In February, the hall in the cafe was heated by 18 degrees, the guests were freezing, and the air conditioners did not work for heating. At the request of the staff to turn on the heater, a very responsive waiter, Vladimir, found and connected it, but alas, it did not work. When ordering the banquet, we immediately noted the coolness in the room, but we were assured that it would be warm for the event. There was no music in the hall before the program, but at the request of Vladimir, he asked about his musical preferences and set up the equipment. The administrator apparently did not share the information at the request of the music program, and only Vladimir coordinated the work of a DJ for our company. On January 30, one guest called and canceled, but there were 10 salads on the table instead of 9. Vladimir said that there was no such information, but kindly canceled the hot meal of one guest. I would like to mention the excellent work of the waiter Vladimir. He was very responsive, attentive, solved all the issues that arose, controlled the timing of the event, and tried his best for the entire institution. This is not the first time we have been to this cafe, but it was the first time in winter, we were very upset by the failure of the heating devices, the workers themselves are forced to walk in bikes, the management needs to solve this problem.
