Today, April 25, at about 2:15 p.m. My husband and I came to pack my makeup bag. Unfortunately, it was not possible to assemble the cosmetic bag because of the consultant girl. Next to the tints that I take all the time in different shades, there were no testers or a card with shades. The last three shades are almost equally black, it is not possible to understand whether this is my shade or a redder one. With a loud, almost screaming cry, the consultant startled me: "YOU can'T! Open the tint." For a minute, there are no testers or color cards nearby. On my polite: "I'm sorry, I looked at the shade," I was treated with a contemptuous look, as if I was trying to stuff the entire shelf into my pocket and leave without paying. By the way, we were regular customers. I collected care for my husband and my makeup bag right here, and we left an average of 80 to 450 rubles at a time. It's just a matter of fright. If someone had approached me and calmly said something, there would not have been such a review. I hope this girl will reconsider her approach, even if an adult customer looks like a teenager, or a teenager himself on the sales floor, this does not give the right to address anyone like that.

I love this store very much, but since I'm a teenager, I often come across such views from consultants that it's just terrible! I was choosing a facial tonic and was alone in the gym. I couldn't choose a normal tonic for half an hour under that look! There was a consultant in the room who guarded the entrance and me for half an hour, as if I were stuffing tonics into my pockets. but there are also my favorite consultants in Mila who carry the entire store and service on their shoulders. very pleasant, talkative, helpful girls!
