Free transfer from the hotel to the beach. We went to the paid Al Mamzar beach (entrance 5 dirhams), but I liked the free nearby. Not far from the hotel there is a supermarket where you can buy some products. Great hotel, rooms are like new, cleaned every day. Tea, coffee, and sugar are always brought to the rooms. There is a swimming pool and a gym, free towels and sun beds in the pool. I chose the hotel based on reviews. But! There are disadvantages. First of all. Rooms. There are problems with them. Only smoking rooms are freely available. There were no rooms with separate beds for non-smokers. Several of us were not married couples, we all had to stay in rooms with one bed. There is still noise from airplanes, we need earplugs. Breakfasts are not very good. "Porridge" is burnt milk with rare grains of some kind of cereal, it is not possible to eat. Omelets are something not very pleasant to look at. Boiled eggs are certainly not food for a restaurant. There are, of course, salads and vegetables, watermelons, but all this is not suitable for a full breakfast. The hotel's landmark for Indians and Pakistanis. Curry and spicy rice are always available. Beans in sauce . From baking buns with raisins and croissants without filling. The coffee seems to be good. Cereal with milk for children. Without chic. We had full board. There were dishes on the menu at lunch. The choice is small, but not sharp can be chosen. Dinner is a buffet. It was Ramadan, the crowd was pandemonium, there was nowhere to sit, most of the dishes were spicy.
The pool is small, a lot of people swim there all the time, there is no desire to even sit next to it. The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is the direct access to a busy highway. In the heat and stuffiness, exhaust gases are not pleasant. A second entrance from the courtyard could be made so that it would be more pleasant to go outside. Deira houses and shops are nearby. Local Hindus and Pakistani Syrians crowd in. There is a street next to the spas, in which we suspected veiled brothels-their employees were too grotesquely made up. The beach is 15 minutes by bus or taxi for 20 dirhams. There are paid beaches -5 dirhams (but our cards do not fit, we asked the Europeans to pay for us, gave them cash) and free. In order not to bother, it's easier to go for free. To the right of the bus stop that arrived, go back a little or walk for 7-10 minutes to the left through the highway to the park area with mushrooms from the sun.A couple of times there were conflicts that the driver did not want to carry standing passengers, and someone was eager to leave. We didn't want to go crowded, so we took a taxi.

We rested here in March 2023. I liked everything very much. They took only breakfast. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. I also really liked the design of the rooms. There is a refrigerator, a kettle, a TV in the room, tea and coffee bags and 2 bottles of water of 0.5 liters were placed every day. Room cleaning was every day. For the second time this year I visit this hotel. The food is good, especially if you take breakfast + dinner/lunch. The staff is friendly, but does not speak Russian. They have never caught rotovirus.. Nice pool. The only negative is a late transfer to the beach (at 10:00 they take you away, at 13:00 they pick you up). We took a taxi (about 500 rubles one way) to Al Mamzar beach, it's really nice there. Definitely recommend this hotel

They demanded payment for the repair of the door - 4 thousand USD. They did not say what this amount was based on. (at the same time, the transfer to the airport has already left without us)
There was 1 thousand left in his pockets. USD . Having announced that this was our last money, the administrator agreed and allowed us to leave. We were at a loss. We didn't want to miss our flight. Although in fact it was necessary to calm down and call the police and sort it out to the fullest extent. I wrote letters to the hotel administration, but I never received a response to any of them. I do not recommend the hotel.
