We were guests in the city, for a better understanding of the modern culture of the country, we decided to go to the theater for a youth production. We were completely delighted. The topics are relevant and many of them are specific to Uzbekistan. Some of the topics are borderline, which can be discussed, but very politely and carefully, such as religion, politics, family difficulties, etc., but the actors have this line very finely adjusted, the audience is involved in the discussion, which adds vivacity to the performance. The performance turned out to be very sincere, intimate, sentimental, sincere, thoughtful and left behind very warm impressions. I recommend it and would love to come again

A stunningly culturally filled place! There is an art gallery in the hall, which makes waiting for the performance an even more pleasant event. A cafe where you can drink coffee with dessert, the staff is very pleasant, they speak English and Russian. Well, the corridor to the auditorium is generally like a separate art object! We were at the play "Black Black White Stork". This is a delight, although we are a spoiled spectator)))). If we are going to Tashkent again, we will definitely visit this cultural mecca!

You will not understand modern Uzbekistan without visiting Ilkhom. To say that this is a magnificent, lively and very sincere theater is to express my personal opinion, but you have to make up your own. I assure you, you will definitely not regret it.
Considering that this is the brightest star in the sky of modern Uzbek cultural life, but even the sun has spots. Ilkhom has an extremely inconvenient online ticket purchase system. I don't know how such a theater can afford it, but otherwise they are simply divine.

The actors are great. I really like the music in the performances.
Exhibitions of artists are often held in the lobby.

I am very glad that I was able to watch the play "Tomorrow" in this theater. 1.45 flew by in one breath. In general, the repertoire is impressive - Tartuffe, Heart of a Dog, Three sisters... I will be in Tashkent, I will definitely look at something else.

Everything is fine, the actors played almost everything for 6. Who is on 6 is on 5. But the idea of the play tomorrow is 15 years behind. Repeating the things you've done, some of them relevant, is like trying to pretend on an old Ford focus that you have a cool car at the expense of beautiful paint and detailing. The car is used!!! I'm not saying that I was waiting for Mayakovsky's ideas, but time has just passed, and "tomorrow" is not a classic in fact, inserts do not pull, and in places they just annoy about the shaman, the ear, the family and Blinovskaya. This has already been experienced.

The theater is young and unusual, performances for amateurs. I like this tower, I go with pleasure. There is only one sad moment...Apparently, our state does not need culture if they want to demolish it and build a hotel on this place. All cultural centers and theaters will be dismantled soon. Everyone is only interested in money and profit. Sell everything, destroy and turn our green city into a desert. It is sad that the Ilkhom Theater has been fighting for its existence for two years.

An amazing place! I definitely recommend it to anyone who is tired of "mothballs" productions and cast members. Very talented, mentally, sometimes to tears, piercing. At the same time, it is cozy (there are few places), the effect of presence, the actors often interact with the audience, which adds emotion. Камерный театр в Ташкенте! В фойе расположена выставка, до спектакля успели ознакомится с архитектурой, выставки периодически обновляются. Зрительный зал в подвальном помещении, небольшой, в первом ряду чувствуешь себя участником спектакля. Билеты нельзя купить online, это я бы отнесла к минусам. Ну и конечно, за несколько дней до спектакля все распродано, так что лучше приезжайте за билетами в кассу театра заранее. Смотрели «Белый белый черный аист» - довольно аутентичный спектакль

The acoustics of the basement hall are so-so, and the performance goes on without microphones - not everything is audible.

The best drama theater in Uzbekistan. No more, no less. Be sure to go. A fantastic hall with seating on both sides of the stage. I saw two performances - both involved musicians as separate "actors" (very cool). The level of actors is comparable to the best Moscow theaters. Directing is in the best traditions of Stanislavsky, with a lot of experimentation and freedom. Well done!

Самый необычный, изобретательный и смелый театр в Ташкенте! От каждого спектакля получаешь море эмоций! Актерский состав выше всяких похвал! В фойе проходят различные выставки. Можно посидеть, попить кофе, пообщаться с друзьями. Зал удобный, на каждый спектакль разный.
В последнее время правда стали напрягать зрители с телефонами, кофе и вайпами в зале. Хотя везде стоят таблички, что с напитками в зал нельзя, просьбу отключать телефоны объявляют несколько раз, люди не реагируют, а персонал не останавливает.

Мы релоканты. Очень избалованные театралы из Петербурга. Впервые привели сюда ребенка на "Щелкунчика"(Принцесса Пирлипат). Честно скажу,что не ожидала такого высокого уровня театрального искусства в Узбекистане. Абсолютный восторг! У всех: у ребенка, мамы и папы! Постановка современная, резонирующая в душе и у взрослых, и у детей. Меня больше всего поразило умение из ничего создать образ - из двух тарелок - рыцаря, из пучка петрушки - лес, из варежки - крысу. И ещё восхитило то, как главный актер общается с детской публикой, которая включена в действие. Общение и включение зрителей в спектакль происходит буд-то само собой. Большое спасибо театру за потрясающую постановку!

Из минусов - только длинный узкий подземный коридор в зрительный зал. Не увидел резервных эвакуационных выходов.
Прекрасные актеры. До глубину погружает в спектакль игра актеров. У всех прекрасные голоса - замечательно поют на любых языках.
Сидели на первом ряду, были на спектакле Тартюф.
До антракта было немного непонятно, но после - спектакль просто заиграл красками, и взрывным финалом. Мы были просто в восторге и ни капли не пожалели, что вновь пришли.
Не знаю имеется ли возможность покупать билеты онлайн с российских карт, сами покупали с помощью родственников из Ташкента. Если такой возможности нет - очень рекомендую администрации театра подумать.
Частенько на спектакль за 3-5 дней сложно купить билеты на месте. Лучше покупать заранее при открытии продаж.

Wonderful! I was at the play "Tortilla Flat Quarter". At first, I was surprised by such a grotesque on stage - everyone is singing, dancing and exaggerating, the audience is hysterical about anything, the actors pick up the hysteria from the audience. Then I got involved in the process and it felt really good. The guys set up a sauna on stage, and in the end, the only thing that bothered me was an open fire surrounded by straw decorations, which looked quite unsafe, especially for a basement.
