I arrived half an hour before closing time and it turned out that the service was served after closing time. That's a plus. But the downside is that it sounded like I was to blame for it. Try to set up your electronic queue and teach you how to communicate with customers. Thank you for the service, but for the tone and feeling at the exit - a strong minus.

Disgusting service!!!!!!!!! To make a regular certificate (card account), you need to wait from 3 hours or more. All the employees are shouting with one voice that they have very complicated operations, which is why it's taking so long, even though 38 people have already passed me by the electronic queue.
