Good afternoon.A Zubr battery was purchased from this company and a 4-year warranty was given for the battery.In winter, the first two years were with a slight degree of frost, the battery started the car, this year the winter pleased us with big frosts, the battery could not start the car.I contacted this company under warranty. When the battery returned from service, the answer was given in conclusion, without examination, but as it was written from a visual inspection that I had used the battery incorrectly and that it was my fault, they listed 15 points that could have affected and removed the battery from warranty altogether. This company's guarantee is a HOAX.
