Strict interiors, new high-quality room equipment, excellent service, decent cuisine, friendly staff, a decent sandy beach on the shores of the Gulf of Oman.
Of the cons. It's boring in the evening, there's nowhere to go, except for an expensive restaurant on site. If you are not on all inclusive, at dinners tea, coffee and even water should be bought at an inadequate price.

The hotel is gorgeous! New!!The staff is very polite! Room cleaning 2 times a day! Delicious breakfasts and dinners! A separate pool for children and adults is a plus!! The beach is clean, turtles and a sea of fish!
The bed is snow-white, the bed is very comfortable, the guys at the reception are very polite, the waiters are very good! We will definitely return to this hotel!!!

We were at this hotel from November 18 to 24, with children. First of all, I will note the wonderful service, excellent food (themed dinners), I liked the sauna. There is a super mini club for children, it works from 10.00 to 19.00, with a lunch break, every hour is scheduled there, they are engaged in children (mine did not want to leave there). Clean beach, heated swimming pools. I liked everything)

When I was going here, it was a matter of principle for me to live in a two-room room, which I chose according to the description on all websites, including the tez website. The description of the room we relied on can be seen in the attached photos . In fact, the room turned out to be the usual Standard, 2 beds 1.5. but with a large terrace. I would never go to such a room with two sons , 20 and 7 years old . We were given an extra bed , but now there is absolutely no room in the room . The all-inclusive meals here don't even come close to what it usually looks like. Yesterday , the main restaurant was waiting for food for a very long time , there is not much choice . For example, snacks , we could take different , but little by little , but we have to choose 2 types in an amount much larger than a serving for one person . The room was equipped with towels and bath products , but one , although the voucher shows that there are three of us . At the request of brought . The mini-bar is empty. Although the hotel is new , as they say , it is quite shabby . I would never have gone so far , we drove 2 hours from Dubai airport if I had known that such a vacation was waiting here . Compared to other places where I have been in the Emirates , everything in general is much more modest , I do not advise .

Very nice, cozy hotel! A big plus is that it's new! Huge bathrooms! A large comfortable room with a large balcony overlooking the ocean!
The staff is very friendly, friendly! We went there with one-year-old twins, of course there is little food for the kids, mostly everything is spicy! but the chefs cooked for our kids specially, what we asked for! There is a children's room, a trampoline and a playground. The only thing that was missing was some kind of entertainment program in the evenings. A big plus is the pools, with very warm water, both for children and adults. In general, we really liked the hotel.

We were in January 2020. Great hotel!!! Delicious food, warm pool with Jacuzzi, room cleaning - every day, water, tea, coffee, cream - free of charge. What's in the refrigerator is for a fee. The rooms are gorgeous. the water in the bay was like in August in the Crimea!!! For a relaxing family holiday - the very thing. But... We took breakfast and dinner, all drinks for dinner were paid, even water. So, we ate, and went to drink tea in the room. There is nowhere to go outside the hotel, there is nothing there except the fruit market. There is no animation. In the evening, two musicians sing (rather out of tune), but tolerable. Once the girl danced belly dance for 15 minutes. That's all.... Quite far from Dubai, 1.5 hours drive. So, if you just sunbathe, swim, relax, then it's perfect. But if you want entertainment (water park, amusement park), then it's better to go to Dubai.
