The new hotel is super-beautiful and modern and tasteful, the staff is very friendly, and the food in the restaurant is magical. Justifies its stars!I was in Astana for a couple of days, and the choice fell on this cool hotel!! When I arrive in Astana, I will definitely check in here!!!

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms match the photos.
The breakfasts really spoiled the impression. Everything seems to be fine, you order according to a small menu, BUT OOOOOH ... Out of six breakfasts, two days we just didn't get tea and coffee!! Oh yes, and jam!!! And it was me and my husband who approached the waiters, called them to the table and swore! And this is when boarding not even half of the restaurant! And there are 3-4 tables. In general, we ate two dishes, but we did not receive tea.
I'm writing now and I'm furious again. In fact, it's not even three stars. Make tea for 40-50 minutes, you need to try hard.
And jam, which does not even need to be cooked, but to give a ready-made small jar and after a few reminders, does not fit into my head.

A good place against the background of all the gloom and bad taste in Astana. The guys are trying very hard to be at least a little closer to the gastro standards of Moscow and Europe. It doesn't work out in everything, the village is still felt. But the vector and intentions are good, for this a solid four.

We were at this hotel in October 2022 for our wedding anniversary. The perfect place for such an event!
Stylish, beautiful, small, but very decent hotel! The staff solves all your requests quickly and efficiently. There is a spa, it is small, but it is not critical, there is no pandemonium of guests. Three restaurants with different cuisines: pan-Asian, beer and breakfast.

A hotel where design has won over meaning :(
In order:
Pros - modern, interesting design of the hotel and rooms; excellent restaurant (we were in one, there are two more, I hope they are just as delicious :)
Cons - the minimum necessary services do not work. The air conditioner does not work, the room is 23.5 degrees, there is a lot of air for me, there is no air. The technicians couldn't cope, the window was open - it became normal;
Iron and board on request and for 30 minutes, not enough for all guests; in a designer room there is nowhere to put a suitcase, nowhere to hang towels, the sink in the room is not convenient, there is always water underfoot; most TV programs do not work.
In general, it can be recommended if you ignore the little things :)

The hotel "pathosnaya", hosted several good restaurants according to them. I will say this, the hotel does not even have a lobby for negotiations, only a few cafes. There is no parking from the word at all, this is a huge minus. What we saw in the room just shocked us, the sink is in the hallway, not in the shower, it would be better to make a shared bathroom with a san node, as it should be. And in the shower there is not even a mirror and a shelf. That is, to brush your teeth in the room, as I understand it. The windows overlook the decorations of the building, that is, you will practically not see anything from your window, as in prison. Of course, no one will return the money to you for the first day, they returned it for the next two days. I forgot to write,
the corridor in the hotel on each floor is made terribly, as if it is covered with slate, the doors do not open to the room, but from the outside))))) They didn't stay. And the rooms are not cheap, or $ 150 or $200 was paid per day. The impression is terrible. I do not recommend it. What were the thoughts of those who launched this design into the project.
