We took a Suite. At the entrance, the handle immediately fell off. The faucet was also very weak in the shower. I can't imagine what's in the rooms below the class then

A very unusual place with excellent service, delicious a la carte breakfasts (not a buffet! Your breakfast will be prepared especially for you!) and three great restaurants.
We came as a family and were delighted.

A new hotel with beautiful rooms. A comfortable bed, a wonderful breakfast and a cool Italian restaurant. The staff is very polite and friendly. There is a SPA, but I was not there.

We visited 2 restaurants in The Veil: DiWan Asian cuisine and Cantinetta Antinori Italian cuisine. I liked the Italian restaurant more, authentic, very tasty Italian cuisine, quite expensive, but the sensations and impressions are worth it, I highly recommend it. I rate Italian at 5, Asian at 4.

I liked the dinner at the Italian restaurant, the service was super. The wine is a little sweet, but the choice is huge for any purse from 24 thousand tenge and above.
The salad is delicious. There are line trousers downstairs, you have to go down to the parking lot to smoke, it's not convenient at all for this 4 stars.

Wonderful hotel! I recommend to everyone who goes to Astana to stay here! The building is of stunning beauty. Chic rooms and a great breakfast menu, not a buffet. The hotel has a cool restaurant with its own meat drying room. The staff is very polite and helpful. We have solved all the issues )

The rooms and restaurants look very nice and atmospheric. The staff is polite. I didn't like the floor on the 1st floor, just the concrete floor on which cracks have already started. In summer, you can fully open the windows in the restaurant and admire the view. I still can't understand the rusty facade of the building, the shape is interesting, but its cladding(

Everything is fine. The rooms are amazing, the restaurants are amazing, the spa is small, but if there are no people, then cozy, with a hammam and sauna. The breakfasts are good.
