5 star resort on eastern side of UAE. About 2 hours drive from Dubai. Taxi cost is around 280 AED. Resort is professionally managed and maintained, facilities are very good. Large pool, very nice beach for swimming, children's activities organized throughout the day and friendly staff. Most staff speak or at least understand Russian. Yoga on the beach at 5pm is free and very good. Different teachers throughout the week. Food is better than similar resorts. Most people are families with children. Everyone is polite and well mannered. It is worth to select a more expensive room next to the beach and enjoy the view of the beach, sunrise can be seen from the balcony. There is a dive centre located on the beach for those who want to dive. The pool and sea has life guards on duty who watch for children or swimmers who cannot swim well Overall 8.5-9 or of 10. At least as good as resorts in Turkey.

We had a rest from November 01 to November 09, 2025 with a child, lived in a bungalow closer to the sea number 6108 according to the UAL system. The rooms are spacious with very good facilities and fresh furniture. The territory of the hotel is very beautiful, well-groomed, surrounded by greenery, birds sing in the morning and evening, even saw a parrot)) The beach is large with fine sand and a gentle entrance to the sea, the coastline is very large, you can walk along the coast. I liked everything in terms of nutrition, the breakfasts are standard, there is probably not such a variety of dishes compared to the Turkish five, but everything is very high-quality and delicious, excellent omelets, yoghurts, juices from bags not diluted and much more. We were pleased with the choice of the UAL system, as it has additional advantages, in addition to a wider cocktail list and a selection of alcoholic beverages and canned soft drinks, it allows you to use the beach bar where you can order delicious meals for lunch, there is no need to go to the common dining room, you can dine on the beach overlooking the sea and have dinner in the evening in the cabana of the Waves restaurant overlooking the sea, you can order dishes according to a separate menu, everything is very tasty and beautiful. You can also order delicious coffee with ice cream and cakes in the hotel's lobby bar. According to the usual food system, this is available for money. We had a vacation in early June with a family of 3 people, my daughter is 7 years old. It was insanely hot, we went to the sea at 7 a.m., at 9-10 we moved to the pool in the bungalow in the shade and until about 12 we lay there with swims in the pool. My daughter went to a kids' club from 10-11, it's good, there's a lot of entertainment and there were a lot of kids. The food assortment was wonderful, lots of fruits, meat, fish. The food was always different, good soups, there were often themed days, I liked the day of Italian cuisine. Ice cream for children only at the bar and only one balloon :) The sea was clear, and there were fish swimming all the time. The rooms were well cleaned, we had a central view of the sea. We went to Dubai on our own for two days, but there was no pleasure in walking around it in such heat, we reached turtle Island (it is not far from the hotel) and managed to see several There was a lack of animation (I understand that there is no such thing in Dubai) and I would like more aquagorks for children.

It's nice to walk along the shore — the beach is bounded by rocks on both sides, but at low tide and in the evenings, many people calmly walk far along the shore and come back. We didn't see any animals in the water, but it didn't matter to us. The bay is very warm, sometimes there were great waves on which everyone played and had fun — it only added to our mood. There were always plenty of deck chairs. Half of the holidays were spent on the beach, half by the pools. There are two pools: an adult and a children's pool, both are clean and pleasant, and there is a bar next to the pool. Animation and leisure. The hotel is more of a family hotel: there are many guests with children, and the animation is mainly designed for them. For adults — water aerobics, zumba, volleyball. The evening program is calm and rather modest, more of a minus than a plus: there was a modest acrobatic show, live music, and a performance by a circus performer. Everything takes place on a small stage on the beach, about 2x2 meters, and mostly it was always one artist. If you are looking for an active evening program, this is not the format, do not expect frothy parties. We realized that their animation was not about us, and in the evenings we just rested, played table tennis (it's free), and got ready for tomorrow. Room service and cleaning. The room is great — modern, clean, everything is new. Cleaning every day is perfect. Our room was cleaned by an employee named Paul— thank him very much! Always a fresh bed, clean towels, neatly made. We wrote down in advance how many towels we needed for the head and body — everything was left exactly according to the list. The room has bathrobes, as well as everything you need: shower gel, shampoo, hair balm, body cream, disposable napkins, a towel for feet and a bidet. We took our own funds, but it's nice that all this is provided for. Each room has a balcony — we often spent evenings there, drinking tea and just relaxing. The three of them lived together: a large bed for two and a sofa where the third slept. The bathroom is gorgeous. We tipped Paul, but we are sure that even without this, the cleaning would have been of the same quality. Staff. Special thanks to the reception! There are many Russian-speaking staff, always attentive, friendly and ready to help. Nadima checked us in — we asked for two large beds, but there were no such rooms. But she put us in a room with a sea view (instead of a garden view) for free — it was very pleasant, and it immediately made our stay even better. During the rest, minor issues arose, and the staff quickly solved everything. There are always friendly staff at the entrance of the restaurant, greeting, remembering guests, joking. The waiters are excellent, many speak Russian. Sometimes they left tips, just out of gratitude. The only thing is that there are no paper napkins on the tables, only cloth ones, but if you ask, they always bring them themselves. There was a slight disadvantage at the pool bar — a couple of bartenders, who for some reason served men first, then women. If you reminded them that you were already in line, they could pretend that they hadn't noticed. Sometimes it was said that "there are no tubes" or "there is no ice." We decided not to spoil our vacation, but in the end we still gave feedback. One of the bartenders apologized. This is perhaps the only moment that slightly overshadowed the impression. The other bars (and there are three more on the premises) are staffed by wonderful guys. Food. I have a good impression of the food. Every day there were different themed dishes: pizza and French fries day, fish day, barbecue day outdoors. Everything is delicious. The only thing is that the desserts are similar to each other, as is often the case in Egypt or Turkey, and there are few fruits, besides many of them are unripe. Perhaps this is the way it is accepted in the region. But otherwise the food is excellent: there is always fish, meat, cheeses, salads, soups. Fresh pasta is prepared every day with tomato and cream sauce. You definitely won't stay hungry! For us, food is an important criterion, and it was because of the good food reviews that we chose this hotel. They didn't regret it. The coffee is fresh and drinks are plentiful. We had an All Inclusive (blue bracelets, not the full version), but we always found something to eat and drink — everything was great. The territory and the atmosphere. The territory is very green, well—groomed, lots of places for walks and photos - a real oasis. The lobby is simply magnificent — at least arrange photo shoots. The hotel has a small shop where you can buy the necessary small things (the prices are a little too high), but opposite the hotel there are supermarkets where you can safely buy pharmacy supplies and souvenirs. Wi-Fi catches even by the sea, right on the waves, which is a huge plus. Excursions. We took guided tours from our tour operator, compared them with those offered by the Russian guys in front of the hotel, and chose a guide because he had the best program content. We have never regretted it! There were great trips to Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Results. We were absolutely delighted. The hotel met all expectations. The territory, the sea, the food, the service, everything is on the level. We want to return to the UAE once again, but we want to try a vacation in Dubai. And Fujairah will always remain in our hearts. The hotel is highly recommended, especially for family holidays. But also at our age (27-30 years old) We had a lot of fun and excitement.

We had a rest with friends at the Fujairah Rotana Hotel. From November 19 to November 29, 2026, for the first time in the Emirates. The climate is mild , the sea is gentle, although it is the Gulf of Oman and the Indian Ocean . The hotel has a pleasant, friendly staff. The rooms all overlook the ocean, we lived in room 1211 on the second floor, (there is a photo from the balcony) delicious and varied food. Lots of fruits ( oranges . Grapefruit, apples, plums. Tangerines , kiwi , melon , watermelon ) the beach is clean , good access to the water everywhere , there were enough sun beds for everyone , aqua aerobics , volleyball , bocce , yoga - you can find something for every taste ! Suitable for families, parents with children . The hotel is the most extreme , beyond the territory there is nothing but 2-3 shops across the street . Therefore, all life is on the territory! I recommend this hotel

In general, the hotel left positive emotions and pleasant memories, but as they say, "there is no limit to perfection," and given that there is an experience of rest in the Rotana network in other emirates, I would like to express my wishes for the hotel administration to make the stay even more comfortable: The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Cleaning and shower accessories are on request for some reason: sorry, but in a hotel of this category it should be daily by default, and only if it causes inconvenience to guests - they will tell about it. Please pay attention to the curtains on the windows in the room: they are very dirty, they also need to be washed in a timely manner))) The operation of the bar with alcoholic beverages according to the all system is only up to 22 hours, which is very short... Request: at least up to 24 hours. A big pleasant plus is that the pool is open until 24.00!!! Disadvantage: the presence of children and adults in the same pool, smoking on the sun loungers by the pool. It's not clear why ice cream is only for children in a 5-star hotel, and then strictly on schedule (this is just sad))) The range of cocktails for Rotana could be wider))) in general, alcohol is all good and high-quality. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and attentive. The animation is not bad, but monotonous))) As for the UAE, it could not be at all))) Tours of Fujairah and Oman are definitely recommended! And of course Dubai, if you haven't been there yet.

The territory is green, well-groomed, and it's a pleasure to walk in the evenings. The beach area is wide, sand, plenty of sun beds, towels, umbrellas - all of good quality. We stayed at the hotel from December 14th to December 24th for 11 days.. The repair work situation was experienced at night, accepted and forgiven. As an apology, the hotel allowed us to have lunch on the day of departure. Hopefully, no one else from the campers will encounter a drill at night. The hotel is nice, the rooms are spacious, the furniture is new, clean, cleaned every day. We paid extra for a room with an ocean view on the spot, an employee immediately offered, the surcharge is more than 200 rubles (depends on the date of arrival, as we were told), it was more profitable for us than through a tour operator. We are satisfied with the room, we live on the top floor, the view is excellent. Meals are for 4, the choice of food is small, but almost everything is delicious.They started giving oatmeal porridge with water for breakfast (if your child eats another one, ask if they will cook rice or semolina for breakfast). They even made us some donuts, and my son loves them very much. Thanks a lot for that.The staff is attentive to comments - upon our request, sweet rolls for breakfast, pancakes, and nutella were added to them, but this is only on request and temporarily, not every day. They give waffles and pancakes every morning, the taste is for an amateur. For lunch and dinner from seafood, only white Dori fish, except for a seafood themed evening once a week (on Sunday). at the same time, shrimp, which are plentiful and grown in the Gulf of Oman, have never been given. You can have dinner for a change in the on-site restaurants (there is a deposit of 60 dirhams per adult, for which you can eat and pay the difference) or take an ultra all inclusive. The territory is small, but well-groomed and green, a lot of birds are singing, it's nice to be there. There is nowhere to walk outside the territory, a couple of cafes, small shops with overpriced prices, and an alcohol market 2 km in one direction. There is only one slow slide for children, a nice children's room, a room with cats, but a 10-year-old child is already bored here (he only plays the console). It will be interesting for children aged 3-7. There is a small playground near the mini club, chess in the garden and a swing. A good gym, there is everything you need. The hotel is already decorated for the New Year, the Christmas trees are the most beautiful on the coast, we were already in several hotels when we stopped by for people on excursions. The street is also beautifully decorated, but it's not lit right now because everything is flooded due to the rains. P.S. 1. From the comments, I can add that in the women's hammam, the water does not drain well in the shower, you stand after a stranger in a puddle. Also, for some reason, there is no conditioner for hair in the shower, which does not allow you to fully wash. And it is strange that there is no body cream in the sauna, which is logical to apply after steaming. But maybe she didn't see it. 2. I would also like the toilets to be cleaned more often on the beach, everything is covered in sand and wet. 3. The dishes in the main restaurant are not always clean, sometimes there are traces, but there are a lot of plates, you can always replace them. 4. Some beach towels are already very shabby, there are rags around the edges, it's better to write them off. 5. The child said that cats have a strong smell in the room. 6. There are ants in our bathroom, please check after eviction (room 1417). They run into toothbrushes.Also, in bad weather and the wind blows strongly through the balcony door, the whistling in the room is strong. It's important about the coast! We were walking along the ocean the other day, near the hotel we already saw that the legs and shoes were black, smeared in fuel oil. We have already seen reviews about fuel oil emissions, but we thought it would not affect us. We spent 3 hours to wash our feet and shoes, although the sand was visually clean! We walked a few more times afterwards, and each time the slaps were stained with fuel oil. Fuel oil is dangerous to health. It is washed only with oil, the marks remain yellow on the white shoes. This year, in April, there was a large-scale fuel oil spill on the coast, read the info on the Internet. The barges stand on the horizon like a city. We were on a guided tour, the guide said that fuel oil emissions occur regularly, while they cannot solve this problem. At the same time, tour operators do not inform about this. There are also frequent waves, during our stay there were stormy 2-3 meters. There are also strong tides in the morning, and after lunch the sea goes away, the buoys are waist-deep. This is not a disadvantage of the hotel, but the peculiarities of the coast.

We stayed at this hotel from September 20th to October 3rd. They were placed not in the main building, but in a two-story bungalow, a room on the second floor, which is even better. The room is nice, there is everything you need: a safe, a refrigerator, a hairdryer, a kettle, a TV, a large bathroom with all soap and ironing facilities. Room cleaning depends on the cleaner - sometimes everything is fine, sometimes there is a pile of sand on the floor, as if the beds were just made and that's it. The territory is large and green. There is a pool with a slide for children. I really liked the SPA. We went for a massage and a sauna. The staff there is super attentive and helpful. Anyway, all the staff at the reception, the pool bar, and the restaurant are polite and helpful, it's clear that they are trying their best. The issue and exchange of beach towels is well organized. There are always clean ones available. The best thing, of course, is the sea, which is very warm and has a wide sandy beach. There was only one oil spill during our stay. The guys did well, everything was quickly cleaned up, and the next day everyone was already swimming! There are no problems with sun beds on the beach, there are enough. The problem is with the shade, because one umbrella for 4 sun beds is clearly not enough. I want some privacy on vacation, and not to lie in close proximity with strangers. The biggest disadvantage is nutrition. The food in the restaurant is nothing ((( There seems to be a lot of everything, but everything is tasteless. Chicken or fish, everything tastes the same. The only thing that worked was baking for breakfast. There are few fruits - pink watermelons, sometimes sour pineapples, tasteless melon and apples. Well, what "made" our vacation unforgettable is the construction work on the territory of the hotel. The sounds of a jackhammer from morning to evening are not exactly what you want to hear on vacation.

It is better to take all inclusive ultra. A huge disadvantage is the check-in at 15:00, we arrived with the child at 9 and it was very painful and hard to wait until we were checked in. The overall impression is very good, a pioneer camp in the Emirates) I recommend it! The trip is September 2025. I will add fresh impressions. For the first time I came across the appearance of fuel oil on the beach of the hotel. They were not allowed into the sea, and the fuel oil was collected. Oil and rags were placed near the lifeguard's tower to wipe his feet. Compared to previous years, there are even more of our compatriots, probably 90% of tourists from the Russian Federation, the remaining 10% are from Kazakhstan and the Germans. On the downside, there is a tradition of occupying sun beds from the very early morning. Already from 06:00 hours they run to the beach with towels to book the best places))

The water is warm, clear, and sandy. You can only go because of him. The food is very varied. There is a lot of food. It's fresh and delicious. Everything is there. I don't know who doesn't have enough. They probably eat buckets at home. Thanks to the chefs and the staff at the restaurant. Entertainment - every day. After dinner, we went to the beach to listen to local singers and watch the dancers. The child was playing with other children in the sand at that time. I really liked the minidisko. So many songs and dances) Our favorites: piano and steam train) We couldn't play chess often: we were always busy, which was a pleasant surprise. The people are pleasant, good-natured and relaxing. 70 % are Russians , the rest are Europeans . Everyone is cheerful and friendly, especially when it comes to beach volleyball: there is no nationality on it. We visited in December 2024. It characterizes itself as 5*, but in fact it is a solid 4*. Upon check-in, they were given a room without a place for a child. When contacting the reception, they said that the child could sleep with his parents, and they spent the night there. It's a long way to Dubai, but 100 dirhams per person, a regular bus - that's where you need a reservation a few days in advance. There are souvenir shops opposite the hotel - chocolate, dates, magnets, etc. are more expensive than in Dubai, but you can bargain, especially if you take more than 1 pack.

One of the disadvantages for us is the difficulty with sun beds on the beach, by 9 a.m. they are no longer there, but somehow we got out, either to the pool or one of the different places could be brought. And the main disadvantage was when checking in, we booked a standard room for 2 adults and 2 children (4 and 11 years old), so this standard room has a bed for adults and an armchair for 1 person, there is no sleeping place for the second child. We were forced to upgrade the room category for $ 200, with a sea view and a small sofa for 2 children. In general, the issue has been resolved, but I think this is an outrage, such rooms cannot be booked for 4 people, this is some kind of deception. The first time, the clothes were not taken away, I had to remind them. Some items were returned quickly — during the day, and some only the next day. This time we also visited the Waves Hotel restaurant. We read various reviews before the trip, and went there with caution, but personally we really liked everything. We ordered steaks and Caesar salad — everything was delicious, and the steak was fried exactly as we requested. We also want to point out that we took all the excursions across the street from Roma. This is not the first time we have traveled with him — everything is always reliable, clear and perfectly organized. And his prices are much more profitable than those of the guide. She is amazing: kind, attentive, sociable, incredibly loves children, and the children respond in kind! The seller got upset and said he would have problems from the manager. We immediately offered to pay. In the end, he assembled a small bracelet from the remaining beads and took 50 AED. It's unpleasant, but the situation has been resolved. Overall, the rest went great again. The hotel staff is very helpful, always helps to resolve any issue, and that's why the atmosphere here is so warm and pleasant. Across the street from the hotel there are shops with souvenirs and sweets, as well as a couple of pharmacies. The only negative that can be noted is the settlement.
