The service is no questions asked, polite. There is almost always a queue. The location is convenient. But the product, like everywhere else, needs to be inspected, it came with a defect, it took 3 days to return, so I brought it back on day 2, returned it without any problems.

They can't solve the problem with the configuration for three days. There are no concrete results at all that they are trying to solve the problem. All that is missing are the bracket ties #571, which are not available in Belarus.
All the excuses for my calls and no result.
Never buy expensive goods here, especially furniture.

The pick-up point evokes only positive emotions. Clean and tidy. The employees are friendly and tactful, they will help and prompt if necessary. There are practically no queues (Only on weekdays between 17:00 and 19:00 there may be 3 - 5 people in front of you when people return from work... But it can be understood ...). :)
