About the Hotel I don't recommend it. From a good one, for which he gave two stars.: + cost (although it was at the beginning of May and the price may be inflated further); + near the old town; + free one-way transfer, but I had to write about it and communicate with the hotel. And then the advantages of this apartment hotel: - right under your room (one floor below, under the floor), the restaurant with which you bounce to the beat of the music until one o'clock in the morning, because the audibility is awesome; - There is no sound insulation, the audibility is amazing; - Right under your room doors, there is a kitchen where they start cooking meager breakfasts at 9:00 and guests, administrators on the phone and who are not too lazy to chat at night.; - I don't know why, they put a music speaker under your door and it drums music all night - when asked not to do this, I had to turn it off myself.; - The rooms are all old, the furniture and plumbing are falling apart; - It is very dirty both in the room itself and in the halls of the hotel. It feels like you haven't washed the floors in a very long time. How would you be on the street; - The curtains on the windows are dirty, the smell of dust is already heard 2 meters before the curtains. Never washed, just a dirty rag.; - After walking 5 meters in socks, everyone is gray. We had a one-year-old child, hands and pants to throw away. - The shower cabin is leaking and the smell of dampness and sewage in the bathroom; - The pillows are terrible, all lumpy, thin and not comfortable, and they have no replacement.; - You have to beg for everything, like you would for a loan: toilet paper; an egg for breakfast; throw out the trash, etc. etc.; - The towels in the bathroom are not white, but dirty yellow with holes.; - The bed is washed, redone and yellow in color; - Breakfast - it would be better if they removed it from the description in principle and did not disgrace themselves. Overcooked one egg (which also needs to be begged), a slice of cheese, tomato and cucumber, a smear of butter - THAT's IT!!!. Tea still needs to be begged; - The description of the hotel and photos on the booking sites are not true.; - There are no beds in the room, which are on the website; - The balcony is actually a toilet room; - There is no safe in the room, no iron, no normal hair dryer - you need to ask; - Water in the shower, sometimes hot, sometimes cold, and a bouncing pressure; - Soap is also available on request. You can keep writing down the cons, but it's just that even your fingers are tired. One piece of advice - just don't book a dead end room or be prepared to accept your described things.…

We had a rest in May - 4 nights, a small hotel with a super comfortable location, there are questions about repairs and slowness, but it's all Baku's fault when you come from Moscow, the feeling that everyone is not in a hurry. Oleg met us- thanks a lot to him, helped, prompted. There is soap and shampoo in the room, girls, take a hair balm, after the winds of Baku, do not comb your hair) Cleaning is optional. Breakfast in the room is monotonous, but you won't stay hungry, egg, sandwich, sausages, vegetables, cheese, butter, jam. There are no problems with water, this is also a problem for Baku, pay attention when choosing hotels. I also want a mosquito net on the window, otherwise I don't like to sleep under the canopy, it used to be a bit noisy with the window open.

We stayed at the hotel for a few days. The place is good, the location is great, it's pretty calm and quiet without loud music The staff at the hotel knows English and Russian, which is great. I would like to single out Ali and Arshad separately, they will always help, they will tell you the best places to visit. The rooms are not very big. We took a suite, but I wouldn't say it's a suite. Rather, just a number :) there is a refrigerator, two chairs, a large bed (the mattress turned out to be too hard), a set of towels, shampoo, soap and shower gel, slippers for the room, a wardrobe, a mirror, lamps, a large window. Features: - the hotel is on the second floor, if it's hard to climb, it's better to take another hotel. - breakfast is served in the morning from 9 to 11, the girl at the counter prepares it, take it to your room. You can eat, but not too much (for example, 2 eggs / omelet, a couple of sausages, some cheese, lots of bread, butter, cucumbers, tomatoes). - you can get water at the breakfast counter. There are no restrictions, but at a time there are 2 bottles per room of 0.5 liters. We drink a lot and often, we didn't have enough, we asked for more or bought separately - not all rooms have windows, it is worth paying attention to this. We first took it without a window, and then rebooked it. Without a window, the room is even smaller than the one we lived in. Overall, the impression is good, there is a warm welcome.

Good location, right in the very center of Baku, 3 minutes walk to the old town. Quiet, beautiful old building, 4-meter ceilings, parquet, stucco, antique doors. They feed you breakfast, but it's monotonous, it's always fried eggs.

It's just awful! First of all, you can't even call it a hotel! The photos are fake! Upon arrival, instead of the two-room Suite that was booked, and it was not cheap, they brought us to a dirty 2-by-2-meter room! After being asked to provide what we had booked, the manager simply canceled the reservation and kicked us out the door!
