Everything was great! Nice city hotel, close to the center. There is a small hill with a slide to the entrance. The hotel has an elevator. The room is clean. Do not compare this hotel with the rooms on the coast, remember that this is a city, not a resort area. The light bulb did not work, I turned to the viewer through the translator - it was replaced on the same day. An iron is provided on request. The tourist vacation to Istanbul was wonderful. Drinking water is available in the store.

A hotel for unassuming clients! Breakfast: lots of Turkish bread, boiled eggs, sausage, cheeses. But in order not to overeat, they give only one serving! In general, it's not bad for a morning snack! In Istanbul, you can eat for every taste and budget! We had a vacation with three people: me, my wife and a child. Cleaning: everything was clean, there was nothing to complain about, we stayed at the hotel for 5 days, but unfortunately we did not come in more than once, and we did not ask, we also left the room clean! In this regard, we are not pretentious! Location: quite close to the main nearby attractions! But I ask you to be careful, because next to Taksim Square, if you go towards the Galata Tower along the main noisy tourist street, I unknowingly turned off to take a shortcut through the blocks and ended up in part of the Tarlabashi district! This is a very dangerous area where there are a lot of beggars and it's better not to get there, they can easily rob and even worse kill, and unfortunately the police do not go to this unreliable area, they themselves are wary of it! I just warned you that Istanbul is a city of contrasts. Here, like in any metropolis, there are super expensive hotels, as well as a poor stratum of the population! And so there is a saying "Who has not been to Istanbul, he has not seen the world." Istanbul is a unique city located at the junction of two continents, Asia and Europe, which has been the capital of two world empires for more than two millennia. It combines different cultures, traditions and styles of architecture! I advise you to visit this unique city! About the language: if you don't speak English, then your Russian language will not be understood in this hotel! About the room: we got a two-room comfortable room: everything was in it, even a kettle and a stove on which we could cook something, but we did not use it, because there were no frying pans and other things, and we did not need it, because we wanted to eat the national Turkish food! And the kettle is a big plus!!! Of the cons, the TVs didn't work, but we didn't need them, thinking that if we wanted, we would have them set up! Overall, I am satisfied with the hotel on 4 out of 5!

Tatiana April 2026 This is not a hotel, but a maximum of a "guest house". I chose it for information about a good location. Staying is fraught with a risk to life -there is often no employee at the reception desk, and for health - the stairs are not illuminated. There is no cleaning service in the rooms. A paid breakfast is not provided, it is at this institution at 8.30., and this is the start time of the excursions. The concept of a "lanh box" does not exist in this institution. The location in the "criminal area" is dangerous to return in the evening. But you are not alone in the room, the window in the neighboring building is no more than two meters away. P.S. To Sultan Square, 50 dollars for a taxi is the location.

I lived in room 5002. 3 days, 4 nights. And it's a horror. Despite the fact that this is Turkey, where tea is mainstream, we were deprived of this in our room: there is a kettle, but no cups. In addition, the sockets are hanging, there is no closet door, it is carefully hidden behind the closet. The door is hanging on the safe. There is no toilet seat on the toilet. There is soap, gel, no toothbrush paste. There is mold on the hood of the air conditioner, or something black and dirty. The ceiling is falling down in the toilet. There was no cleaning in the room. On the very first day, the administrator was told about all the shortcomings..And what do you think? Every day, the administrator changed for 3 days in a row, and each time they heard about these shortcomings for the first time!! And they were so surprised! And then the toilet paper ran out, cleaning was a dream come true. We stupidly put our garbage out the door. This confirms that the room has been bypassed all days. After my hundredth remarks, made in a raised tone, the bed linen was changed on the 3rd day... Towels, cleaning was done. But our colleagues don't..check-in was also late, as much as 4 hours later than scheduled. And breakfasts are generally a luxury... Thanks for the bread. I really ate bread. It's up to you, but this is my opinion, verified by the accommodation in this hotel.
