Well, now it's my turn to write a review. It will be long, but it will be truthful! I flew alone, but there are a lot of Russians, to say that it was scary is to say nothing.
The hotel is 3 stars. Location near metro, + airport! Sometimes (but not so much) you can hear planes) there are a couple of shops. But they are strange, that is, the products are represented by their brand. Vivo and some other.
The hotel itself is clean, nice design, modern, cozy enough, BUT! I lived on the 3rd floor and the room was already "worn out" if you look closely, something is sticking out somewhere, the towels are not white, but already washed, not soft. The pillows on the couch are stained. The water pressure in the shower was unpleasant. That is, the water was pricking, I do not know how to describe it, but there is a very sharp pressure and if the skin is burned, it will be unpleasant to wash, there is a hairdryer, a kettle. The most important thing!! Take the adapter ! They have other outlets there ! I bought the adapter on ozone. Cleaning:cleaned every day. They made the bed, vacuumed it, brought two or three bottles of water. Replenished bags of coffee and tea. (If it's over). But I was upset by the fact that every day they bring so many bottles of plastic to everyone. What will happen to the planet? Why can't I put a cooler or something like that. Just imagine how many rooms there are in the hotel and every day 3 bottles per room. Scary numbers are coming out. There is no closet in the room!!! Just a stick is hanging, and there are 2 hangers on it.... and an empty space at the bottom. Things were lying on my couch, it's not convenient, but not critical))
I arrived early and usually check-in from two o'clock, but after waiting 1.5 hours I was checked in earlier. Be prepared to pay the tax. I got 73 dirhams ($20) to pay, they told me right away. Dollars could have been paid, but they allegedly would not have had change ... Arabs, what can I say! Thank God I had a card (OF ANOTHER COUNTRY!!!) and the card gives you a choice of what to pay. They certainly chose their own currency. Russian Federation cards do not work. I don't know about the unipay account.
I only had breakfast included. The food is delicious, but there are only two menus. One day such dishes, the second day such dishes. And that's it! Dishes in these days do not change at all. Only the days change. The first menu and the second menu. By the end, I was already tired of eggs. There was no fruit) only watermelon. It's not delicious. From juices: only one-mango. Water, tea, juices, cereals, vegetables, etc. There is a metro nearby, as I said, but it's a long way to go to all the sights and to the center. I didn't take that fact into account and got upset. Tc in Dubai metro is divided into zones I spent a lot of money on the subway. And the more zones you have passed, the more expensive. The maximum is 7.5 dirhams. One way!!!!!! The most important thing!! Attach a card when entering and exiting! For if you do not attach the card at the exit, the maximum amount will be deducted, even if you drove for 3 dirhams. The same goes for buses. Chadov moment: you always need to make sure that 7.5 dirhams remain on the card (to exit).
Burj Khalifa is 25 minutes away. This is the closest, but the subway in Dubai is beautiful, it's nice to go. There are pink, gold and ordinary cars. The first ones are only for women and children!!!!! Men are strictly not allowed there. I saw a guy run in (apparently did not have time to get into a regular car) so all the girls looked at him like that, even a little bit and hissed like snakes 🐍😂, the golden car is only for gold card holders, find out the cost on the Internet, well, ordinary cars, everyone can go there, take light blouses with you, can blow, air conditioners everywhere, there is also a transfer from the hotel to the Al Mamzar Sea. We were picked up at 10 from the hotel and at 13:00 from the beach. And at 15:00 from the hotel and at 18:00 from the beach. Two times))
He stops in the middle. There is a free beach, and if you go further, it is paid, 5 dirhams. Payment by metro card. I had a silver one) The park is certainly better. The hotel has a swimming pool and a gym. It's small, the pool is also small, but there are sun beds and a children's area with a pool and a mini playground, so it's fun there) as soon as you arrive, they give you a towel, then when you leave, you hand it over. There is a mini-mini shop in the hotel itself, where capsules for Starbucks coffee machines, coffee, drinks and small snacks, such as chocolates, nuts, are sold. In general, the hotel is good, but if there is an opportunity to settle closer to the center, it is better to choose a hotel closer to the whole party of Dubai.)) 4 stars, because the first experience was unforgettable in every sense 🙏🏻☺️

Nice hotel. The location is not far from the metro, but far from the center, it takes at least 30 minutes by metro. The rooms are very small, there are no cabinets and shelves at all, there is nowhere to put things, only on hangers, which are also few. The breakfasts are good, but the choice is not great. A good hotel if you need to stay near the airport and there is no need to go to the center. The rooms are small, there is a refrigerator, but its presence is purely formal, it does not chill at all! Breakfasts are meager, you can still last a day or two, then it gets boring.

Like most tourists, when choosing a hotel, I was guided, among other things, by the reviews of other tourists. I must say right away, I do not share the high-flown reviews about this hotel.
Location.The hotel is located on the outskirts of Dubai, in the workers' and peasants' Hindu district. Accordingly, keep in mind that it will take you a relatively long time to get to more or less decent places.
The hotel is large, with a large number of rooms. But a significant part of the rooms overlook a very busy highway, the traffic on which is intense at any time of the day. Around in the catering they are preparing a hellish ostryatina. The transfer to the beach was very disappointing, as was the beach itself. Al Mamzar. The reservoir is a narrow long bay (a large puddle :)), along which there are beaches. Both paid and free.
So you will not have the feeling of waves and the open sea. I note that we did not notice a big difference between paid and free beaches.

It was unlucky that they settled on the smoking floor, they didn't know about it. It stank of cigarettes, since you could smoke everywhere. Nice hotel, super staff. They will always help, prompt. Responsive and competent. The room was 301, when booking the tour they asked for a single bed, and they provided it to us. When they left, the air conditioner was set to 21, turned on at night at 26, it was comfortable. Sockets-Great Britain. I took a hair dryer with me, I didn't use it, but there was one in the room. Water was given to the room every day. We included only breakfast, buffet, everything was delicious and excellent. Recommend it? Uniquely. Thank you 🙏

We were at the hotel from 02/16/2022 to 02/22/2022, arrived early, the airport is very close to go 10 minutes, the staff tried as best they could to settle everyone faster, when checking in they took a tax of 10 dirhams per night, this is the norm for Dubai.
We didn't need cash, you can pay with a bank card everywhere, we opened an account in dirhams, it's more profitable this way, the conversion is once.
The rooms are clean, the beds are chic, it's very cool to sleep, working air conditioning, there is always hot water, good plumbing, a large TV, a safe in the room, a refrigerator, there is no wardrobe, you can ask for additional hangers, there are blackout curtains, if the sun interferes, it's very cool that the light can be extinguished next to the bed, there are different options lighting. Sockets for our plugs are not suitable, we need an adapter, sold in the nearest store, but there are USB sockets, we had enough to charge phones.
If you don't find a dryer, then it's in the bathroom, it's a string from one wall to the other.
Cons in the room: the windows do not open, there are no balconies, the shower curtain is too small, water gets on the floor.
Breakfast buffet, there is enough of everything, porridge, potatoes, omelette, salad, sausages, beans are always there. Dinner can be changed for lunch any day, you just come and call the number, they won't let you in in the evening, they feed you a menu for lunch, 2 dishes per person plus dessert, they forget to take it out, but you can ask. Pizza can be wrapped with you. Breakfast and dinner from 6.30 to 10.30, lunch from 12.30 to 15.30. Very convenient.
There are 2 swimming pools: adult and children's, they are located in the open air, there was a construction site nearby, the pools are clean, beautiful, up to 1.5 meters deep, children's 30 cm, they give out towels for sun beds, minus only the wind and a smoking area next to the children's area.
Transfer to the paid beach three times a day, very convenient, entrance by transport card nol, 5 dirhams, men are not allowed on Mondays and Wednesdays, but I advise you to go to the park, then go from the entrance to the left there is a free beach, the one they bring me did not like.

We were at the hotel in April 2022. In principle, we are happy with everything, there is no Russian-speaking staff, but we always tried to understand my poor English, at least we communicated through an offline translator on the phone. The room is clean, light (it's important for me, it's always dark in hotel rooms), there are blackout curtains, it was harder for us to wake up with them, but we slept sweetly))
For me, a huge minus is the lack of a closet! The feeling of a constant mess when things just hang on hangers in the public domain and most things are in suitcases. In the bathroom, the glass "curtain" is not silikonen, so all the water flows out onto the bathroom floor, but we generally meet this in all countries, a conspiracy of hoteliers probably 😁
For my husband, the disadvantage was the lack of coherence in the work of the waiters, everyone served in their own way, only once in 9 days napkins were put on our table. But of course these are trifles! Monotonous menu for lunch and dinner. Although the cooks tried very hard! Especially on the last day of our stay at the hotel! One day I asked for fish without rice for lunch, because I can't handle huge portions of delicious rice, and it's a pity to leave it on a plate, so they brought me fish with steamed vegetables, I've never eaten such delicious vegetables! I don't like broccoli, but this time even my husband stole it from my plate 😁
Everything was perfect for my son (5.5 years old), I didn't want to leave at all.
We had a standard room with a large double bed for three, we fit perfectly. However, a separate towel was not provided for the child, but we always carry our own for him + beach towels. I think if we had asked, we would have been provided.
I can also describe the transfer to the beach positively. We went to the beach 4 times, there with a couple from the Czech Republic, the driver took us back first at 11-15, after 11 it is impossible to be in the sun, the heat 😁
There are no scales for luggage in the hotel, perhaps it is important to someone. They are sent to the nearest store, where they sell scales of the bezmen type with a hook at a price of 11 to 20 dirhams.
It may seem that I have some complaints about the hotel, but this is not so at all! I listed the moments that hooked us a little, but did not spoil the overall impression.
Well, at the end of the review, Dubai for us is not a beach holiday, but an active one - to have time to visit as many interesting places as possible in a short time. The hotel is needed purely for respite and sleep. In any case, I chose Studio M Arabian plaza for a reason! In 2019, I didn't have time to buy a tour here, it's a pity, compared to the other two hotels I chose in the same price category, this one is much better, cleaner and brighter! We are very happy!
