So good plce to stay around 3-6 days, location is 50/50 cause of mall of the emirates in 100 metres of hotel. It is rlly convinient , but to go to the sea u should go through the big road. Elite byblos is okay also cause the food, really like it, ppl who work there is realy friendly and ready to help in different questions. The club near the elite byblos is awsm .advise to visit it 😆. So im really glad with this hotel . 5 stars is original rate

The place is not bad, the rooms are large, but the food is not very varied and only a little. The staff speaks mostly English, so you need an interpreter if you don't know the language well. There is a swimming pool on the top floor, it is small. There is also a paid spa. But the hotel has a very cool location, within walking distance of the mall (of emirates) it has everything, I especially liked the food court on floor G, we tried a lot of things, there are mcdonalts, kfc, Burger King and a lot of different food. It is also close to the most popular attractions.: Burj Khalifa, the Ferris wheel, is easily accessible by metro.

We liked everything, the suite, three rooms, 3 bathrooms.node. Very spacious room!!! There are a lot of restaurants and small cafes within walking distance of the Mall of the Emirates, metro, and delicious food. The food is varied, there is a large food court in the Mall.. in general, I recommend it!!! For shopping and trips to the beach, Dubai safari, global village, etc., the pool is large, there is a Jacuzzi with warm water. We were in January, in the middle of the month, it's not the swimming season, but the children swam in the pool for 2-3 hours. In calm weather, the sun is hot and comfortable.

Just returned today from this hotel where we stayed for 7 nights. I hope many people will be interested in my opinion, because I have repeatedly traveled with travel agents to inspect hotels in many countries. Of course it's not 5*. Many 4* in the emirates are better. But every hotel has a price - quality. It's on a solid 4. For this money, you can even take 4-5* in Ajmaj, Ras al Khaimah or even Sharjah, on the first line, where even the meals will be all inclusive, but we took this hotel for breakfast and dinner only because of the location. We went mostly on excursions, shopping, and a bit to grab the beach. Positive: 1. The presence of a shopping center is a huge plus. There are a lot of great shops, there is something to do in the evening. There is a food court and many cafes, our recommendation is Paul, an average of 3-5 thousand for 2 meals. 2. Near the metro, you can ride the Marina, Buj Khalifa. But we mostly took taxis. Everyone is more profitable than Careem, be sure to cross the road, you will save 300-500₽ 3. Large rooms, cleaning service every day. 4. The food is average, you can eat, but not wow. For my price, I consider it adequate. We mostly just had breakfast. Minuses. Of course, the hotel is not super fresh, the pool is small, you will have no frills in terms of food, there is no beach. For 150k, this hotel is good. It's not worth 200. The free shuttle to the beach was not used. We took a taxi to baron beach on palm tree. It has its own beach, there are gorgeous pools, sun beds and umbrellas are included in the deposit of 200 dirhams per person.

I really liked the hotel 👍👍👍 The reception staff is very helpful, they are not Russian speakers, they communicated through a translator, they quickly turn on themselves and ask what language. We arrived early, checked in 2 hours earlier than in the description, went to the store and ate before check-in, things were left in storage at no extra charge. When I checked in, I immediately asked for an iron and ironing board, and an adapter for an outlet, they brought it right away. At any request, they responded respectfully and immediately and quickly helped, brought and put water / tea/coffee / sugar in addition, and bathroom accessories in addition without questions, bed linen and bathrobes were also asked to change, we asked not to change daily, only when we asked.There was a joke, we didn't understand how to turn off the light, in the morning we asked, it turned out there was a remote control, but we didn't understand what was what. The room is very large, everything is comfortable, we were surprised that the room was so spacious. The cuisine is varied, we ate too much, there's plenty of everything. We had breakfast, and we had enough of it until the evening)) we specifically took only breakfast, so that it would not be tied during the day and in the evening. I was at the hotel in November 2025. 4 stars no more. The reception staff speaks only English. They settled in no earlier than the scheduled time. The room is large. Air conditioning . Hair dryer. I asked for an iron and a board, and they brought it right away. The Vf catches everywhere. Cleaning on request. They bring drinking water, tea, coffee, and sugar during cleaning. Towels are changed, shampoos, conditioners, gels are replenished. I took breakfast. The food is varied and delicious. On the top floor there is a swimming pool, clean water and a spa, gym. The room was on the 8th floor. In the evenings, music can be heard muted from the ground floor (there's a bar). There were 5 elevators - we weren't queuing. Very close to the metro and the Emirate Mall. Walk for about 7 minutes. There is also a pharmacy and a supermarket nearby. There was a small bus from the hotel to the beach at 10 a.m. and back at 2 p.m. We were taken to Jumeirah beach. There were always a lot of people, some of them couldn't fit anymore. There are no canopies or sun beds on the beach. It was possible to take a towel in the pool at the hotel. One cafe , drinks, ice cream, smoothies. One men 's and women 's locker room . And a toilet. There are not many people on the beach. The water is very clean, sand, plenty of free space.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of March 2024. I really liked the hotel, friendly staff, checked in ahead of time. The room was large and spacious, with a view of the Emirates Mall from the window. There was a bathroom in the room. Cleaning was carried out every day, towels were changed, hygiene products were always replenished. The food was delicious, we only had breakfast, but it was monotonous. There are many different cafes and restaurants nearby, plus a shopping center in 10-15 minutes, as well as metro and bus stops. One of the disadvantages was the rooftop pool, it was often windy, the water was cold, and you couldn't buy it. The beach is far away - 1 hour on foot, there is a shuttle bus, but we did not have time for it. We got there on our own. But it wasn't difficult for us, as we went for walks and excursions, choosing a non-beach option.

The rooms are spacious, the food is good, the dishes are delicious. We had breakfasts and dinners. Among the advantages: excellent location (near the metro station and buses), a 15-minute drive from the hotel is a very nice Jumeirah beach, spacious room, excellent mattresses and pillows, high-quality daily cleaning, availability of drinks at dinner (water, juices, tea, coffee). Among the disadvantages: rather old furniture and plumbing (we had a cracked bathroom and a constantly running faucet), the TV turned on every other time, the remote control also worked very poorly, although the batteries in it were replaced, we had to ask for a towel and shower gel for a third family member. After cleaning, we left 2 towels for three residents, the same applied to a bathrobe, slippers, cups, etc. There was a transfer to the beach, but we rarely got on it, as there was a small bus for 15 people, and there were many more people who wanted to. I had to take a taxi for 26-36 dirhams one way.

Nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, linen is changed every day, shower accessories are replenished. The rooms only lack balconies. The food is very tasty, especially the dinners were surprised: ribs in barbecue sauce, lamb, delicious meat dishes, salads with mango, avocado and salmon. It is very well located, next to the Mall of Emirates, and if you go through it, there is the metro of the same name, just a 15-minute walk. Surprised by the 4.9 rating of the hotel* A hotel for the not at all fussy. If you choose a city vacation, it is better to choose in the Marina area, there is a promenade and more options to walk somewhere. The metro is 10 minutes away on foot, next to the mall. They put us in a smoky room first, at first they said they would make a spray freshener and everything would go away, but alas, they didn't even do that, after an hour and a half of negotiations with the girls at the reception, who have English with an accent on Pakistani, they said they would move us to another room, but after two hours, and now we need to vacate the number. The adventures with the check-in did not end there, when we returned in the evening, we were given the keys to our "new room" and, getting up with our suitcases, we entered the room where people already lived. It's just a disgrace, no apologies from the hotel, no upgrade, nothing. As a result, we moved into another room, the only advantage is good beds and bed linen. The water in the shower is only hot, you have to work hard to find a pleasant temperature. The carpets throughout the hotel are tinged with black, meaning they're so old that no matter how they're cleaned, it won't help. About the breakfasts. all 7 days the food was just identical, on the 3rd day they just stopped going there, because after breakfast you come with the scent of clothes like after a canteen. A minimum of vegetables, a minimum of fruits, one porridge- oatmeal that tastes terrible, boiled eggs and some kind of local food with incomprehensible names and appearance. You can make an omelet, but even this omelet leaves much to be desired. There is a shuttle service to the beach at 10.00. If you're lucky, you'll get on the bus, and if you're not, you'll have to take a taxi. A maximum 2* hotel, a maximum overnight stay, if you want a comfortable stay, look for a small surcharge, but the level of the hotel will be better.

Solid 5 stars, good hotel, great location, close to Mall of Emirates for big purchases with its Sky Park, and inexpensive supermarkets with small items. The hotel has many guests from very different countries. If necessary, they can invite an interpreter. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is varied, the staff is polite. Among the disadvantages, the hotel is already old by Dubai standards, daily room cleaning is not done very efficiently, so once every 2-3 days the cleaners are supervised by the manager and these days there are no questions at all. The chef does not succeed in Russian cuisine, an internship is clearly needed, olivier looks like porridge, and borscht looks like butter soup, but he clearly knows how to cook other dishes and is quite tasty. The transfer to the beach has to wait in line, because the minibus makes a circle in 40 minutes, but there is not always a queue and very much depends on those who want to swim on the beach, because there is a swimming pool and spa on the roof. There is one regular outlet in the room, the rest are for an American plug. The overall impression is an even 5 stars, but I would not put 6.

Tips were left regularly, there was a lot of water, tea, coffee and cream were also in large quantities. Breakfasts were arranged. There are plenty of cafes nearby where you can have lunch and dinner. There is also a large shopping center and a metro station within walking distance. What I didn't like: many people changed breakfast for lunch or dinner, if they were absent, we agreed in advance, the employee said there was no problem, but then, when they came for lunch, we were refused, we had to run to a cafe with a small child. Also, half of them packed a lunch box for an early check-out, half (including us) did not.
