But 4 stars for the online store, not the pick-up point, because the last time a car seat arrived, unmarked, finished, packed in a cellophane bag, tightened with a screed. Of course, it is impossible to pick up the goods without any documents, because if a defect is found, you will not return it later and you will not prove anything. I had to give up, time was wasted. I couldn't reach the contact center , we listened to music for 16 minutes .

The service is about nothing, they serve people as they want without waiting in line. I came today for an order, I stood behind people while they were given an order. A woman came to pick me up and served her first, although I came earlier. It's a shame for such an attitude, especially since I was in a hurry, I had to wait for this person to find her pennies.
