When the battery returned from service, the answer was given in conclusion, without examination, but as it was written from a visual inspection that I had used the battery incorrectly and that it was my fault, they listed 15 points that could have affected and removed the battery from warranty altogether. This company's guarantee is a HOAX.

I brought the battery to the store on 02.12.2024, asked in return for the time of verification, they refused. They said that they would be checked for 5 days and sent to Minsk for examination. We promised to contact you within 5 days. In fact, on the 6th day I had to go on my own and still find out what was wrong with the battery. The seller replied that everything was fine, there was no marriage, but no one even sent for examination. He just stood there for 5 days. The request was nevertheless refused to investigate the causes of the malfunction and send it for examination, allegedly not a warranty case. So then what is the promised 3-year warranty???? They said, well, wait a couple more days, we will contact Minsk. So what did you do for 5 days??? In fact, it's a complete "scam". When you buy, they will tell you everything very beautifully and promise. When you encounter a problem, try to prove that this is a low-quality product, and the promised warranty will not help. And how, in general, the battery store may not be able to replace another battery for a while. I do not recommend anyone to contact these sellers, if there is a problem, they will not help solve it, but they will blame you for everything and say that you were improperly exploited.
