That was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The representative blatantly lies to your face about the services offered. He can't explain a single thing. He refuses to provide you with information about the services. I waited for half an hour, trying to convince him to show me the details of the Ultimate service. I advise everyone to take a few minutes and go to a different branch.
