The staff is always polite and sometimes too sociable (I don't like when they weigh over my soul, look at my slot machine) but if you don't have a passport with you, don't even hope to come in, if you only need cigarettes, only at the bar, just for a minute, they will never let you in without a passport, I a regular customer, the staff knows me well by sight, and they know that I leave money there at least 100 rubles per evening, of which there are 5-10 pieces per month, and they begged and offered money - in no way. for this and 3 stars.
