Great hotel! Beautiful and wonderful territory. Manicured courtyards, 3 swimming pools Were in it from January 9th to January 16th. We were well received and settled in immediately. All the staff is friendly and smiling. All requests were fulfilled immediately . The room was cleaned every day, it was always very clean. Bathrobes , slippers , and all the necessary things were in the room . The water was new every day . We stayed in room 4002 . Thank you for the good and high-quality cleaning by the employee who cleaned our room every day. We would also like to express our gratitude to the administrator Maria, who is an excellent employee. She helped us with any questions we had and was always friendly. The manager, Mustafa, was very helpful in choosing our excursions. He helped us understand everything and suggested the best places to visit with our children. We would also like to express our gratitude to the employee, Anas. He always greeted us with a smile and helped our children with breakfast. He always ordered our meals on time. Thank you all so much for a wonderful vacation and for your excellent work !!!!

We were in August. The hotel is average. The breakfast is excellent. Since there is no congestion due to the heat this month, they gave us a better room than we booked. The staff is very pleasant and courteous. Special thanks to Ayechka for her friendliness and kindness. There are two swimming pools for adults and one for children. Private beach. But due to the heat, we did not swim in water with a temperature of 38 degrees. They preferred the pool.

The hotel has a cozy, compact area. Oasis (lots of greenery). The beach is just silk sand, the entrance, the tiered arrangement of sun beds - for every whim: hammocks, beds, just single beds, beautiful umbrellas, awnings, cover a large area from the sun, tables. A wonderful gym, a cafe on the beach with fast service. Huge beach towels. Food is for every whim, varied with a soul. But there is a sine- baking is so-so. Apparently the pastry chef is not the profile of the hotel chefs. The room service and cleaning are impeccable, but the room stock is a little tired. This did not prevent us from having fun during our stay. The impression of the holiday is without complaints. I recommend those who like silence, but will be able to get to the center of the city in half an hour.

We lived in a nearby hotel, but we used the infrastructure of this hotel. The territory is just great! There is a lot of greenery, trees, flowers, vines, the lawn is well maintained. The beach is small, the water is clean, there are no waves due to the fact that it is a bay with little access to the sea. Along the beach, waiters carry drinks and food to the chaise longue. BUT THERE 'S ALSO A FLY IN THE OINTMENT - the waiters don 't clean the tables if they haven 't brought it . And there is no urn near the rods. I watched the waiter regularly pass by the stubs on the table without reacting in any way.(the stubs are not mine, the people who left the garbage left a long time ago) There is one pool with cold water, the entrance is shallow, with a large waterfall, it is stormy and 2 meters deep under it, so you can only swim to it. There is a warmer pool nearby and also with a waterfall, but this waterfall is not so stormy, more relaxing, cool! We talked on the beach with the visitors of this hotel, only positive reviews.

This is the first time in Dubai that we have visited a hotel with such a cool territory. You can say the Maldives in miniature and fly 2 times closer and there is somewhere to go out in the evening. You can take a taxi to Dubai Mall 4.5 km via Yandex taxi. There are good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. There is a supermarket across the street, with an exchange office with good rates and an alcohol market (if someone needs it with adequate prices). The breakfasts are good. In principle, 4.5 out of 5. The rooms may be a little tired somewhere, but they are quite normal. Floor cleaning leaves much to be desired. After cleaning, if you walk across the floor barefoot, the sand on your feet is like walking on a beach. Lunch and dinner were not ordered at the hotel, as we like to visit different places. This is also different from the Maldives, where you are tied to an island. What was missing was the diversity of marine life.

We settled on this option and did not regret it. The territory is picturesque, with its own beach with fish and comfortable rooms. We read in the reviews before the trip that the hotel was "tired" and it was confusing. In fact, yes, there are minor nuances in places on the territory. Somewhere the tile is slightly loose, somewhere the rim can be painted, BUT you need to walk with a magnifying glass. Lots of plants, streams, birds and, again, fish (look for rocks, there's a whole world there). I definitely recommend it.

We arrived at seven o'clock in the evening, and they put us in a double room, even though there were four of us. We asked them to bring everything they needed, since the room was designed for two people only: to spread out the sofa and bring the bed.We had to repeat our request three times because we were ignored. Because of this, it was uncomfortable to sit and eat. 😠 Maria, the receptionist, was "very kind" and said that if we know English, we can write a review. Question: and if we don't know English, what should we do? The beach is very small, and it is almost impossible to find a place to hide from the sun. Breakfast and lunch were delicious - at least something made me happy. The staff are smoking in the rooms, I went to get a cap, and at that time I was cleaning the room, I look, and they have cigarettes in their hands. What is this anyway? The floors haven't been washed once in four days, even though we asked for it. 😔

The beach and grounds are decent. The rooms have become three-star. The furniture is old and battered. Seven years ago, everything looked prestigious, with five stars. Room cleaning for 3. Room filling is also for 3. We had to move from one room to another because ants settled in the room. Consider the rest day lost. The hotel is not worth the money they claim. We had a rest from April 10 to April 18, 2025. The hotel is designed for a relaxing stay, good value for money: a wonderful well-maintained green area, a tolerably clean small beach, decent food. For 7 days, I have never had any difficulties in having a delicious and plentiful meal for breakfast and lunch. The rooms are tired to varying degrees, but they can be changed without additional charges, and if you pay extra, they are very likely to give you a very good room. The on-site restaurants and bars are expensive, but they have a big advantage - sea views and walking distance from the pools. Excellent infrastructure around the hotel: near a large Spinney's supermarket (such as a Crossroads), many restaurants and pharmacies. Outside the hotel there is a well-maintained promenade along the embankment (starting from the Hyatt hotel), and there is also access to the still-operating La Mer beach with a large beautiful walking area. The hotel beach is still better, but the opportunity to take a long walk along the sea in the evening is priceless! An unobvious advantage of the fact that the beach is located in the bay is the absence of large waves, even on very windy days. About the cons: we were staying at the hotel when it was fully booked, and the beach staff were clearly messing around: the same garbage was lying under the sun beds day after day. Sometimes garbage drifts onto the coastline from the bay. They remove it, but not as proactively as we would like, while responding to requests immediately. The hotel staff is as polite as possible and tries to please the guests, which is very pleasant. I would like to mention the work of the receptionist Ahmed, a super-positive person who is clearly in his place! The Russian-speaking staff are also great fellows, they do everything to make the hotel guests happy.

The hotel has its own sandy beach, the entire territory is surrounded by greenery, the villas are located in a quiet green corner, away from the noise of day and night traffic. The rooms are ordinary, we had a two-storey one with a private balcony. The hotel is not new, some of the reviews say that the rooms are bad and terrible. Either we were lucky, or people don't understand something when they choose a hotel (the year of construction is 1979, but again!!!I'll mark it!!!there are hotels that were built in 2000 ~ and beyond and they don't stand next to the room stock of this hotel! Everything is decent and clean here!!! There is no mold in the bathroom, there is no rickety, dilapidated furniture in the room, huge TVs with numerous channels and satellite TV are also available, there is an ironing board with an iron in the dressing room, there is a capsule coffee machine and a kettle, daily cleaning and a change of bed linen, the bed is huge, the room is very spacious) Check-in takes place at 15:00, and all the accompanying "package buns" that you have selected also after this time. We had breakfast and lunch, because we understood that we would be walking around the city in the evening. The staff speaks English completely, but there is a person at the reception who speaks Russian. We arrived early, the girl at the reception helped us a lot, sent us to breakfast while the room was being prepared for check-in, and we were checked in an hour later upon arrival at the hotel. In general, we thought that we would wait for 6 hours before checking in and the issue of food would have to be resolved on our own, but she changed the last day of breakfast and lunch for us on the day of arrival (we had an early morning departure on the day of departure). The beach has white sand, fish swim near the shore, the water is clear and clean, and you can also see various marine life. There are several restaurants and a nightclub on site.

Before I went there, I read the reviews, I was afraid that I would not be lucky with the room. But I liked everything. Yes, it's obvious that the rooms are not the newest, but we had a great family room with a separate bedroom. Two TVs, a walk-in closet with everything you need for ironing. Very green area, lots of birds, fountains, waterfalls. It's very nice to be here. The food was good, not very varied, but everything was delicious and of good quality. Friendly staff. A birthday cake and a plate of fruit were brought. The beach is small, clean, and the water is clear. There is no entertainment for children. There is a small playground and a swimming pool for kids. Nothing for older children. We were also pleased with the location - we walked to the Museum of the Future, to the Burj Khalifa. About an hour of leisurely walking. It's not very close, but if the weather is good, you can take a walk. We changed the bed linen twice in 10 days and cleaned it perfectly.

I really liked the hotel, we are here now and extended our stay until the end of the vacation, eventually staying here for 2 weeks. As a sign of gratitude, our category was upgraded, we were moved to a room twice as large as the standard and a balcony. We order food periodically and also went to restaurants on site, everything is delicious. The territory is very green, an oasis. It was very important when choosing a hotel-it's a beach, it's its own, the entrance is comfortable. There are Russian receptionists at the reception, it's so cool, because in many hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi there is no such thing. The hotel looks like an inexpensive Turkish hotel . The staff is polite , there are Russian - speaking staff . There is a tour section on the ground floor .The hotel is presented in the form of two - storey villas , there are small rooms , there are family rooms and even two - storey ones with or without a balcony . They will help you with your luggage and take you to the house on a golf cart and will look into your eyes for a long time waiting for a tip. I always have 20 minutes left for the guys. The territory is quite green , there are several pools , it is quite possible to relax with children . There is access to the sea , small but clean . There is , by the way , a tennis court , well , you never know ..The rooms have everything, but the refrigerators don't work well. The furniture is tired , of course , and there is a feeling of dilapidation . I won 't say it 's clean , but it 's acceptable .The breakfast is a buffet, meager, but a lot of pastries, once I was fascinated by apple pie here, I 've been thinking about it ever since) The hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle of the city, there is a Spines supermarket nearby, and LaMer city beach is also across the street, the territory is abandoned, but the beach is functioning. There is also a street with restaurants within walking distance, among them our Sakhalin . There are good locations for photos . We had a rest for three days with my wife, we chose this hotel literally on the day of departure. Upon arrival, we were given a room of the best category, at the initial cost. The hotel itself is probably not the most modern, but it is very pleasant and comfortable for the guests. Small houses-villas with 3-4 rooms, interesting layout, high-quality interior. Its own beach and access to the sea, several pools, 5-6 restaurants on site, including the Suvoroff restaurant with Russian cuisine. Friendly staff, high-quality cleaning. It's not that close to the metro, but it's close to the airport and Dubai Mall. I recommend it!

I am staying at this hotel for the umpteenth time. What can I highlight from the advantages: the territory is really green, which is amazing for Dubai, there are several pools and a private beach with sun beds. There are several restaurants on site, and a bar on the beach. The staff is Russian-speaking, so if you do not have knowledge of a foreign language, they will help you. On the downside: they've already moved into different villas several times, but each one stinks of cigarettes, and the last time they even asked us to move because we couldn't breathe. I would recommend specifying at the time of booking that you want a non-smoking villa, otherwise you will face the same problem as us. The breakfast we always take here is quite good according to the buffet system, there is not a strong choice of dishes, but all the basic products will be here. There are some small shops and a supermarket nearby, and you will have to take a taxi to the Dubai Mall, as it is not very close. There is always a polite staff at the reception who is ready to help you. It's probably going to be a little boring with the kids, since there's not much entertainment here, but as a place to stay for a couple of days, it's great.

June 2025. A great hotel in a great location. A private beach with free sun loungers, umbrellas and towels. The food and serving are just amazing. They took three meals a day, the portions were huge, they overeated, the waiters would bring them, take them away, polite, attentive, friendly. Burj Khalifa is visible from the territory, 15 minutes by taxi. All the staff is top notch. Thanks for the rest, we really enjoyed it. Let's come back here again.
