On January 14, I spent more than an hour in this bank, although a simple banking operation was required: close the deposit, add money and open a new deposit. Something from the "consultant" did not load in their database, it did not work... He offered to come back tomorrow. And there's only one ticket office here; it closes, as it should, for lunch for almost an hour. I decided to pick up the money at this convenient location and deposit it at another bank. I'm glad that at least the money was given out at the cash register - for this 2 stars, not one.

Friendly staff, comfortable sofas and cool water for customers make the office even more pleasant. Only the sanseverias (plants), which a year or two ago were very decorated in the office, began to clearly need care or transplantation - they look crumpled, battered and hang sadly
