We had a rest with my husband from 09/25/2025 to 10/04/2025. Weather 35, sea 27. The room is standard, but cleaning is done every day. The food is above all praise, there are many food locations, restaurants, and there are only five maps. Beef, lamb, fish, chicken, shrimp, rolls, burgers, ice cream, sweets, mango is magical!!!!!!! STELLA's bottled beer is very decent, and always cold, the wine is average, and there are local cocktails. My birthday fell on vacation at this hotel, and a cake was brought to my room.It was very nice. We took it with us in the evening, the waiter took it away from us, and at the end of our meal, 6 waiters had already brought out the cake, singing and applauding.It was awesome! Then a couple more kaz heard the same congratulations.......There are two bars on the beach, one for drinks, but the second one at the pier is open from 12 to 15, but there is also food (sandwiches, pasta, fries, chips-everything is free). In general, we had a wonderful vacation! Maybe we'll come back.

Food, there is always something to choose from, alcohol at lunch and dinner has to wait, it is not carried quickly and reluctantly), the beach is good, the sun beds are also old, but comfortable, there is a bar on the beach. In the evening, the hotel looks great in the backlight. There are a lot of seals on the territory, they are monitored and fed, even vaccinated.

We had a rest in June 2024, a good hotel, but an old one, they are repairing slowly, the towels are old but clean, I think they will buy new ones soon. The beach is great, sun beds, towels are free, Wi-Fi at the reception, there is plenty of food.There are several restaurants and bars on site.There are very few Russians in the hotel, mostly Germans.There are funny guys on the beach, photographers, they like to talk in Russian. We stayed at this hotel (we love it very much) 2 times: January 2024, December 2024, and now our daughters and granddaughter of 4.5 years are vacationing there. This is the third time my granddaughter has been there, and she always finds entertainment. We laugh that she will decide soon that this is just our cottage!!! Beautiful lobby, sofas, armchairs, fountain, live music in the evenings, tourists play board games. The hotel is for Europeans, mostly Germans, in January 2024 there were only us from the Russian Federation (5 people), and Russian-speaking Germans periodically appeared. We liked everything, and there was a lot of food, and the child was happy with the ice cream. The children's pool is heated in winter, and it was impossible to get my granddaughter out of it. There is always animation for children in the evening. For adults, there is aqua, yoga, and much more. I was surprised that there is a late dinner, we did not eat for dinner, you can finish after 21.00. On July 1, 2025, the children flew there and their granddaughter gave them a tour! Now, according to her daughter, the rest is even better, and there is more food and variety. There are shops nearby, a bazaar, and a state market in 15 minutes. A large beautiful territory, many beautiful locations, a walkway to the beach, and it's also fun to go for a walk. The room stock, yes, is already getting old, it seems to have been soapy, but we take it with us, and it doesn't matter to us. Bottled water is constantly supplied to the room. We plan to go there in September. By the way, it is conveniently located from the airport, which was also good, you don't have to leave in five hours.

The fact that it is paid in the refrigerator in the room must be borne in mind. It feels like almost half of the vacationers are Germans. Russian Russians, Hungarians, Czechs, etc. Then by the number. Every evening there is an entertainment program in the local hall, often for the Russian audience. The sea is 23 degrees, clean, across the street, on the territory of a neighboring hotel. More for family holidays. Alcohol can be bought on the beach from under the floor for three times cheaper than at the hotel bar, although alcoholic cocktails are distributed free of charge at the beach bar.

We went to the beach through it, because it is on the first page, the Grand Resort on the second. The resort is a holiday hotel for couples, mature and elderly people. There is no movement, there is a calm rest, complete relaxation. The territory is huge, very beautiful, we went with a map, but still got lost a couple of times)) Two main restaurants. In the fact that next to the reception, there are breakfasts, lunches and dinners, in the second only dinners and breakfasts, we preferred it because there is an entrance only for adults, it is quieter, and we liked the food more. The food is quite varied, always meat, chicken, fish, seafood several times: shrimp, squid. Lots of baked goods, frozen. There are four pools in the hotel. We swam in two. They're just huge. There were always enough sun beds. One of the advantages is the rooms. The rooms are very large and huge. We had a standard of 35 meters. There is a sleeping area, a seating area with a sofa and armchairs, a large balcony with armchairs and a table. There was no extra charge for the room, the view was on the lawn, trees and a fence, behind which there was a road. The road is not busy. It was very quiet and peaceful. We liked it. A hoopoe bird flew onto the lawn, very funny, with a tuft and striped wings, hunting bugs in the grass. Animation is only on the beach. The show is at the Orange Club next to the lobby. The beach is wonderful, the sea is clean, the entrance is gently sloping sand. There are water slides near the beach. There is a bar on the beach. But there are only drinks. All food is paid. Now about the cons. The Arab mentality. Everyone wants a tip, even if it's not for anything. With the chic decoration of the rooms, beautiful wooden furniture, and wood in Egypt is expensive, i.e. with a chic entourage, such bed linen as we had is trash. Washed- not washed. There was no shampoo, shower gel, etc. in the room. I asked the maid, brought everything. There are several bottles of water in the room, they are replenished every day, but the mini-bar is paid. Mostly Europeans and foreigners are vacationing. There were Germans, Portuguese, British, tourists from Eastern Europe. The staff hardly speaks Russian. We had a good rest, excellent value for money.

The doorman opening the door to the toilet on the ground floor is also there. There are many rooms, they are located in different "branches" connected by corridors, many elevators. The disadvantage can be considered a "labyrinth" system. If your room is located far from the reception area, you will need to go with a hotel employee and a map, recording directions and turns along the way, otherwise it is problematic to find your room on the first day. This is the true truth. Further, the Standard and Deluxe rooms are practically the same. There are new flat-screen TVs in the Standards, and old tube TVs in the Deluxe rooms. But I think that few people watch them on vacation. The main difference is that the Standards go out "on the road" passing behind the fence of the hotel and it can be noisy and, accordingly, the balconies, on which there are 2 armchairs and a table, will also go out onto the farm.the courtyard (rear view of the hotel), where it may not be very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The deluxe rooms have a view of the pools and the courtyard, which is more pleasant. Upon check-in, of course, they offer to check into a Deluxe room for a dollar's gratitude. And of course, even in a hotel, it costs $ 10 per day more than the standard. And in principle, for $ 20 it is quite profitable when staying for 7 or more nights. Someone agrees, someone remains in the standard. The transfer from Coral (Odeon in Egypt) from the airport was fast, the hotel was second in line after Siva, arrived around 12.00, went to lunch. At one o'clock they came up again and got the room key. Our room 2251 just turned out to be quite far from the reception, a wing above the main restaurant and kitchen. After studying the route in the evening, we finally began to go exactly "where we need to go", without wandering in a circle. 4 bottles of water of 600 ml each (for 2 people) are placed in the room daily. As for the soapy ones, initially the shower has a dispenser with shower gel. There's only a bar of soap by the sink. Later, on the second or third day, it turns out that both shampoo and shower gel in tubes are provided on demand. But you need to ask daily, otherwise it doesn't get into the room. In Egypt, this hotel goes like a 5*, so for German vacationers there are slippers, hair conditioner, shaving kit, washcloths, and body lotion. Therefore, everything will depend on the male cleaner who cleans your room. We had one that did not give anything, cleaned the first 2 days, changed the towels on our request for the 6th day, but as if it was not going to at all... He gave out only water and toilet paper on demand, and sometimes shampoo and gel in a tube, again on demand. As for the food, there is a variety, fruits are given: melon, tangerines, oranges, pomegranates, sliced, bananas as a whole. Soups of -2 types. Pastry - cookies, cakes, cakes. For lunch and dinner - ice cream of 4 types, put 2 balls in a paper cup. In general, the kitchen is quite satisfied, and everything is delicious! The waiters in the restaurant serve: they bring drinks at meals, as well as on the ground floor in the lounge area on sofas in the Wi-fi zone. We found Catholic Christmas and New Year at the hotel. There was a festive program. We were very lucky in the weather: we sunbathed and bathed at 17.00, it was quite warm. The sea also pleased me. There was only one cool evening. I wanted to go to the beach through the Grand Hotel, 5-7 minutes. It doesn't bother you. A large orange towel for the beach is given at the hotel, replaced with a clean one on request, again from the cleaner-maid. The area where the hotel is beautiful and modern with a promenade, El Mamsha. We rested from 23.12. to 01.01.24. We are satisfied, we liked everything. The hotel is worth the money and you can wait for an attractive price, for a burning ticket, etc. There is animation on the beach, the most active. There is almost no music in the hotel, only in the evenings, after 21.00, there is a program or a disco from time to time, but not every day. The animators of the hotel in the form of a Tunisian girl and a friend at the console of the muses.escorts are extremely sluggish and uninterested. They do not know Russian, nor German, and therefore communicate only with native speakers of Arabic. The guests are mostly from Germany, including ethnic Turks living in Germany. Then Russians, some Poles, from Moldova, Arab guests. I recommend this hotel, it exceeded my expectations!

The food is delicious and varied, although I liked the Grand Hotel more. It takes about 6 minutes to walk to the beach via an elevated walkway, even though I had the farthest building from the entrance. The beach is so magnificent that you immediately forget about all the other inconveniences. There is always a place, swimming is a pleasure. There are no corals, but there is also a diving center and a sale of boat trips on the beach. In general, there are few hotels with corals in Hurghada, compared to Charm. I saw some good reefs at Eagles Down Town Zahabia Resort, Coral Beach Resort and Menaville Resort Safaga. Wi-Fi catches only near the reception, it is free and without a password, it is better to buy a SIM card right at the airport, you will not find it cheaper than there. The traffic indicated in the tariffs of the operators should be divided into two, the rest is social networks. The location of the hotel is convenient, there is a place to go for a walk, a lot of places around that you can visit. These are shops and cafes. Constant cleaning from the staff. The rooms are clean and spacious. All furniture is made of solid wood, thick fabrics are used in the room. I left 2 dollars or euros on the table every day. We returned to the petal-decorated room, with plenty of water.But I think they prepare rooms like this even without tips. The food is varied. I decided to write a fresh review about this hotel. We went here from the moment of its opening until 2014 almost every winter for the New Year with the children. Then the sons grew up, and we have not yet become pensioners (German), like most vacationers in it. Our parents got old and we started going to them for the New Year. Therefore, there was a break of ten years. But suddenly, I laugh, we also had a daughter. And despite everything that is happening, we decided to brighten up our winter with a short trip to the sea with her. There is now nothing to choose from in terms of warm resorts and budget resorts in winter. And despite all the terrible recent reviews on TripAdvisor, we bought a tour to the Grand Resort for the last week of February 2023. There were worries that we would find decline and ruin. But, thank God, there is nothing like that. The hotel is slowly aging and is just as slowly being renovated piece by piece. And now, finally, the Grand Palace has been completed for the Grand Hotel on the first line and the Grand Resort on the second. On the left, if you look at the sea. And he looks very impressive. But he's only without children. So, okay, the specifics of the Resort. This is a hotel for a relaxing meditative holiday. If you are looking for movement and fun without brakes, you are definitely not here. There are practically no young people in it and all the entertainment is old-school and old-school. There were few children before, but now there are very few. Including our daughter, there were well 5-7 of them at the age of 5-10 years For them, there is a warm shallow pool in the corner of the courtyard, separated by thickets of bananas and acacias from a large heated one for adults. So children do not interfere with the relaxation of pensioners and even they like it. The food is still not bad for our taste. There is no need to wait for culinary masterpieces. Yes, I think it's hard to find them in Egypt at all. But even my low-carb diet is quite possible to follow. Which got worse, for my taste. There are no cheeses like Camembert and Roquefort. Ten years ago, there were some good ones. There was also missing bacon (from beef) at breakfast. There is no wine to choose from by the glasses in the main buffet restaurant for lunch and dinner. Now it's "all inclusive", but it's unclear what kind of wine they bring. And it is like that .. although there used to be good local wines by the glass. They are available at the paid bar in the lobby. But they became more expensive, 9 euros a glass. In my opinion, it's not worth it. The all-inclusive package also includes beer and "local analogues" of rum, whiskey, vodka, tequila. Otherwise, I repeat, the food has not become worse in terms of quality and variety. I really like the rich taste of vegetables and fruits here in winter. In the all-inclusive format, you can now sign up for dinner at several a la carte restaurants that used to work only for a fee. Now there is a type of free part of the menu and a menu for an additional fee. You can go, knowing that they will try to impose at least a couple of dishes on you for a fee. The prices are approximately Moscow. A large selection of steaks from Brazil. If you want to try something other than Miratorg, go. They cook them well. A bottle of wine can also be ordered. From the cafe, a pastry shop was added (for a fee). About the service. We must take into account that we were in the lowest season and with a mimic blonde girl of seven years old. In general, we were "licked". The room was cleaned very cleanly. Every day they made different figures on the children's bed out of towels, helped everywhere, in restaurants they immediately came and asked what else we wanted, etc. Yes, there are signs of fatigue in the rooms and rooms. Yes, the bed linen is not the newest. But we had perfect cleanliness everywhere. And it was cleaned every morning and constantly. Dishes come across with cracks, but there was always enough of it and it was perfectly clean. We and the children have never had problems with food and cleanliness in this hotel. The TV in our room was new and flat, but showed only a few channels and poorly. We always had enough of one with cartoons for children. Free internet is only available in the lobby and is slow. You can connect a paid one, which is available throughout the hotel, if, for example, you need it for work. The same well-maintained park in the Grand Hotel, through which you go to the beach. All the same fish at the berths, which can be fed with bread "stolen" from the restaurant. You can still feel like a respected customer by giving small tips to the staff. Well, you will spend another 20 dollars for the entire time you are there. But everything will be comfortable and helpful. On the second day, people begin to recognize you and try to make your vacation more comfortable. There are some animators on the beach and by the pool, and Russian-speaking ones too, who can be assigned to the child for a short time. A small life hack: on the beach and by the pool, you can order fresh juice from a pile of juices for 2 euros and ask for rum or gin for free. And make yourself a great cocktail. I understand that all this gin, rum, whiskey and tequila in Egypt is bought by a certain state-owned company where they are produced by tanks and bottled for foreigners in hotels. In its pure form, I would not drink it. And diluting with fresh fresh is quite good. From the bad. First of all, cats. Their divorce is apparently not visible. In my opinion, there are several dozen, since they are fed in the so-called "Kat food station". But they beg in every restaurant, climb on chairs, knees, etc. If you are allergic to cats, then there may be problems. Secondly, smoking. Everyone and everywhere smokes, except for the premises of the Marrakech restaurant, where a buffet is served for breakfast, lunch and dinner. That is, you can sit on the sun beds by the pool, and people will smoke to your left and right. I understand that for retired Germans, the hotel is considered "for smokers" and it is chosen by those who smoke. It's easier on the beach, but by the pool you will periodically feel this smoke. Well, that's all for me. I understand that everyone has their own ideas about beauty. But I can't say that the hotel is bad or has become worse than it was 10 years ago. It's just designed for a rather specific client. It is necessary to take this into account, as with any choice

We had a rest in October 2022. Great hotel. It's not far from the airport. The second line, free entrance through the Grand Hurghada Hotel, where the doors are opened by a cute, smiling Egyptian. The territory of the hotel is simply a paradise, many pools, palm trees, flowering trees and shrubs. The most interesting thing is that there are two huge zones: on the right - the main restaurants, bars and the whole party there, on the left - a garden with shallow pools for a more relaxing holiday and swimming with children. In the evening, it's just beautiful: everything is illuminated. The eyes are happy. The food is varied. There are many a la carte restaurants. There were also pizza, risotto, and Mexican cuisine. Ice cream and French fries were served at the children's pool bar. Everything is neat in the room. They didn't look around the corners, they didn't look for flaws - they came for the wrong thing, and they weren't looking for that. They cleaned the room often, I even told them not to come with cleaning today) The staff is responsive (even a little intrusive). I had to communicate more in English. The sea is wonderful! With children, it's great! They found a live starfish. And a very sharp shell (after all, you need to look at your feet) In general, everyone is happy!

The hotel is close to the airport.That's where the advantages end.The hotel is for 3+.On-site repairs- hammer drill noise and dust from cutting blocks.Terrible bed linen -with holes and gray with age. Room cleaning every other day, beach towels were not changed on time, so in the evening I had to go to the reception (the phone in the room does not work) and ask for a change.Sticky and dirty dishes in the dining room. Food is the only thing that, perhaps, did not cause any complaints. No alcohol was consumed, only beer (warm). There are 10 percent Russians, the rest are mostly Germans and Poles. The conclusion is that I would not have come here a second time.Uniquely.
