Came back recently from this hotel. And I enjoyed staying there a lot. The furniture is a little tiring (at least that was in the building I stayed at) , but everything worked well and everything was clean and nice. Nothing spoiled my impression. There are quite many swimming pools on the territory, well, actually all territory is filled with swimming pools 😉and then restaurants and buildings to stay. There is no place to walk, BUT you can walk along the walking promenade if you go out of the hotel - it's right behind it. To get to the sea you need to walk through another hotel Steigenberger Aldau Resort, the walk takes about 5-10 minutes, but it's nice and beautiful around. The sea is beautiful and you can always find a place on the beach (lifeguards working there can also help to do that if needed). For those interested there is animation program on the beach. There are several restaurants on the territory, but I visited only the main one. And I can tell you food there is really nice! There are many choices of meat, vegetables, main courses, snacks, bread, bakery products, cakes, different kind of sweets, fruit. Will I come to stay at this place again? Definitely yes! I will! And I thank everyone working there for making each day comfortable!

We had a rest in March 2025, the room was in the 8th building with a French balcony (in other words, without it), we were alone with a child, we were satisfied, if there were three of us, then there was nowhere to dry things. The furniture and repairs are new, we cleaned well, the minibar was constantly replenished. Soda cans are delicious. The buffet was very beautifully decorated with sweets and bread, the choice of food is large, but not always tasty, there is a lot of deep-fried meat, it will be difficult for people who eat right, mostly everything is fatty and fast food, for those who lose weight there is 1 steamed meat option and steamed vegetables. There were theme nights every evening, and sometimes very beautiful live music. The animation is so-so, everything is the same every day, I'm already very tired of 10 days. Nice water park. The territory of the Aldau hotel is very beautiful, it's nice to take a walk and take a photo. The area is very clean, the communal toilets are cleaned all the time. A good water park and a great playground for children. A room with vending machines and a game console, table tennis. The evening shows are very interesting and colorful. The sea was dirty during our stay. You can rent a kayak or catamaran for free on the beach for half an hour a day. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. We ate in an Italian restaurant - it wasn't delicious, the pizza with anchovies was disgusting, and the pizza on the beach wasn't delicious either. I liked the oriental cuisine restaurant and the rooftop restaurant.

We had a rest at the end of February in this hotel! I read a couple of reviews before leaving (not really). We arrived at the hotel early in the morning, at 5. The bracelets were put on at 7 a.m. so that we could go to breakfast. But. settled only at 12 (such rules work all over the world, probably). I must say right away that we were going on vacation to eat delicious food, swim and relax. The food is great. For breakfast, there are always fresh pastries, omelets, jams, sausages (almost the same thing). But lunches and dinners are always varied. For dinner, we had rolls, stuffed turkey, and even chocolate fondue and mountains of strawberries. I was having a rest with my son, so we enjoyed this meal. The pools are cool too, next to the slides. The fact that the hotel is located on the second line also has its advantages. We walked along a well-groomed trail, inspecting the nearby Aldau Hotel, where everything is also clean and well maintained. The sea is beautiful, clean and beautiful. We didn't feel any bad attitude from the staff. Everything was fine. The only thing is, we were settled in the 8th building, which, as stated in the reviews, is old. We stayed at this hotel in March, in Hurghada for the first time. I really liked everything! The hotel was good, we lived in a standard room, one of the disadvantages was that the shower drain didn't work well (it was fixed on the same day, as the staff said), and there wasn't enough balcony (but for an additional fee you could choose a room with a different location). We stopped by in the late afternoon, it was at this time that there was a cold snap, so on the first evening we went to the showtime in jackets, but the presence of heated pools made it possible to go swimming the next day. After a couple of days it was already hot, so we swam mostly in the sea. The beach was good, there were plenty of sun loungers, there was always a place, the entrance to the water was smooth, the bottom was mostly sandy, corals were not needed, there were few fish near the shore to admire them - we took a yacht diving tour. I will note the food, sooo tasty, varied, good restaurants on the territory that can be visited for free, the level of these restaurants turned out to be much higher than my expectations) you can also have a snack at night))) Before arrival, it was a little scary that the second line, but in fact the sea is very close, + cars drive, and the road itself passes through the beautiful territory of the neighboring hotel, which belongs to the same company (as I understand it). The hotel is family-run, there will be no night discos and loud music, but the animators suggested that you can go to the neighboring Element club, which is adjacent to the hotel. We visited once, danced, in principle it's not bad. The staff - there were no questions, almost everyone speaks at least a little Russian, thank you all! A slight disadvantage, the pools closed at 17.00, whether it was only in March or all summer, I do not know. As if it could be extended until 6 p.m. at least. The territory is large, there are many pools, there is a children's area, the lazy river amusement park, there is a small water park, which is very good in principle. Animators, aerobics, exercises, games, and showtime work all day, and you can always find something to do. All in all, a cool stay, thanks to this hotel!)

This is not a 5-star hotel. The service is at 3, they asked to change towels 3 times, and with or without tips, the result is the same. Unfortunately, the male maid is very lazy and cleaned the room extremely poorly, with tips a little better But not always. It's a disgusting hotel. Sooo dirty rooms. Dead numbers. The tiles are broken, the furniture is scuffed, the walls are peeling. The room is so small that there is nowhere to turn around. For two adults and one 5-year-old child, 2 towels. Bathrobes and slippers are missing. There is a collective farm curtain in the shower (it served as a screen). At the reception, the staff is rude, they don't want to solve problems. Wi-Fi - you can connect only 2 devices, you can't connect any more. Sooo small territory. The animation is sparse and boring. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the sea. There have never been any places on the beach, it's a very small beach. You can not enter the neighboring ones, this is the territory of the neighboring hotel, the beach staff directly approach and ask to leave. In general, we are extremely unhappy with the hotels and the service.

We rested at the hotel in early April 2024. The hotel consists of several buildings. We lived in the central one, where the reception is located. Very good location. There is a cafe in the building where breakfasts, lunches and dinners are held. There are swimming pools next to the building, and there are several of them, near the exit to the promenade and 3 minutes walk to the sea through the most beautiful territory. The rooms are old, but clean. Cleaning and refilling the refrigerator daily. The choice of food is diverse, for anyone. There are not enough fruits and berries. But it's not scary. The beach is clean. The sea is magnificent! There is always an entertainment program on the beach and by the pools during the day. In the evening, there is a daily program for children and adults in the recreation area near cafes. There is a great cafe on the beach for food and cocktails! There is a beautiful promenade street near the hotel, we walked every evening. When we chose a hotel before the trip, we read the reviews and they were very frightening towards the Russians. But in fact, it's not like that. The hotel team speaks Russian, there are employees from the Russian Federation and neighboring republics. No one is divided - everyone is equal on vacation! The hotel of the German chain and of course the preference for the Germans, even the party was separate for them, but we were at it. But we did not notice a strong division. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and understanding! Will I recommend staying at this hotel? Yes, if you like to relax comfortably, eat delicious food, take a walk and enjoy the sea!

We stayed at this hotel with my son from 30.07-05.08.25, not a very good attitude towards Russians, we were initially given a bad room, I asked to change- also unsuccessfully. The best rooms are given to Germans and Poles. There are a lot of them in this hotel, they are a priority here. The room smelled of sewage all the time, the rooms are old. I asked to change the towels 5 times - and we were not lucky ((( the food is not tasty and monotonous! The water was even bottled, as if it had been bottled in the neighboring basement. The hotel does not meet expectations at all... the only thing that smoothed everything out was the pleasant territory, and the more or less attentive staff on the beach.. the rest is so-so

Cocktails on the all-inclusive menu are full of slag. The food was varied and delicious every day. The hotel is 80% German and some other noisy Europeans. They don't understand me, I don't understand them. Beauty! I have not seen or heard from my Ukrainian comrades. The water park on site is open every day, the slides are average. The room was cleaned, you leave a dollar, they will wind swans and elephants out of towels. It is a short walk to the beach and on the territory of another hotel. The hotel's beach itself is small. What I didn't like. 1. they started repairing the children's pool, sawed the tiles from morning to evening. Well, the territory is large, we stayed away from repairs. Shouldn't these works be planned out of season? 2. The Germans all smoke godlessly and continuously by the pools, despite the fact that all with young children. Full compliance with the photo and description. My compatriots paid 100 € for this option and also got the room they were hoping for. Please take this into consideration! If you are offered a room in the eighth building, do not immediately! This is a view of the dumpster and the staff rooms. The hotel is big, by the time you get there, take a look, refuse, return to the reception, half a day will pass. You immediately insist on a room in buildings 1,2,3. The most convenient location. The service in these buildings provides a comfort class. Towels and a bed will be changed and bottled water will be brought to you. If not, then a call to the reception is enough. Bars at different points where you can always get a drink, ice cream at a certain time, food on the beach. The main restaurant is good and most importantly - great food! There is a good variety of dishes and you can always find what you like. They cook very tasty, at least we always got to see the cool chefs. The rooms are more complicated, there are a lot of them and there are a lot of cool ones - in fact, the most not very good building is 8 with standard rooms. Tip: if you were settled with a view of the road, and not the inner zone, or something is not very good there - you can always go to the reception and change the room to another one - I so happened that the next day after the evening arrival, you applied for a room change and it turned out to check into a room with a view of the inner zone and much more comfortable and better. In the evening, you can walk along the shopping streets perfectly, or you can walk through the territory of the second hotel, it is also beautiful there.
