I don't often fly through travel agencies, but everything worked out here. We had previously booked a tour with Svetlana Nizhnikova (she still worked for another organization) and were simply delighted, so when planning a new tour to Dubai, we decided to contact her agency, as we were sure that Svetlana had hired the same specialists to the team. We got to Elena Ramus. Initially, they wanted a hotel in Dubai, but in the end, Elena suggested a hotel in Ajman, when I was confused that this was another emirate, she replied that there was a metro there and you could quickly get everywhere (well, there was no metro in Ajman, and it took an hour to get to Dubai). Nevertheless, we really liked the hotel and we are grateful to her for that! Well, I'll try to briefly describe what we're up against and why I don't set foot in this travel agency anymore.: 1) Elena did not notice that one of our tourists had a passport that was more than 20 years old. As a result, they didn't want to let us out of the country. (When we told this story to our friends, everyone unanimously said that it was a mistake from the travel agent and we were lucky that they let us into the country at all and did not understand how she even booked a tour for us with such a passport). 2) Incorrectly indicated the size of the luggage and hand luggage. 3) Incorrectly specified the payment terms. She asked for a 25% prepayment, and said the rest could be made 15 days before departure, and eventually wrote a month in advance to make the payment, when I objected that you actually said 15 days in advance, she replied that their supplier had changed the deadline. (I checked the contract, it indicated an advance payment of 15% in general and indeed the balance for the month, why Elena did not know and demanded an additional payment, giving a deadline of 2 days, big questions). 4) Since our flight was rescheduled from Minsk to Moscow (of course, no one returned the compensation to us), after a day of nerves, we were finally offered a transfer for an additional fee from Vitebsk to Moscow (the air carrier provided from the Minsk airport). Elena said there would be a private transfer, they came to pick us up at home, but other passengers were traveling with us. Next, I asked us to arrange the same transfer from Moscow back, but the flight was slightly postponed, as a result, the driver ran over us, said that he would not be lucky to get home, since no one had told him that and it was the first time anyone had ever heard of being picked up from home. We were also not warned that the transfer would not even take us home. As a result, we were taken to the train station with 3 suitcases and we barely called a taxi. (if Elena had warned in advance, no one would have said a word). But after I wrote to her about it, she disappeared from the radar (apparently, we got there and goodbye) (before that, she was always in charge and in touch, for which one star, the second for liking the hotel).
