Positive: its own beach and pool for children, a good buffet breakfast, excellent staff (there are always Russian speakers), cleanliness. Free bus to Dubai Moll shopping center, but not during a military conflict. Convenient location. We visited in the last decade of April 2026. It was the same time last year. The water is warm, not too hot. My wife and I liked it.

The store is on site, it helped out a lot when you were too lazy to go to the nearest shopping center. There is not much choice, but almost everything is there. Very tasty ice cream and natural juice. They also sell a miracle patch, which is useful to everyone in Dubai!!! Air conditioners!!! 30 minutes and it's all gone.

Helpful and courteous staff. The hotel is clean, the rooms are cleaned every day. Wi-Fi on the beach catches well. Check-out at 14.00

The worst hotel, underrated. I recommend it to everyone. Pervaya beregova + swimming pool. There is a shopping center within walking distance, and a free bus takes you to the shopping centers.
