The hotel location is great. And the view even from standard rooms is magnificent. What i didn't like were the lifts (you have to wait up to 10 mins for it to come/ and the breakfast. In the breakfast room there are queries and all tables are occupied. The rooms are a bit shabby for a five star hotel (it actually doesn't look like the one). Air-conditioning is good, the room is clean.

The room has air conditioning, but it's not hot without it, the windows don't open. There are always clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, gel, cream and other small things in the bathroom. There is a retractable clothesline in the bathroom (pictured). Where the hair dryer is, there is our usual outlet (pictured). Cleaning every day. The breakfasts are great, but it's better to come before 9:00, otherwise there are queues. When checking in, the TV did not work, but it was repaired within an hour. Once there was no hot water, the reason is unclear, but while we were walking everything was restored and there were no further interruptions. In general, we were satisfied with the hotel. Taxi by the meter, you can order through the app (start at boarding 10 AED), or catch on the road (start at boarding 5 AED), so it's cheaper. They took a silver card in the subway. The metro closes earlier than the shopping center. Excursions were taken in advance from Touristino Dubai, we were satisfied (some entrance tickets are even cheaper than at the box office). We didn't always have time for dinners, we only had time for two out of 4 days, so it makes no sense to take dinners if you plan to travel around the city, then most likely you won't have time for dinner, because it's before 21:30, and traffic in Dubai is very buzzy. There are restaurants on site, but the price tag is quite expensive. You can have lunch/dinner cheaper in nearby establishments. The staff is polite, helpful and friendly, but no one speaks Russian. In broken English, in principle, the guests are mostly foreigners - Indians, Europeans. The hotel's location is very convenient - the main attractions are just around the corner. The metro is 3 minutes away, and bus stops are nearby. It's a long way to the beach. The nearest beaches can be reached by taxi in 20-30 minutes, or by metro + taxi. We once walked to Jumeirah beach, and it took 2.5 hours to get there) We didn't have any special expectations, so we were satisfied. Yes, the rooms are not new, but this is not a suite, so I'm not lowering the star. We liked the service.

Very polite staff, attentive and helpful, always smiling, clean and cool in the rooms. But the pool closes early at 9 p.m. Overall, everything is fine!
