We stayed in Dubai in this hotel in 2024, despite the small number of stars, the hotel has a high level of service, which significantly saves the budget of the tourist on the tour as a whole. Cleanliness in the room !! Daily cleaning, change of bed linen and towels. Water was brought every day, several bottles per person. The room has everything necessary for a tourist's life: a kettle, tea glasses, glass glasses, tea bags, coffee, all this is included in the price, bath accessories in large bottles in sufficient quantity, slippers, hairdryer. The beach was a 20-minute walk away, but the bus came twice a day for tourists at a certain time. The staff responded immediately to the request to provide an iron, an ironing board and an iron were brought, and tourists are treated with respect. The staff is smiling and helpful. The rooms, of course, require repair, for example, our refrigerator did not work, but after a call in 5 minutes they came and took it away and replaced it. The shower curtains were kept on their word of honor. And there were not enough shelves in the closet to put things, there were only hangers in the closet, so things were stacked on the sofa. These are probably all the cons. Otherwise, I liked everything. Although we only used the hotel for an overnight stay, as we left early in the morning and arrived late at night, we came to change at lunch. In general, I really liked the hotel for the reasons why it was chosen. But everything is OK, apparently all rooms have a sofa that was made for us for the child. The food is good, we took breakfast and dinner, we always ate enough, the breakfast was very varied, there was always meat, fish, fruits for dinner. The beach is a 25-minute walk away, it's too hard with a child in the heat. There is a transfer from the hotel, we tried to go once, but the bus was already full, five people got out of our hotel, there was not enough space for the rest. We took a city bus, two stops to the beach. The metro is about 30 minutes on foot, or 15 minutes by bus. Dinner: broth, rice, pilaf, pasta, gravies, meat, salads, fruits watermelon, orange, melon, apples, carbonated drinks, cakes. We liked everything. Eat as much as you want. They took apples, oranges, and bananas with them. A HUGE PLUS. We had a plane at 23 o'clock, and the check-out was at 12 o'clock. A hotel for the restless. :) The beach is two stops away, but we walked or took a taxi. Breakfast lasted until the evening, dinner was served on the next street or brought to the room. Location: close to shops, far from the beach - 30 minutes on foot at a brisk pace, even in November it is annoying (the transfer runs at an inconvenient time). La mer beach - the sand is beautiful, the entrance to the sea is convenient, but poorly maintained: the shower barely works, the toilets are closed, so vacationers spoil the changing rooms. The hotel rooms are standard, there are no special complaints, except that the shower cabin was poorly closed. The staff speaks only English.

I don't understand the good reviews about this hotel. The food is meager and monotonous. There is no way to order lunch with yourself - as a result, 4 lunches and $100 were simply lost. There is no iron, although it is in the description when booking. There were problems with the water too - it was only hot - it was unscrewed with a screwdriver. There are no slippers either. At the check-out, they were not allowed to have lunch 15 minutes earlier. We were in Sharjah a year ago, and there were dinners, and we were let in before leaving, and the food itself was much tastier and more varied (babaganush was always there!). But there's a 3-star hotel. This hotel is obviously no more than 2 years old. The shuttle service to the Dubai Mall was also unavailable when needed. The only advantage is a comfortable bed. The nearest beach is La mer, a 25-minute walk away, but it's abandoned and crowded. We went to Almamzar beach for an hour and a half by bus.

The first and most important thing: there were three of us, the third sleeping place was a creaky folding sofa (we had a broken frame). When you lie down on it, it seems to fold in the middle, the base rises, the iron rails dig into the body. It is impossible to sleep. At the request, another one was brought, not much better. Bottom line: if there are three of you, someone will have to sleep on the couch, and this is a spoiled vacation, because it is simply impossible to sleep on it. Second: non-opening windows. It was a problem for us. Air conditioning is good, but it is simply necessary to open the window and ventilate. It turned out that the room was cool, but stuffy. For those who care about the availability of fresh air, pay attention. The third point: cleaning up the dump. When checking in, someone's sock was found under the bedside table. They were vacuumed only once in 10 days. The bathroom floor has never been washed. Basically, they take out the garbage, make the bed, put on water, report to the tual. paper and tea set. Tipping doesn't help. Among the advantages: a relatively convenient location, the availability of free transfers to the beach and shopping centers, food for 2 * is acceptable.
