I did enjoy staying here after an unpleasant experience with our Airbnb. The premises are like a separate island, a little confusing with all the pathways, but you get used to it fast. They have a heated lagoon if you don’t feel like going to the beach (they have a private one). Staff was pleasant enough, although the check-in process wasn’t ironed out, and we had to wait for a while. Rooms were in ok shape, the furniture was a bit dated. Loved my balcony. They have a nice food selection at the buffet and a restaurant onsite. The overall ambiance was nice and peaceful. I booked a massage at their spa, and it was amazing.

I will not recommend this hotel to people who are used to the high level and quality of their holidays. This hotel is not worthy of 5 stars! The old room stock in the northern building of the residence, stripped furniture, poor cleaning, dirty headboard covered with yellow spots, very loud air conditioning, which is not possible to sleep with. There is no free water on the beach, they give water in the room, but in reusable glass bottles, and how they wash them is a big question. No one comes up to you on the beach, you will jump to open the umbrella yourself, you will also bring towels yourself . But that's not even the main thing. In the main restaurant, where there is a buffet, the staff paints all round tables with black polish, it looks like greasy paint that stains clothes, and it cannot be washed! 5 things in our wardrobe were ruined, among them one expensive white women's shirt of a famous brand. The manager of the residence and the manager of the hotel when meeting with us were absolutely not friendly and not kind, behaved extremely unpleasantly and arrogantly, they got the impression that they do not like Russian tourists, and they also do not like when they are presented with claims. They proved to us that there could be no paint in the restaurant, then we had to show them a video shot in the restaurant. They didn't like it very much, because there was nothing to object to. They did not apologize, they only said that they could offer us free dry cleaning, and if the stains do not go away, then these are our problems, and they will not compensate for the cost of things, because we do not have receipts for them. This is just a rare rudeness, unworthy of a 5-star hotel! We also showed them a photo of an unmade mountain of dishes at our breakfast and a dirty headboard in the room, to which they did not respond at all, showing that they did not care about our opinion and perception. We have never seen such a creepy staff and such an attitude anywhere. They just don't care about their guests. The shirt was cleaned only after the second dry cleaning, 3 items were cleaned after the first, and one sweatshirt was never cleaned. Anyway, these things are no longer in the same condition as they were before. No one else approached us, did not ask for our opinion, did not apologize, we never saw any of the managers again. Draw your own conclusions.

Dream vacation at Anantara Dubai Desert Resort & Spa Our September vacation has become a true fairy tale thanks to the luxurious Anantara Dubai Desert Resort & Spa. Located on Palm Jumeirah, this paradise combines a traditional Thai atmosphere with Arab hospitality and Oriental style. Interior: The hotel impressed us with its exquisite interior design inspired by ancient Asian motifs. All rooms are spacious and decorated using natural materials and warm shades of wood and stone. We chose a Deluxe room with access to the communal pool. Every morning we enjoyed the sunrise directly from our private relaxation space. Thai-style hotel with villas and rooms with access to the pool. It's such a great idea when I just went down from my room to the huge pool. I'm thrilled! Nice rooms. A little dark, but that's the style. Spacious bathrooms. I was comfortable. Delicious breakfasts. There is an Azmatian cuisine restaurant on site. There's another big pool by the beach, but it was a little noisy for me. It's more pleasant to swim next to the room. There is also a beach.

I stayed at the hotel in September from the 14th to the 21st. I really liked everything. I want to come back here again! I had a lagoon house at number 3 on the second floor of room 323. A nice spacious room, high-quality renovation, all the necessary furniture and appliances, a bar. I slept on a bed like I 've never slept anywhere else ! I do not know what kind of miracle mattress it is...It's just bliss...It feels like a princess on a cloud! The bed linen and towels are snow-white, changed daily, room cleaning is at a high level. Each room has a balcony, you go out and see the pool, it's a pity not to jump into it from the balcony) It's too small, 1.40m in total. On the ground floors there is a balcony with direct access to the pool. Room cleaning is daily. The beach is nearby. The water is so clear, you can walk up to your waist and see big fish. There are also small fish swimming in shallow water, as well as starfish and jellyfish. There are a lot of shells both on the bottom and on the shore. By the way, the whole beach consists mainly of crushed shells more than sand, so it doesn't really heat up at all. There is also a large swimming pool and a children's pool. The baby is under a canopy, which is convenient, the child will not burn. There is a bar in the pool, you swim up and order a drink. Cucumbers, fruits, and dates are also distributed for free. Nutrition is a separate fairy tale. The buffet. Eat whatever you want. Great hotel! We lived in Premier Lagoon View, a room on the second floor (in two-storey houses) with a view of the lagoon. The room has everything you need, the room is spacious, the cleaning is good. Our food was HB, the food was of high quality, and there was plenty of choice. You can change dinner for lunch (lunches turned out to be better than dinners ... in terms of variety), for dinners you can go to a la carte restaurants (unlimited number of times), we went to the Bushman's restaurant twice - an Australian steakhouse, delicious!!! (We recorded during the day, there were no problems). Water: they put water in glass bottles in the room (apparently bottled somewhere specifically for the hotel chain), you can order unlimited quantities in the room, the water is of high quality. For dinner and lunch, water is also available for free, if you need other water, you can buy it with money. There is a mini-shop in the northern residence where you can buy water, juice, yoghurts, etc. Lunch for money costs 200 dirhams per person, in rubles for two people, 9.600 was charged on the card (we had lunch on the last day after the eviction), as there was a late check-out. After check-out, you can use the entire hotel infrastructure. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful, there is a Russian-speaking staff. The sea is warm, there are no waves, the bathing area is limited by a net and buoys, but there is enough space. The beach is large, with small seashells. We really enjoyed everything!!!

The best hotel in Dubai! Large green area, 5 restaurants, 3 one-time cleaning , delicious food. Our room was a 2-storey bungalow and was on the 2nd floor overlooking the lagoon. Very convenient location to the sea 200 m and lagoon 5 m) the staff is very friendly, courteous, the service is at the highest level , they always try to help , ask if everything is okay. Fruits were delivered to the room for free, and on July 8 we were presented with a large bouquet of fresh flowers. The room is large, comfortable, and has all the amenities. 4 bottles of water are brought every day, and the tea and coffee station is replenished. The hotel is quiet, family-run, no drunken parties. The sea is clean , warm , and there are starfish , crabs , and fish at the bottom . Free transfer to the Mall of Emirates 3 times a day for free. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception, they will always help to call a taxi, etc.. tuk tuks run through the territory itself, taking people to the right points of the hotel . A boat floats on the lagoon selling coconuts, water and drinks..There are 3 pools . There is a shallow one with sand for children. There are always rescuers on duty . The hotel is highly recommended! We will come back here more than once!! We traveled a lot in 5* , rixos, but this hotel left the most pleasant impressions, thanks to the attitude , quality , service. About excursions: We flew by the operator biblio -globus from the operator, they attached an individual guide to us. So: through a guide, do not take a sightseeing tour with a climb to the Burj Khalifa and dinner on the ship. The guide is Sergey. We bought a ticket for 2 adults and 1 child of 5 years old . When we left the hotel, our car broke down (it was), we missed part of the program, no one apologized..they brought us to the cream store late, although they promised to go to the jewelry store.. then they drove to the locations where they were supposed to take photos , but the bus didn 't even stop to take pictures ... dinner on the ship is a separate topic .. At plus 45, our group was located on the upper deck, open without a guard .. with small children , with the elderly , everyone drove and suffered ... the food was not delicious ... then we quickly went to the singing fountains where they were given 5 minutes to look at them !!! Then we will go up to the Burj Khalifa on the 125th floor. We were given 2 hours of time .. The queue was only for an hour! There are 10-15 minutes and immediately in line for the descent . In general, the conclusion is that it is easier to buy tickets yourself and travel safely, without running headlong..

A wonderful hotel for those who like the Thai style of hotels and want greenery and walk in the shade of palm trees. 1. There are 2 types of accommodation: in residences (2 buildings of 10 floors each) - they have views of both the bay and the sail (the bad thing is that along with the sail, there is a highway and an embankment - most likely noisy) and the Premier lagoon - many houses of 8 rooms ( 4 on the second floor, 4 on the the first one ) . All the first floors of the lagoons have access to the pool and a terrace with 2 sun beds, it is also convenient that there is a stone deck near the room and you can sunbathe lying in the pool on this deck. A huge plus is that the lagoon pools are round-the-clock! You can swim even at night! There are lagoons on the water - there are 16 of them , 4 of them are right on the beach . And there are also lagoons on the beach with private pools. The rooms of the residence are 10-storey buildings that are very tired, many complained about the worn-out rooms. The lagoon has rooms with a large area of 50 m, in the style of Maldivian Anantara. The lagoon rooms have a coffee machine with capsules, constant replenishment of all the boxes in the bathroom (brushes, razors, and so on). 2. Nutrition . It is definitely necessary to take meals on tour.packages . If the menu is 2000-3000 rubles cola or cocktail, Burger - 4,000 rubles, hot dog-3,000 rubles, salads - 4,000 rubles, everything else from 5,000 rubles per serving. Either on-site buffet costs 7,000-8,000 per person . I didn't really like the reusable glass bottles in the room - I don't understand how they are washed - but I was assured that there is no need to worry))) 3. Service . I didn't understand how at the moment when we went out for an hour, they "ran in?" to our room and managed to close the curtains, make the bed or take out the trash - we never saw them, but they cleaned 3-4-5 times a day. The service in the restaurant is excellent - there are a lot of waiters and they are very attentive to each guest .. 4. There is a children's club and a location in the restaurant where you can leave the kids. There is a club for teenagers where there is billiards and some games. There is also a tennis table by the pool. There are lawn tennis courts for free. And a daily activity program . 5. The territory! Big one! Green ! The shade of palm trees is everywhere . In the lagoon pools there are several areas where sand is poured and a fenced area for children up to 3-4 years old. 6. Seashell beach. There are all kinds of water skis, jet skis, yachts and so on. Sometimes blue jellyfish swim in - we saw three - they immediately put a sign on the beach - and there are a lot of lifeguards both in the pools and by the bay. 7. Location - rather in order not to travel to Dubai ( go to Burj Khalifa - Dubai Mall - 1 hour - cost 120-150 dirhams one way -3000-4000 rubles ) But the bus runs three times free of charge from the hotel to the Emirates Mall at 10.00, 13.00,16.00, and accordingly back to the Mall leaves at 12.00, 15.00, 18.00 Relatively close by 10 minutes by taxi- the Atlantis hotel is located - there you can go to the water park and to the aquarium and swim with dolphins (tickets need to be bought through the website) - tickets will be more expensive on the spot. We lived in the lagoon - we heard that the rooms in the residence are much worse. Therefore, we recommend staying in the lagoon. In Dubai for the second time. I compare it with the Riu 4* hotel. This hotel has been old for a long time and is asking for renovation. The food is not bad, but at 4 riu it was much better. There is no complete inclusion here, this is hell for me. Every time you need to wait for the checks, top up the deposit, after going to the exchanger, because they do not take dollars. All those drinks are alcoholic and non-paid and cost space. The kids and I are in shock. Also, in restaurants that are *free*, you need to pay extra for almost all dishes and you can only order certain combo sets, otherwise they will be even more expensive. In general, it all comes down to keeping you warm at a cost of 1 million 6 days per family. The beach is nice. Lots of greenery. The service is long and any trivial issue is a pain in the ass for them. We live in a bungalow on the 2nd floor. For me, the gypsy version of the hotel. The previous one was all inclusive, the city is closer, the hotel is much fresher, the service is much better. By the way, be careful, there are a lot of sea urchins and at shallow depths, the vacation can be ruined.

We lived in the apartments of the northern residence for 15 days in January 2025. M(35), W(36), son (2,3). 1. The territory is just super! It is very similar to the big quality hotels in Turkey. Lots of greenery, lagoon pools, large main pool, very quiet, only electric cars drive around the territory. Due to the work of the lagoons around the clock, it seemed to me that it was not the best decision to book rooms there. People can punish themselves at night and it's not always quiet, and the sound insulation here is not exactly the best. I can hear, as it seems to me, every sound from the pool. 2. The staff is super helpful. We were not guests of the hotel and still felt at our best. Trips to any point on the territory are free of charge (especially appreciated by my son). The service in the restaurants is like in the best Moscow restaurants, any sneeze is for your money. Administrators, drivers, and bar staff are always positive. Sometimes we were met, as I understand it, by the main administrators - they find out how things are, what problems, etc. It's a small thing, but it's nice. Well done, everyone! 3. Prices in restaurants in Moscow are above average. Breakfast with 2 coffees, 2 eggs Benedict, children's set - about 6000 rubles. I don't talk about dinners at all. Beer is available throughout the territory at the same price - 60 AED per 0.5 liters. The conclusion is that official alcohol stores and delivery from Careem are our everything. They helped out a lot. I couldn't afford to eat in restaurants every day, it was sooo expensive. 4. Children's entertainment. The territory has 4.1. Kids club - for kids up to 6-7 years old. In general, it's not bad, but it seemed a little dark there, there wasn't much light. Well, for very toddlers - there is little entertainment, 2-3 year olds are not interested, there is nothing to do. And you can't leave them there alone. The price is 80 AED for the whole day. 4.2 The Teenager club is for kids older than 6-7 years old. There is a Playstation, an air hockey and something else. To be honest, they looked at our baby a lot. The price was not recognized. 4.3. Free playground for children between the Mekong Restaurant and the southern residence. My son spent most of his time there. There is a good European game complex and several small attractions. Lively, interesting, cheerful. That's what you need for a 2-year-old. 4.4. The free playground is public, behind the Southern Residence (towards the end of the Palm Tree branch). It is not included in the territory of Ananantara. Everything is the same as in paragraph 4.3, only slightly different attractions. We spent time there too. 5. To get to any point in the city - only by taxi. There is no transportation, at all. This is both a minus (expensive and long) and a plus (privacy and silence and a gorgeous beach). A taxi costs the same as in Moscow and even a little more expensive. 6. The beach is just great. There are plenty of sun beds for everyone. A gorgeous bar and a gorgeous pool almost on the beach. As a result. In 15 days after New Year's Eve, they paid 3,200 USD for a 2-room apartment and were absolutely delighted. We really want to come back as soon as possible. I have read many articles that this is the greenest and largest hotel in Dubai. It is very difficult to find fault with anything other than the prices on the territory. But these very prices, apparently, give you an excellent quality of rest. Many thanks to the creators-the engineers of this miracle in the desert, the employees, the administration and the owners! When you are on the territory, it is very difficult to believe that such beauty was created on a massive island that was once just part of the bay.

The only thing is to pay attention to the brunches, the time and days are specified in the concept - you need to pay extra for them if you don't want to - book lunch at another place on the day of the brunch (Revo, Beach House). There is always water in the restaurant, both for lunch and dinner, it is free. The rest of the drinks are for an additional fee. The mini bar in the room is also paid for, please note this! Of course, it's better to take full board (fb). Because the prices on site are not low. It's a lovely hotel. The service at every stage is top-notch. We celebrated the New Year 2025 at the hotel. The guys did their best. We started with a champagne buffet in the hotel lobby and therefore moved on to the Gala Dinner. We were treated to everything imaginable, from black caviar to foie gras. The room is spacious and very comfortable with a gorgeous view. The room has everything, coffee, fruits, delicious tea. The territory is very beautiful, peacocks are walking. There is a sports center and a game center. A relaxing beach holiday here away from the hustle and bustle. There were few people, there were no Russians besides us at all. Breakfast is a special treat. Everything is so delicious, we slowly savored everything for an hour and a half. Egg benedict with crab is my favorite. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We have a rest here at the end of January and the water is very invigorating, but so refreshing. We really liked everything.

We were afraid to go to Palma because of the blooming sea, but in vain, the hotel is very good. It is very green, there are a lot of birds, which is not typical for Dubai. If you book on time, you can get a room in the lagoon, there is a more comfortable stay. Convenient exit than in the main buildings. The food was delicious and varied, and we enjoyed eating on the Swedish line, but our friends tried other restaurants, everything was top notch. I want to thank the girl at the reception, her name is Veena, who extended our room. There was also a very nice Russian-speaking girl, Maya, but she went to work in Thailand. In general, we are happy with our vacation, if to Dubai, then to them!

Stunning Thai-style hotel, shrouded in greenery, birds singing, not typical for Dubai. It is better to take rooms in the lagoon to fully immerse yourself in relaxation.
