What an absolutely fantastic hotel versus it gives the perfect warmth of Egypt. The animation team are absolutely fantastic.They are always putting on different shows and activities throughout the day and in the evening if you're somebody who likes to relax by the pool that is also an option as well as the both of the pool and the beach are on site within walking distance of each other, which is an absolute brilliant touch as it means you don't have to be walking too far to get a beach. There is also so many different events that go off from festivals, pool parties, beach parties and so much more this hotel is a perfect mix of relaxation and activeness would recommend it to everybody

We stayed at the hotel from 03.04-12.04.2026.We arrived at the hotel at 11 a.m., immediately put on a bracelet and checked into room N09.The room was clean, the air conditioner worked quietly, three Russian channels, hot water and pressure were always available,two glasses and a half of water and three cans of lemonade every day for free, a tea station, one key for two,a large bed with a hard mattress, a single bed with a mattress on springs.Animation is 20 meters from the room from 20:00-23:00.Meals:the assortment is not large, but everything is delicious.Beef in any form is soft and juicy, chicken and fish as well.Fruit:guava, bananas, oranges, apples, dates, melon.Strawberries have been eaten several times, but tasteless.Alcohol and beer are normal, they pour full glasses.Beach:the bottom is sandy without corals, the tide is not critical, the sea is 23 degrees, the air is 26-29.The sun beds were always free.There are many palm trees of different sizes on the beach and on the territory of the hotel).There is no place to buy fruits near the hotel, you have to go to the Russian Quarter for them.We took an excursion from the hotel guide to Eden beach (15 Russians on a four-deck yacht, without children)for $95 per person.A $ 10 SIM card for 18 gigs was also taken from the guide.Wi-Fi at the reception, in the room was only at night, weak on the beach.There are about 95% Germans in the hotel, and the attitude towards everyone is the same.I liked the hotel, I would love to return to it.

I had a rest in December 2025. This is my first time in this hotel. I liked the service, the food, the cleanliness. She lived in a bungalow. Comfortable. The room stock is exhausted. But they keep order and cleanliness. Three restaurants, attentive staff, working like bees. The beach is well maintained, the entry into the sea is smooth, it is convenient for children and all vacationers. The hotel is 3*, but the rating is 4.5 . I recommend. The main contingent is Europeans. There are few Russian speakers. There is a concert program every evening. You don't get bored. The location of the hotel is in the center of shopping malls, a promenade. Have a good rest and pleasant impressions. There are more advantages, but no disadvantages.

An interesting hotel. One of the oldest hotels in Hurghada. The room is in good condition. Not great, but quite good. I really liked the food. Especially in the administrative building, on the 2nd floor. The food is better than in other Turkish 5 stars. The beach is boring, with a long approach. There is already, in fact, a navigable zone beyond the buoys, so you can't sail far. The room cleaning is good. If you leave a couple of dollars, they'll bring you an extra bottle of water, plus a coke with sprite. The staff is helpful and friendly. Russian is not widely spoken, and at the reception you will be spoken in English, German, and Egyptian. But you can make an online transfer . Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby. There are many cats in the territory. The animation is there, but not unnecessarily intrusive. And mostly for the Germans. Similarly, the concerts are mostly German. There are a lot of Germans in general. Outside the territory: if you turn left when leaving the hotel, you will walk about 15-20 minutes, there will be a Mango market. The prices are fixed, the assortment is satisfactory. Larger chain stores in residential areas have good content, but they don't speak Russian there. Overall, a very good budget hotel, not far from the airport (there is no aircraft noise). The hotel is very nice, the food, the sea, the beach, the sand are not a hotel but a fairy tale. Different animations for both adults and children. The pool is heated, but the children's pool is not. The sea is clear , if we swim to the buoys , we didn 't see many fish there , and then every other time. If you walk along the pier there are a lot of fish, they are different, both big and small. About the rooms if you have a room on the ground floor, get ready for guests to come to you. These are cats. There are a lot of cats in these hotels and there are even houses and bowls of food for them, and they will not be left without food. The breakfasts are very good: scrambled eggs, yogurt, tea, coffee, cheese, sausage and much more. Lunch minus lunch only by the sea, we didn't go to the restaurant only for lunch, soup, pizza, meat, sweets, fruits and vegetables. For dinner, meat, French fries and just potatoes, a lot of everything and delicious. There are a lot of bars, alcohol from 10:00 and the bar itself Coca Cola, sprite, coffee, fanta, from 8:00 there are a lot of Germans and almost no Russians. We were there from 12/21/2025 to 12/28/2025. There were 994 people and 84% of the Germans. I give the hotel 4 stars.

I really liked Giftun. We visited in June 2025. Perfectly clean sand and water, no coral is needed. There are many palm trees on the territory. There is a wonderful swimming pool for those who wish. Free on the beach, in restaurants, at least during this period. We played billiards and tennis at lunch. For those who like to walk a lot, there is a long boardwalk in both directions from the hotel. Decent room and restaurant service. Delicious food and drinks. The room will be cleaned every day if you wish. Everything is not super new, but everything is clean, without complaints. There were no problems with soap, water, paper and everything that is required. Every evening there are various theatrical and concert programs. Some wonderful bars. All expectations were fulfilled. We rested, warmed up in a non-stressfully hot climate, and relaxed 100 percent. I heartily recommend it to everyone.

If you like warmer water, there is a huge heated pool! The beach was wide, and there were plenty of sun beds for everyone. Vacationers are mostly Germans. Our bungalow pleased us with wide beds with luxurious mattresses. Cleaned daily . The food also made us pleasantly happy. In addition to the usual dishes, quail, shrimp, and fish are delicious. A large number of service personnel created a cozy and comfortable environment. And the group of animators is just a delight! How they dance! How much fun they have at water aerobics! Well done! In addition to them, wonderful singers, dancers, and fireshows come on tour every evening. Many thanks to the hotel administration for a quality stay. I recommend it!

The hotel is a three, but in fact it is a solid four. The food is fresh, tasty, decent, seafood once a week. The coffee in the morning is very tasty. The beach and the sea are beautiful. There are almost no tides. All the staff were responsive, polite, really friendly, technical problems were solved very quickly. Special thanks to the staff, and of course to the hotel management, who keep the hotel in this order. Wi-Fi is available only in the lobby and on the beach. There are no discos here, but the animators are doing their best, entertaining the people, and live music every evening. I recommend it to those who want to relax, without pretensions to luxury. It is more suitable for the older age group and it is possible to stay here with animals.

Do you like walrus vacations? The one where you lie and just get up to cool off in the sea and go to eat. Then this hotel is for you. A sandy beach with a beautiful entrance to the sea. Good food. Friendly staff. I want to warn you right away that the hotel is poorly designed for people with physical disabilities, but this does not prevent some Germans from bringing their older generation to relax. There are many bungalow-type buildings on the territory of the hotel and there is a large building with rooms (block T) for those who want beautiful views from the window. Each room, regardless of location, has air conditioning for those who like to lie in the crib. As for me, you will spend the least amount of time in the room. The hotel is German, so the main contingent is Germans and Arabs. The staff does not speak Russian, mainly German/English/Arabic, so when choosing a hotel you need to take this into account. The cuisine is not fancy and there is not enough variety, but what is there is not bad. There is a restaurant with fresh seafood on site, and main meals are paid for. High security: a rescue team is working on the beach and the pool, which is also available. There is little entertainment for children. There is a team of animators, but they work more for adult entertainment (volleyball, aerobics, dancing). In the evening, people are entertained by live music. Among the features of the hotel: there is its own scuba diving club; pets are allowed (just keep in mind that local cats roam freely on the territory of the hotel, which are fed by the guests (there is even a website)); there is an opportunity to ride cheesecakes / sofas; there is a spa salon. Payment is accepted in euros/dollars/local currency. To sum up: although this hotel is considered a 3-star, it seems to me that it can still give itself a star. They have a really nice beach. Here you can relax if you just want to bask in the sun without children and not think about anything. Have a good rest!

We had a family vacation at this hotel from 18.07 to 27.07. We liked the hotel, the green area. The sea is gorgeous, the beach is clean, they rake every morning. Germans mostly vacationed at the hotels and locals came for the weekend. There have always been enough sun beds, but there is one thing. In the morning, when you come to the beach, it may seem that all the places are occupied, but this is not the case. I don't know why a beach employee lays out towels on the sun beds in the morning, but even so, a place could always be found. Or approach an employee and he will show you where you can lie down. We flew from Biblio Globus, the guides speak Russian very well. There is a Pirate restaurant on the beach, you can eat seafood for a fee. Everything is very tasty and the prices do not bite. The food at the hotel is also delicious and varied (casual) there are no delicacies there. It is clear that the hotel is being looked after. The only disadvantage for us is room cleaning, although we left $ 1, but it leaves much to be desired. Maybe of course we were just unlucky and we were the only ones who cleaned up like that.

Probably one of the best hotels we've been to. Yes, the rooms are old, but well maintained. A huge number of staff. The main guests are Germans, as the hotel belongs to a German. Pensioner entertainment - even lotto in the evenings and something like guess the tune. At 23:00 everyone goes to bed, silence. The beach is clean. Lots of restaurants. Lunch at only two restaurants on the beach. The waiters (!) serve drinks, you just have to snap your fingers. They speak English, German and Russian. I highly recommend it!

We had a vacation with my husband in October, we were in Egypt for the first time. The city itself is so-so, of course, so we need to be lucky with the hotel, and we are very lucky in this. A great beach, the water is clean, the beach itself is cleaned constantly, there are always free sun beds. The pool is huge, where there are also many free sun beds. The food is good, the breakfasts are really monotonous, but this is the case in all hotels, but for lunch and dinner they were pleasantly surprised, there were many dishes on coals, they often cooked la kebab. Special thanks to the bartender at the restaurant on the beach (see photo), a very positive man. If we get together again, then only to this hotel. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

This is very good for those who have favorite pets!!! 5) the rooms are small but compact. They clean well and every day! A large swimming pool, for children with different depths, and for the youngest. The food is basically varied, except for breakfast, you can always find something for yourself. Lots of pastries and desserts. It may have been out of season, but there were very few fruits. I would have gone again, probably not. Next time, only a five.

A cool hotel during the New Year holidays In Egypt , I rested with children at the Giftun 4* hotel , all inclusive , the chefs were pleased with a very diverse and delicious menu . The chef's kitchen at the hotel is on top. Here, 90% of the regular returning guests are from Germany. A very calm and comfortable stay. Of course, there are rooms of the old format, but in the new large building with a new design there are excellent rooms. Nice hotel. I liked everything: - spacious room (T-Block) with a balcony and a nice view. Everything is in the room - a large selection of dishes in restaurants, - a very long beach, there is enough space for everyone, a good entrance to the sea, sand, special shoes are not needed - attentive, friendly staff (although they hardly speak Russian, since Germans mostly relax in the hotel) - large cozy territory, large heated swimming pool. In general, the rest was a success, I want to return to such a hotel again.
