We stayed at the hotel for one night for a relaxing visit to the tower and mall, the impressions of the hotel are the most pleasant, very polite staff, wonderful room, excellent pool, booked only breakfast, we were also given dinner, very decent food, European buffet, and what a view from the loggia, just a very convenient quick transfer from We will definitely return to the mall!

A very, very weak hotel They clean when they want, you click on cleaning, you walk for 4 hours, and the room is not cleaned. Then they call at 8 p.m., when they have already gone to bed. The breakfasts are of the same type .and weak ones . We just stopped having breakfast there, waited for the Dubai mall to open and had breakfast there. They came with a child and the most terrible thing was - They call the room every day and check the bar!!!! The bell constantly woke up the child . I've never seen this in any hotel. Its only advantage is its location. And that's it. There are no 70 kv declared here . We definitely won't be coming to this hotel anymore. And well, the view from the window is "very clean" Its only advantage is the Dubai mall, that's all.

One of the best hotels in the city center. We came here to drink my favorite coffee. The real advantage of this hotel is its staff, especially the staff at the Amber Cafe in the lobby: Layla, Shira and Marjorie. They are very attentive, friendly, helpful and always ready to help. It is clear that they really love their work. This is a great place, besides it is connected to the Dubai Mall, which is very convenient for everyone. Top class!
