I really liked the cafe, the location is good with a view of the strait, the cafe is located in the hotel, the entrance is through the hotel, two floors. The staff serves quickly. We came here twice in one day-in the morning for breakfast and in the evening to smoke a hookah. Turkish-style breakfast is large 660 liras per person, very tasty - menemen, various types of cheeses, bread, grilled sausage, herbs, olives, jam, honey, jam. In the evening, under the roof there is a cool view of the Bosphorus and the luminous bridge with a tower, cocktails and hookah. The disadvantages are very small toilets.

Beautiful view. Honestly, I really wanted to leave a good review, but if you are tourists, be prepared for the fact that your order will simply be scored. We ordered hookah, tea, a burger set and a salmon salad. I've been waiting for the salad for an hour. The manager came up to us twice and asked why the young man was not eating his food, and we said twice that we were waiting for everything to be taken out. The waiter delayed everything for 15 minutes. And in the end, I say that I will not wait for the salad and we refuse and get in response that it was not punched and no one cooked it. 😂 cool, but why were they fed that he would be taken out now?) P.s: there will be 11% of the service in the receipt Together we gave 2,200 lire.
