The beach is normal, fine sand, sun beds, deck chairs and beds with umbrellas, there were enough places for everyone. A sea with a safety net in the water, you won't get far. Everything corresponds to the hotel category. The problem with this hotel is that you have to wait a very long time, check in at the reception for about an hour, wait 40-50 minutes for food in the restaurant after ordering, it also takes about an hour to pick up your luggage from the room, the taxi has already arrived, and the luggage was still carried for 40 minutes, and so on. Only rumservice works faster, they bring everything within 10 minutes, well done in this. There is little greenery on the territory of the hotel.

Great new hotel. Beautiful beach. The service is super, the staff is loyal. But it's a small area, like many hotels on Palma. There are no trees. The beach is cool, the water in the bay was good at the end of February, the pool is warm and shallow. In new Atlantis, it is nearby in 10 minutes, it is worth going to restaurants in the evening and looking at the dancing fountains, they are cooler than Khalifa's. Emirates Mall is half an hour away, and Khalifa is 50 minutes away by taxi. Yandex taxi worked, excellent cars and debit from a Russian card. Gazprom Union cards also worked. The promenade in front of the hotel with a view of the sail. The rooms are as shown in the photo. The staff is really friendly, boars come in on the beach, towels and bring water in ice buckets. When buying a tour, they asked for separate beds (an adult daughter is uncomfortable sleeping together). We took a special flight to get to dinner. They give you a room with one bed at 19.00. We ask for separate rooms-the room is typically higher than the category, pay 17t.p. The senior was called, had dinner, waited another 2 hours!!!! while we were cleaning the room, we finally checked in.But we were positive and the rest turned out to be great. I liked that you can eat until 02 a.m. (we had breakfast, lunch, dinner). We only went to the buffet for breakfast. Lunch and dinner in restaurants. It was Ramadan during our trip - tea and coffee were only for breakfast. Lunch and dinner -water.Hot drinks were drunk in the room. The beach is great. Swimming is comfortable.There are few people. Excellent wild boars from the sun. Cold water is distributed on the beach either in an ice bowl or in a mini cooler. The cleaning is excellent-towels are changed 2 times. The probability of a second refund is more likely than not.

We arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a nice girl in a sari, after we went to the reception, Briti spoke to us in English, there was no Russian-speaking representative that day at all. We were not given a tour of the hotel, nor were we told about the facilities and services that are included in the price of our program. I speak English, but it was difficult for me to understand all the subtleties and details. We were escorted to the room, made an early check-in, but not to the reserved room with two beds, but one large one. It is strange that in such a large hotel there was not another room with separate beds. Also, our travel agent Julia forgot to tell us that there is a tourist fee in Dubai, I found out in fact, in English. The hotel is beautiful and new, the room is gorgeous. Let's move on to nutrition. Our HB+ program includes breakfasts and dinners (a la carte) plus alcohol, it was the first time I rested in this format, I asked Julia several times about how it is and what is included. She explained that we can choose any dish from the menu, it turned out at the hotel that you can not choose with an asterisk, it was not said in advance, I think it is important to designate it. We include serving alcohol (of any kind) during meals. At the hotel, the waiters behaved as if they did not know what our program was (although when you call the room number they can see in the system), apparently they wanted to make money on paid cocktails, I have no other explanation. What I resent is that I paid enough to get good service, and I had to prove every time that I was supposed to, it's nerves, irritation and misunderstanding why the waiters decide what to give me and what not. So to specific cases. The hotel has three food outlets according to our program, a restaurant on the 6th floor of the RAIA RESTAURANT, a buffet on the 1st and a Roaring rabbit bar. On the first evening, due to the fact that we did not have a tour, we came to the wrong place, finding out (in English) that this was a paid restaurant, we went to look further where we could eat (and we were hungry all day because we did not have time for breakfast, from the plane, in which we were fed once a day 6 hours). We came to the 6th floor where a waitress came up to us, who spoke English and allegedly explained to us that cocktails were paid, we proved to her that they were included in our program. Then a Russian-speaking waiter was called to us, we found out what we were supposed to and what was not, and finally ordered food and drinks, on the condition that they would be served only after we had drunk one, then the next one would be brought. It concerned juice and alcohol (you see, until we drink a glass of juice they won't bring us a glass of cocktail). It was the same with the dishes, at zero landing, the salad was carried for a long time, then the second was carried even longer after 30 minutes as we ate the salad. We didn't like the dinner at all. The next evening we went to the buffet, there was a Russian-speaking waiter right away, it was immediately easier to communicate, but he also started with the fact that wine is possible, but they can't make a cocktail. It is a very interesting situation, who is the bartender there who does not know how to make cocktails. We liked it more here, the food is very tasty. On the third day we went to rabbit, after a wonderful excursion to Abu Dhabi, in a great mood. A Russian-speaking waiter came up to us, said that we could choose dishes without an asterisk, and cocktails could be any, we ordered, told the room number. After that, he comes up and says that you are not allowed alcohol, only tea or coffee!!! I say it's not like that, he says OK, just wine and beer. It pisses me off, where such made-up rules come from, I said one thing, then another, and everywhere I have to prove what I'm supposed to and what I'm not supposed to. We get up and leave, they stop us and ask us to stay, they say that they will pour us, but not the cocktail that we chose, but another one. In general, I simply do not have an explanation for this behavior, then it is possible, then it is impossible, I think that this is a huge disadvantage of the hotel, the management, which either does not monitor or encourages extortion of money for any paid services. The mood was spoiled to such an extent that it was already unbearable to endure it. I wrote to Julia again about the situation, she wrote to Anastasia's hotel representative. Imagine, you brought a person on vacation, for his own money, to the point where he wrote to the agent so that she would solve the issues! Terrible service!!! After a conversation with Anastasia (which took place the next day), no doubt she tried to settle the situation, conducted a tour (this is on day 4 at the hotel, two full and a half hours left), at the end of the day they brought us a bowl of fruit from the buffet and they considered the conflict settled. But the sediment for the whole vacation remained. As compensation, we were allowed a free late check-out (not at 12.00, but at 14.00). We are grateful for this. The girl at the reception who speaks Russian is never in place. For me, this is an indicator that this hotel is not aimed at Russian tourists. If you don't speak English, you won't like it here. You can swim in the sea only from 7.00-19.00, this is also a huge minus, the pool is from 7.00-20.00 Conclusion I do not recommend this hotel, for such money you will not get a proper rest. Expectations did not match reality.
