Terrible hotel. For 3 nights the room was not cleaned once. They just threw in shampoo and water bottles. The plaster in the shower room is all cracked. The air conditioning cannot be adjusted - it is constantly cold. In terms of comfort, it is more consistent with a hostel.

A good hotel for 4* . I liked the friendly staff of the hotel. The rooms are cleaned daily, water is delivered, towels are changed, disposable accessories are in the room every day without a reminder. It would seem that this is part of the duties of the hotel staff by default, but personally I had the experience and repeatedly had to remind the staff at 5 * about the basic service. It's not the first time I've stayed here. The service is excellent. Location - topchik! Emirates Mall is 50 meters away (my wife likes it very much). There are plenty of inexpensive cafes with delicious food nearby. The staff is friendly and courteous, they always go to a meeting (early check-in/late check-out), the breakfasts are great, the hotel is large but cozy, there was always a place by the pool. Free parking for guests. The nearest beach is 10 minutes away by car, and the night beach is 20 minutes away.

It was 05.10.2025, the room was booked for 3 people, it turned out that we were not expected, the room was not prepared, in the place of the sofa that we were promised from the beginning when booking the room, we were offered a folding bed with a terrible matrix, plus we were not provided with an additional set of linen and bath accessories, as well as water and mugs, and so on... We had to remind them of each accessory. But what else finally upset us at this hotel was the transfer to the beach, it only went 2 times a day in the morning and took us away in the evening at 4 p.m., this is considering that more than 100 people lived in this hotel, a small minivan was provided, considering that many people wanted to go to the beach, but in this scenario they did not everyone could use a minivan, it was necessary to register in advance (those who did not have time were late) and had to take a taxi at their own expense, and the taxi is not cheap, it works on the meter and the driver is still trying to deceive you by driving extra kilometers. We had a rest together at the Millennium Al Barsha Hotel in Dubai from 12/30/2024 to 01/06/2025. I really liked the hotel and our stay in general. Location: The location is convenient, 5 minutes to the Mall of Emirates. It is a 15-minute walk from the hotel to the metro station in the mall. There is also a small excellent shopping center and many small shops nearby. Hotel: The hotel has 9 floors, we lived on the 3rd floor with a view of the mall, a rooftop pool with sun beds, towels and umbrellas. It's great to sunbathe, the sun is shining, the breeze is blowing. Service: The Revathi receptionist (I might make a slight mistake with the spelling of the name) quickly settled us in. She is a very good employee. The hotel has a large and spacious lobby, many places where you can sit while waiting for a transfer. The staff is always helpful. Cleaning every day. Give 2 0.5 bottles of water. Meal: We had breakfast and dinner included. There is a lot of food, there is a lot to choose from. We weren't hungry. Quite the opposite. The restaurant itself is spacious, there is a terrace, you can eat outside, for example, at a New Year's Eve dinner. The restaurant is good! There is a courtyard, very atmospheric in the evening lighting. Staff. They are customer-oriented and polite. I had to remind them about the bathrobes the next day, but they brought it. It's hard to call an employee polite in the pool alone. We bought a tour - 2 adults + a child of 9 years old. They refused to provide an extra bed, referring to the type of reservation. I don't understand how this is possible when buying a tour for a certain number of tourists. We have encountered each other for the first time, they always provide a bed for a child. An excellent city hotel in its price category! The rooms are clean, spacious, everything you need in the room is there, cleaned every day. The three of us lived together, and immediately brought another extra bed upon arrival. There is a rooftop pool, small but very warm, there are sun beds, umbrellas and towels are provided. The breakfasts are good, delicious, the choice is not particularly large, but for us it was not important. If desired, you can have breakfast outside (in the courtyard). It's very comfortable there. Nearby is the Mall of the Emirates, from where you can get almost anywhere) there is also a Carrefour supermarket in the shopping center, where promotions for certain categories of goods often take place, for the second year we buy exo fruits and dates in chocolate according to the promotion) there is a transfer to the beach, you need to sign up in advance, takes a small minivan. Last time, not all of them fit, but it's okay, they came back for us after half an hour. Kite beach is amazing, clear water, few people, a bunch of cafes and shops, BUT how many times we went there, there was always a strong wind and it was impossible to swim, and this is strictly monitored there. We like JBR beach, regardless of the weather, you can swim, yes, there are more people, but for us it was not a problem. We have built a convenient route for ourselves, by metro to DMCC station, from there 15 minutes to the beach on foot. The price in Ramadan is only 3 dirhams. You can take a taxi, but it's about 42 dirhams. We got back into a regular taxi, we were assured that the price would be the same, but upon arrival at the hotel we asked for 200 dirhams. Never get into an ordinary private taxi, we didn't want to wait long for the state one and it turned out the way it turned out( We were in Dubai for the second time, we really liked this hotel!

A wonderful and budget hotel! We had a rest in February and were satisfied. The breakfasts are varied, although there is very little space on the pool… The staff is friendly and always tried to help with various issues. Mostly Arabs and Hindus live, Russian speakers have hardly been seen.

Overall, the hotel is quite pleasant. Newly renovated, good location near the Mall of the Emirates shopping center, metro and bus stops nearby. Almost all attractions and beaches can be reached by public transport. The rooms are large, I really liked the high ceilings. A comfortable temperature of +23 degrees has been set. The windows don't open. Cleaning, change of towels every day. For two of us, 5 bottles of 0.5 liters of water were brought daily. The breakfast is decent, though monotonous. They always left well-fed. One of the disadvantages is poor sound insulation, you can hear all the neighbors. Transfer to the beach at an inconvenient time of 10:30 to the beach, back at 16:00. We used it once, the rest of the days we got there ourselves by bus or subway.
