We rented an office space for a company there. The Barsha Heights area is a bit "seedy", they constantly advertise "massage 24 hours a day" on nearby cars, but in general, it is convenient. There is a metro station within walking distance, about 7-10 minutes walk. There are shops, hotels, beauty salons, banks, and there are apartments for daily and long-term rentals. There is security in the center, it even seemed to be a fitness center, but I didn't use it. It is convenient and comfortable to work inside, the rates are lower than in well-known tourist and beach locations. There is a good air conditioning system inside, so it is comfortable to work.

A wonderful hotel for your money. Huge rooms that have everything! Bathrobes, slippers, hair dryer, refrigerator, stove, some dishes, washing machine. There are plenty of sun beds by the pool, and in the morning you can have time to sunbathe in the sun. The breakfasts are like in 5!

The only disadvantage for guests who do not use public transport is that it is not a convenient exit to the subway, it is constantly occupied by chained cars, there is nowhere for pedestrians to pass, and cars approaching the main entrance will run over you.

It's quite a nice hotel, on the 8th floor there is an open-air swimming pool, which is very convenient, I came after a hot day and went to relax. There are a lot of places within a 10-15-minute walk where you can eat at any whim, as they say. At the exit of the hotel from the right there is a small Carrefour supermarket, you can also buy the most necessary things. Of course, there is practically no infrastructure for small children, there is a small resemblance of a playground on the 8th floor, where there is a swimming pool and a gym. By the way, I didn't see anything for children on the street either, apparently this is a weak spot in Dubai. It is very convenient to cross the bolshaya highway right in front of the hotel.Sheikh Zayed and immediately an overground subway, on which you can drive through the whole city and admire the views, so to speak. The price tag for a taxi is very pleasant, but not free, I drove about 12 stops today and paid about 400 rubles for a round trip, well, a taxi would have cost me about 4,500 rubles in total round trip, so this option is very suitable to save budget and time. Overall, the impression of the hotel is very positive. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are many other things in the hotel itself that I haven't even visited due to my busy schedule. And I can't say that it's very cheap, but as they say, in comparison, closer to the Burj Khalifa, such hotels cost 2-2.5 times more expensive. Therefore, everyone is guided by their budget. There are offices of Visa, Amazon, Dell, and other companies in this area nearby.

The hotel is right next to the metro station, so there are no difficulties with leaving the attractions. Cons: the hotel pool is very small in the early morning in the sun, starting at noon you will not be able to sunbathe, if it is critical for you, you will have to look for beaches. But there is a transfer from the hotel to the beach, at 10 and 11 am. There was a "not very" fresh table on the balcony. We had a good view of the "Sail", but I suppose there are rooms with a worse view. Elevators can sometimes take a long time to wait, despite the fact that there are a decent number of them. One at a time. In general, for me, the disadvantages that I described turned out to be not critical and situational, but the advantages are much more significant

A decent hotel. We lived on the 38th floor. They clean it every day. There are Russian speakers at the reception. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are monotonous, but we ate too much!)) The pool is large, on the 8th floor, the sun is before lunch, we went down below, the view of the subway, we took sun beds there and sunbathed on them, I recommend the hotel!!!
