A great hotel for your money, not new, but everything works. There is an entire old hotel fund in Izmir, there is no point in overpaying. If the priority is good wifi, hot water pressure, silence (new double-glazed windows are installed), cleanliness, proximity to all locations, then you are here. In the same building there is a wonderful dining room with inexpensive and hearty soups and second courses. The hotel is run by a family. Very nice people, they will help with all questions. We recommend it!
