I love this store very much, but since I'm a teenager, I often come across such views from consultants that it's just terrible! I was choosing a facial tonic and was alone in the gym. I couldn't choose a normal tonic for half an hour under that look! There was a consultant in the room who guarded the entrance and me for half an hour, as if I were stuffing tonics into my pockets. but there are also my favorite consultants in Mila who carry the entire store and service on their shoulders. very pleasant, talkative, helpful girls!

Сегодня, 25 апреля, примерно в 14:15. Приехали с мужем собрать мне косметичку. К сожалению собрать косметичку не удалось из-за девушки-консультанта. Рядом с тинтами, которые я беру постоянно в разных оттенках не было тестиров или карточки с оттенками. Последние три оттенка практически одинаково черные, понять мой ли это оттенок или более красный на свет не представляется возможным. С громким, почти кричащим, возгласом консультант испугала меня: "НЕЛЬЗЯ! Открывать тинт." На минуточку, рядом нет тестеров и карточки с оттенками. На мое вежливое: "Прошу прощения, я посмотрела оттенок" меня окатили презрительным взглядом, словно я пыталась весь стеллаж запихнуть себе в карман и уйти без оплаты. К слову, мы являлись постоянными покупателями. Для мужа уход и свою косметичку я собирала именно тут и оставляли мы в среднем от 80 до 450 рублей за раз. Дело именно в испуге. Если бы ко мне подошли и спокойно сказали что либо - такого бы отзыва не было. Надеюсь данная девушка пересмотрит свой подход, даже если взрослый покупатель выглядящий как подросток, или сам подросток в торговом зале, это не даёт права обращаться так ни к кому.
