators, which are located directly under the open sky)). The territory is beautiful, the sea is excellent, the food is delicious according to the a la carte system. But, you wait a very long time for your order in the restaurant, it may be confused or not brought at all, this has happened repeatedly (We lived in a two-story villa with its own pool, the villa is old, the doors are cracked, creak and barely close, the pool was cleaned once in 10 days, the water in it, apparently, is changed once a season the water in it is dirty. Water was brought once every 2-3 days. I got one star for all this, the hotel is very expensive, but it doesn't pull that kind of money.

My family and I have just returned from the hotel **"Luzho"** and are still impressed! It was a real paradise vacation – ** coziness, comfort and lots of positive emotions**! 🌿 **The territory** is just a fairy tale! Green alleys, manicured lawns, beautiful flowers and recreation areas. The children are delighted with the playground, and my husband and I enjoyed evening walks in such a pleasant atmosphere. 🏨 **The room** is clean, spacious, and modernly renovated. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail: comfortable beds, fresh textiles, good sound insulation. And the view from the window is a sight to behold! 🍽 **Nutrition** is beyond praise! Breakfasts and dinners with a varied and delicious menu. The children ate fresh pastries, and we appreciated the original dishes from the chef. Thank you so much for being attentive to our wishes (the child has allergies, and they cooked for him separately). 👩‍💼 **The service** is top notch! It's just a great hotel. You feel like a rich man right at the reception. There they pour the Veuve Clicquot Washes. The rooms are gorgeous. Lots of restaurants and cafes with great cuisine. After the Italian restaurant Sorriso almost burst. Their burrata pizza is a real bomb. Delicious handmade chocolates. The territory is multi-level, escalators are very helpful. Clean beach and sea. The Lujo Hotel really impresses with its level — chic interior, spacious modern rooms, thoughtful service, and fine cuisine. Everything is created here for a comfortable and relaxed stay. I would especially like to mention the variety of dishes — delicious food for every taste. But, unfortunately, there is one significant disadvantage that greatly spoils the overall impression — this is the condition of the territory. The lawns are burnt out, the shrubs are unkempt, there are practically no flowers at all. (photo attached). This is absolutely unacceptable for such a high-class hotel and the cost of accommodation. I would like the management to pay attention to this aspect, because the atmosphere of relaxation is formed not only inside the hotel, but also outside.

I don't know where to start, because there just aren't enough words to describe our delight at staying in Lujo Bodrum! My husband, daughter, and I have just returned, and we still live with memories of the heavenly days we spent at this hotel. First of all, I want to mention the service – it's just perfect! The staff is so attentive and caring that you feel like a special guest. Any request was fulfilled instantly and with a smile. They seem to be able to read minds! Gorgeous is an understatement! The hotel is surrounded by greenery, the views are simply breathtaking, and the design is a work of art. Our room was spacious, stylish, with a huge terrace and sea view. My daughter was delighted with the pool with slides and the kids' club, where she was entertained by animators. Food is a separate song! In Lujo's restaurants, you can taste dishes from different cuisines of the world, and all of them are prepared at the highest level. We especially appreciated the seafood and Turkish desserts. And what cocktails are there at sunset! This hotel has exceeded all our expectations! Lujo Bodrum is a place where you want to come back again and again. Thank you for an unforgettable experience and a great vacation! I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a real paradise on earth! Definitely 10 out of 10! 💖💖💖

I have visited this hotel twice. I like the fact that you can get to the hotel on their own plane. Business class aircraft. They meet you in business-class minibuses. The rooms are lovely and large. There is always a gift in the room: wine and sweets. The cuisine is excellent, the dishes are large and delicious. High-level alcohol. Chocolate and ice cream are just a fairy tale. The beach is not big, but it is clean. The territory is large, there are many restaurants. The evening program is extensive, you can choose what you like. It's a lovely hotel.

Everything is great in Lujo: from the dishes in the restaurants to the kids' club, which is open until one o'clock in the morning) I really enjoyed the evening performances, the dessert bar, and the beautiful villa with magnificent views! But there were also unpleasant moments, and I'm shooting the star for that.: money was stolen from my mother-in-law, $ 200 that was in my bag, and 50 thousand rubles (even Russian rubles are taken without a twinge of conscience), of course, they did not find anyone to blame.

This is a great hotel! We were on May holidays, the sea is cold at this time of the year, but we still went into the water from the shore, since there are shallow waters on the beach. The water is the purest! The territory is huge, very beautiful. Lots of greenery, trees, flowering shrubs. There were few Russian-speaking staff, but it didn't bother. In the restaurant, the order is according to the menu.

We flew to Lujo with friends to relax for the May holidays The hotel is of unreal beauty, the food and drinks are top notch In fact, all the positive aspects end there. We have been here 2 times already and we were sure that we would have a great vacation. But both the staff and the human factor can ruin everything. It's just terrible: there are not enough staff everywhere: restaurants, housekeeping, bartenders. There is no buffet in the hotel, and therefore all restaurants in Alaska must be booked in advance. Which is what we always did, but what a surprise it was to arrive at the restaurant at a pre-booked time and see a huge queue at the entrance. It's like they came to the cafeteria. The dishes are brought within an hour, or even longer, while half are forgotten and not delivered. You have to remind everyone 10 times, you don't put napkins, you don't put appliances either. There are simply no words to describe every detail of our disappointment at this hotel. The bottom line is this: if you want to spend your vacation in a luxury hotel, then you definitely won't go to Lujo. As a result, in May 2025, I persuaded them to visit this unrealistically beautiful hotel, as all the managers assured me that they had worked on the mistakes and fixed everything. And in fact, it turned out that way. My friends are delighted with the hotel, the service, the drinks and the food. Many thanks and big greetings to Jan Bey's manager and Hannah's assistant 🫶🫶 Now I wanted to return to the most beautiful Lujo Hotel even more.

The hotel is very poorly maintained and abandoned. Automation, elevators, and escalators operate intermittently, creaking, and with lighting failures. The restaurants are delicious, but the tables are all pre-booked, if you come, but you can't book them in advance... it's a vicious circle. Aquapark - a child has two injuries in two days, his elbow was pinched when he was rolling down a slide and his finger hit a nail. The lifeguard is not in his place at the bottom - he is riding the roller coaster with everyone. There are also no lifeguards at other pools. In the playroom, our 7-year-old child was molested by a 17-year-old guy and took away the Playstation joystick and personal belongings. We asked to see the cameras, but they are not there. There are no cameras in their playroom, where children should be safe! From the nice white sand on the beach. I liked all the cafes and restaurants. Clear! Concerts start at 22.00 and are very boring, if you haven't fallen asleep waiting for the concert, then you will definitely fall asleep.

Hotel Lujo Bodrum The hotel is nice, but somewhat specific… In this post, I will try to highlight the nuances, the knowledge of which will help you make the right choice of a hotel in order to enjoy your vacation to the fullest. The most megaplus in this hotel is the climate and location. The weather in July was much more comfortable than in Antalya (cooler and not humid) The hotel is located on a mountain, so the views are very beautiful, but the flip side of the coin is the descent from the room to the sea on 4 escalators with transfers. Some of the escalators were under repair, which helped to significantly improve their legs during the rest. 😜 It was a pity for those who had children in strollers.… The sun beds are very decent and comfortable, there are no problems with places on the beach! There is a great pier with a bar where you can sunbathe and dive from it.… The toilets in the beach area leave much to be desired… There is no pool in the hotel as such, or rather, there is a narrow "sausage" with water, but there is no desire to swim there, so you swim mostly in the sea... (if the sea is cool, then it's a complete fiasco...) The food is very decent, everything is delicious. There is no buffet, which sometimes greatly delays the meal (where you can take some food and have a quick snack, you have to spend a lot of time ordering and waiting ...). From time to time, the waiters forget part of the order and it becomes very sad from wasting time waiting for food ... Although the waiters try very hard. The kids' club is a complete fiasco!!! Children 7 and 10 years old after the first trip there, when asked: will you go to a kids' club or will you do math in the room, they answered in unison that they would do math better (which they did all the rest in the heat). Personnel management at the kids' club is full of trash (although the club is decent in size and content), but The staff are sitting like souvenirs.… As an example, the schedule of the children's club shows board games at 12.00. We came with a child, we ask where they are held… No one knows!!! We walked around the club, asked around the staff... as a result, we were told that somewhere in the corner there is some kind of game room and if we want, we can play there ourselves (in the end, we found the room, played chess ourselves and left...) But for a hotel that positions itself as a premium suite, it's certainly a complete mess. The staff is not trained, the work system is not built up, it feels as if they were told to do something, in principle they do something without much effort and without a common concept and standards of work… There are essentially no evening children's shows... (as they are organized in Regnum and MaxxRoyal) The club is more or less suitable for children under 5 years old. The gym is very decent in terms of content + there is table tennis + cool sports instructors, but somehow the gym is organized meaninglessly and not neatly, which again does not leave the feeling of a premium hotel. Assistants are generally a separate song... as they are, they do more harm than help. Upon arrival at the hotel, they could not tell us what is here and where it is located, we had to ask for a hotel card (but they sent the wrong one 🤦♂️) They showed mostly paid restaurants, but they could not explain = what is good and valuable in this restaurant that we would want to go there! The main argument for the value of the restaurant is that it's paid !!! There's a 24-hour restaurant! Because we had an early flight home, we specifically asked the assistant if there was a children's menu in the night restaurant (it depended on whether we had to go to the airport early to feed the children because they don't feed on planes anymore... or in advance, to come up with something for baby feeding), the assistant replied affirmatively that there was a children's menu, everything was fine… In fact, it turned out that everything was wrong and there was never a children's menu at night ... which greatly complicated and did not add comfort to the return flight.… You may think that I'm being overly picky, but since the hotel considers itself to be in the premium segment in terms of price and positioning, the expectations are appropriate!!!

I liked the hotel itself - it is perfectly organized, looks great, there is almost everything you need for a holiday. The food is generally delicious, but there may be issues with the child. The ala-kart breakfast is not very convenient, as it turned out.

This place has sunk into my soul! A wonderful hotel! Great restaurants! Very attentive staff! The only hotel with its own seaplane on which you can make excursions and a marina , an excellent beach with white Maldivian sand and a warm, cozy bay. A place to return to.... I sincerely advise those who have not been here yet to definitely visit! Have a wonderful stay, and the hotel has the greatest greetings and respect!

This is not the first time in this hotel (the first visit was in 2020 and perhaps the most pleasant), and unfortunately it gets worse every time, disgusting pools (more precisely, their likeness, the bar was removed from the upper pool) but in 2025 there was the first experience of visiting with a child, a children's club disgusting for a child of 3.5 years there is nothing to do, they send infants to the room, the renovation in the rooms leaves much to be desired (especially the wallpaper) the hotel needs to be repaired in places, people occupy sun beds on the beach and it is impossible to lie down in an adequate place even if you come at 9:30-10 in the morning. There is nothing to eat on the beach except fruits and Nuts (if you are with a child). You have to go up numerous stairs (escalators), and waiting for an electric car is a whole event (even after the managers' request, they either don't come (or they came after a long time). The only ones who work well are the waiters, they always try, they are friendly. There is no desire to return to the hotel anymore, unfortunately, the dynamics are not joyful.

I assume that the hotel is good. I watched it only from behind the fence, from the Titanic side))) The hotels are adjacent to each other. Good animation compared to Titanic! Where else can you listen to popular classics in processing)) The programs in Lujo are late and loud. Someone is awake and swearing, and we were sitting on the balcony and listening)) There are sun beds with comfortable thick mattresses on the hotel's beach. And you can also go on a seaplane tour) I think it's nice and expensive here. It's probably not the most suitable hotel for children. And the main body is located perpendicular to the coastline. Those who live in it look out of the windows at the Titanic, not at the sea. I didn't like that.

A wonderful, beautiful hotel with a high level of service! We arrived at night and the hotel immediately put us in a room, it took exactly 5 minutes! Beautiful rooms, views from the window, the beach is beyond praise! The food in the restaurants is excellent! The only thing that is a little confusing is the small number of pools.

A very cool hotel!!!! We are visiting it for the third time and every time we are absolutely delighted! I recommend it! You won't regret it. The steep beaches of the pier are beyond praise. If someone is there. Be sure to book a full-day catamaran trip. The crew knows their job. Places just dump flasks))))))) And the catamaran itself is very cool. There are nine restaurants for every taste on site.No excursions are needed, there is something to do. There is a very chic play area for children.

We flew by Black Jet plane, very convenient. We were met and escorted to 5+. I didn't like it: the music was very loud, very loud.You won't fall asleep no matter how much you want to. The show...... you didn't like it, it wasn't interesting, it wasn't exciting, the food..... no, of course it's high-quality and good, but again it's better, tastier and more interesting, and there's more choice.. In principle, everyone is trying, but there are hotels that are superior. This one is highly overvalued, and the overpriced price for it may, hopefully, change. There's nowhere to walk except at the hotel. Nothing wrong, but we won't come any more, we'll stay where we like more.

The restaurants are good, everything is delicious, the service is excellent, there is enough entertainment, but there are a lot of annoying factors, especially for its cost and the name Lujo, which means luxury in Spanish)) It's not a luxury, I won't go anymore.

The hotel positions itself as a premium, but there are serious drawbacks. Very often, escalators turn off almost every day and you have to walk up the stairs, and since the hotel is located on a slope, it is not at all convenient to use a wheelchair and a stroller. There is a big problem with air conditioners in restaurants, they also probably turn off constantly. One beach and the most sought-after is located in the bay and the feeling of the sea is lost. The music is playing very loudly on the beach in bars, because of this there was even a scandal with the management, the child woke up and cried after the music turned on. They asked me to turn it down a bit and were sent far away. They say this is the concept of the hotel. In general, the hotel is good for adult couples and young people. It is uncomfortable to rest there with children.

The hotel is certainly not a five-star hotel. Poor service. The waiters speak 50/50 English, which means about half of them don't speak it. Hotels save on everything. Ventilation and air conditioning turn off around 00 o'clock and then hell begins in the room. The escalators that you need to go down to the sea work every other time and are often broken and you need to climb up the immobilized electric stairs. The restaurants are tasteless, the food is like in a regular dining room or like in an all-inclusive hotel. Disappointment. It's not even worth the money by 20%.

Good afternoon, I very rarely write reviews. However, I can't stay away from this. The hotel positions itself in the top Turkish luxury hotels. Before the trip, we studied this segment for a long time and chose Lujo based on a combination of factors. A trip in early September with my wife and a 4-year-old child. The hotel's territory and infrastructure. The hotel is located on a mountain, there is a lot of information about it, the method of transportation is an escalator or a golf cart. The restaurants are located on the territory, inside according to the menu, the quality of the food is good, there is no wow effect. The quality of alcohol is good, do not expect that you will be washed here at every step. The selection of cocktails and other alcohol is good, but premium alcohol (maybe in my room category) is not included in the AI concept. The service is average (good for Turkey) but forgetting something from the order is in the order of things. The sea and nature are beyond praise, the beaches are divided into zones, there are 16+, as well as pools. In September, there were no crowds of people anywhere. The entrance to the sea is sandy and pebbly, but the water is clean. Now about the rooms and the service. In the rooms of the standard category, I mean the entire lower segment, except for villas, duplexes and the Forest category, disgusting sound insulation. From 9 to 16 there is cleaning, which is done well. But very loud. If you want to sleep during the day, you can't do it. Joy Adviser's request to influence the situation was answered that cleaning is carried out according to schedule. The evening program and the animation in the bar after it deserve special praise 🥹 The kids' club is good, they play with children. Conclusion: the rest was fine, but there are disadvantages, the sensations of super luxury and premium are broken by household items inside the hotel. I don't see much point in writing about the advantages, although there are many of them, but you can read about them on the hotel's website 😁 Next time I will choose either a room of a higher category (Forest or Villa Maquis) or I will prefer MAXX Royal.

The best of the best. There are no equals. The huge landscaped territory of the hotel will not leave anyone indifferent. For the comfort of movement, there are not only escalators, but also buggies. 5 a la carte restaurants where everyone will find food to their taste. The kids club is a paradise on earth for both toddlers and teenagers. The zones are divided for adults 16+, as well as family ones. If you relax in early May, the entertainment program is once every 2-3 days in the Puppet area, if in early June, then every day. But, it is worth bearing in mind that the program is repeated every two weeks. DJs light up day and night, they are helped by amazing artists.

A wonderful high-level hotel, but with its own small nuances (as everywhere else). Due to the location, 90% of the territory has a number of rooms (diverse). We joke that our people (from the main building) do not go to the beach on 4 escalators))) The level of food is higher than many Moscow restaurants, although sometimes it can upset the service a little, but they try. Room cleaning is solid 4. There are several beaches, everyone will find a place even in the highest season and not at 8 am. Due to the location in the bay for the Aegean Sea, it is not cold to swim in August, 26-27 degrees, there is something to compare it with. Teenagers have nothing to do. Tips everywhere and everywhere are very much expected. The composition of the guests in July/August is 80% compatriots. For those who like to take a walk after dinner, it is absolutely not suitable.

Beautiful views, sea and landscaping. The money was stolen right from the room (from the bag). No proceedings followed. A separate topic is the concierge service. This should create a premium effect. In fact, when my husband got sick and we went to Bodrum for insurance, the assistant did not help with calling a return taxi, writing that taxis were yellow cars. The menu in restaurants is based on saving food. I can confidently recommend Turkish Asma.
