We ordered earlier, there were no questions. But 4 stars for the online store, not the pick-up point, because the last time a car seat arrived, unmarked, finished, packed in a cellophane bag, tightened with a screed. Of course, it is impossible to pick up the goods without any documents, because if a defect is found, you will not return it later and you will not prove anything. I had to give up, time was wasted. I couldn't reach the contact center , we listened to music for 16 minutes .

At this pick-up point, administrators have absolutely no information on how to verify an order before making a payment. Danil, an employee, immediately forbade plugging the device into an outlet when placing an order without providing a single document where the rules for checking this type of product are written, Vladimir, the second employee, stood over his soul at the time of checking the device and conducted a conversation with a potential buyer with prejudice. The staff is not as interested as possible in the buyer picking up the goods. Because of such employees, there is no desire to purchase goods in the 21st century. Unfortunately, there is less per regular customer in the 21st century.

I picked up the order. 30.03.2026, around 13:00. The goods were purchased in installments from the 21st century. Signed the documents. I ask the specialist where and how to pay- the answer is written in the documents, I am where in the documents, the answer is somewhere there. I'm standing there turning over the contract sheet, I'm nervous, and I don't understand how to pay... the queue. The specialist was silent and did not show how and what… Upset, unhappy, angry and left so as not to detain. Please do something about it. You will orient yourself so that there is no negative impression and misunderstanding. As an option/suggestion, select a paragraph in the payment docks about the services provided. I am satisfied with the product and delivery. The design is lame.
