10000000/10 the best place ever in Erevan! We've been here twice (also visited another taverns as well but this place is incomparable) and tried different dishes and all of them were out of this world! The staff is amazing - very attentive, friendly and hospitable. Live upbeat music makes special and cozy atmosphere. Must visiting and savouring every bite of exquisite cuisine ❤️❤️❤️

We decided to spend our last evening in Yerevan at this institution and have never regretted it. Firstly, it has a very cozy and homely atmosphere. Very helpful and hospitable staff. Live music with Armenian flavor was a pleasant surprise. It was delicious, the portions were huge, we ate so much that we literally rolled out. But it's the same everywhere in Armenia :) We were especially pleased to receive Armenian-style coffee and the famous Armenian pastries, gata. It's very nice and shows the level of service and customer orientation. The next time we come to Yerevan, we will definitely come again.

06.05 before flying home, we decided to stop by for lunch and were not mistaken. At the entrance, you will be greeted by the inviting homely smell of sweet pastries and a pleasant, hospitable girl. The restaurant itself is clean and beautiful. The menu is so big and varied, it looks like "War and Peace". We were a company of 4 people. We ordered fish, kebabs, liver and various snacks. To say that everything was sooo delicious is not to say anything. Each dish is a masterpiece. They even took everything with them that they hadn't eaten, because it was even a pity to leave it. Special thanks to the waiter Samvel. I prompted, told, and advised everything. Created a relaxing atmosphere. I definitely recommend this restaurant!!!

Greetings from sunny Yerevan! We found this restaurant based on reviews on well-known travel services, and all expectations were fulfilled:) The food is very tasty - the variety of the menu is impressive + the pleasant interior (I liked the sad little donkey at the entrance the most), the decoration in the style of an Armenian house / tavern. We don't know much about the intricacies of cuisine, we just enjoyed it! The waiters are friendly and speak Russian, and they quickly chose a good table for us without reservations. So, we advise everyone! The only thing is, there is no live music on Mon -Tue, we listened to the recording. It's not bad either, but we recommend it comes from Wednesday :)

Everything is very tasty ❤️ pomegranate homemade wine, barbecue. I was particularly impressed with the lamb with dates and beef with eggplant and rice. VERY tasty dishes for adequate money. Add to this the friendly staff with Armenian hospitality, a cozy room and the Gata tavern turns out!

It's a very cool place. Simple, easy, cozy. Good attitude of the waiters, we were here twice during our trip. We got to see live music first, and the next day we had a quiet meal. The live music is great too. The food is very tasty, especially pork shish kebab in any form. The gata is fresh and very tasty. Thank you, we will definitely come back.

It's a cool place. I was attracted by the fact that there is a wide variety of gata that can not be found everywhere, but a large flat one is usually very tasty and it is made right on the spot. There is a large atmospheric hall downstairs, where national music is often played in ethnic costumes, and there are a lot of people there, so you need to book in advance. Families gather downstairs, I think. And there's a small hall upstairs, I saw young people there, apparently, it's also fashionable to play board games or just discuss something in a small company. Now about the cons: we came for the first time and without reservation. We had just tried to get through when the woman at the reception on the ground floor abruptly asked where we were going and said that everything was busy and pre-booked. It discouraged all desire to return there. In general, the staff is not friendly, the atmosphere is interesting, the location is great. Nice, pleasant place! Everyone is friendly and welcoming, both the receptionists and the waiters! Some questions for the kitchen: grilled cheese was mega salty! But he can be forgiven, of course)) The dolma was too salty... The chicken and fries were fine, but my pot of vegetables with lamb was no good: neither salty nor peppery, in general, very bland. And I didn't taste the lamb either, I even doubted the meat. But maybe I'm pushing it, maybe there are such sheep here, not as tasty as we have in the North Caucasus :) The check is average, about 1 t.p. per person. In general, the kitchen has a minus star, but otherwise we liked it, especially the service!

Lyulya kebab is a fairy tale here: juicy, with the right meat, and most importantly — without veins, melts in your mouth. The portion is large, with good lavash and onions. The prices are very affordable for this quality. A separate love is the waiter Samvel. Guys, this is a professional in his field! He suggested everything according to the menu, brought a steaming shish kebab on time, did not let you get bored, but did not bother you either. We had lunch and dinner during an excursion trip to Yerevan. Everything is fine, it doesn't look like a meal on duty at all - the table is set for arrival: water, salads, cheese, greens. I visited this cafe with friends at the end of March 2026. The establishment is not bad, in the center of Yerevan, with a bakery branded by gata. Great music, polite waiters and receptionists. I personally didn't like the kitchen very much. There's a lot of soot on the fish from the grill, and the stewed vegetables are tasteless. I wouldn't come back here because of the kitchen. My special feature is that I don't eat meat, maybe the positions are tastier with it.
