Now I am at the hotel, the 3rd day.
This is the first time I've seen a queue for breakfast at a hotel!!! My kids and I stupidly didn't have breakfast today!
There was no such thing in any hotel, especially 5 stars!
Water bottles are brought in bags that are not at all aesthetic.. which do not keep the cold.
There are 2 palm trees on the territory, I'm not kidding)) everything is rolled up in concrete .
Very heavy doors everywhere! In the rooms, at the entrance and exit in the hotel... the children themselves cannot open them and have to drag them everywhere.
The hotel is 2 years old, but it is tired, I think in a year there will be nothing to do here at all.
The reception area is very elegant, apparently they spent everything on chandeliers.
The children's zone... well, it's a failure. A puddle and a slide next to it.
The beach is very sparse with very simple sun beds.
Of the pros, there are no aqua aerobics and all this noisy nonsense.
Polite staff.
Good cleaning
Delicious buffet food.
In general, it's fine, but I won't go anymore.
But it's not 5 stars, I'm sorry.

Nice new Hotel!
The staff is friendly, there are Russian speakers, which is very convenient sometimes that it is difficult to explain what you want. It is better to take everything included in the Hotel, since lunches and dinners are not very cheap, this is so who still saves and wants to spend time in a good hotel. The beach is very convenient location.
The rooms are very nice, the shower accessories are luxurious. There are Russian channels on the TV

A cool and modern hotel, opened in 2022. Everything is new, the staff is great and friendly! There are no wishes for food, beach, rooms and so on! It's great to relax with children! All on 5!

The service is at the highest level.
The design and furnishing of the rooms made of wood and stone are beyond praise.
There are tents on the beach, soft sofas - no one occupies in advance, there are enough amenities for everyone, the hotel provides beautiful beach bags and flip-flops. Everyone is brought bags- refrigerators with water.
In the restaurant, all guests are escorted to their seats, no paper napkins, the appliances are changed after each dish. Everything is delicious, exquisite and extraordinary.

1. Rudeness and deception in the RAIA lounge bar.
2. There was once a hard cheese from 10 days at breakfast. There was no avocado. Freshly squeezed juices in the form of imitation.
3. NV is an error. In all restaurants, this is a subscription to a limited selection in advance, interesting dishes are marked in the menu *, paid in full separately. So, in Roaring rabbit all kinds of shrimp and decent steaks with *. In Indian Varq - no fish and seafood for the HB package.
4. At dinners in the main restaurant, there was once a delicious hot fish. But only once.
5. There is no menu in Russian.
6. There is no volume/weight of drinks/products in the menu. I put 4 stars because they didn't give the adopter on the first day, and so everything is fine! You can come to the sun beds at 11:00 freely, but on weekends at 9:00 there are a lot of people. Beautiful embankment near the hotel. The pool is clean, the dinner is not very tasty. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
