Very nice hotel. Everything is beautiful and convenient. The territory is beautiful. Lots of colors. The food is delicious. Themed dinners are held.
The pools are good. There are negative aspects: there are a lot of small annoying flies by the sea; there is no possibility for walking outside the hotel

For me, there were both positive and negative moments in this hotel. I'll start with the negative ones:
1. The territory is not very. The bottom line is as follows - the hotel itself is several buildings and about 200-300m of coastline. There is practically a desert with mountains outside the hotel. At the same time, the entire coastline is built up with houses that are apparently for rent. If I compare with the previous hotel in which I was in the UAE, then there are fewer places in firemont where it is "pleasant to the eye". But in general, of course there are such places - this is an adult swimming pool and planted palm trees near shops.
2. It's a long way to Fujairah. But it was known of course before the trip.
3. The absence of something like snack bars where you can have a snack between meals (a snack without paying extra, since "all inclusive")
Now positive:
1. The staff - all well done, the quality is very good. We were at the beginning of the coronavirus epidemic and the staff reacted very adequately to everything. This is taking into account the fact that the season was a failure and it was clear that everyone would be sent home without payment. I think this is a very important indicator.
2. The kitchen contains dishes that you can eat with pleasure so as not to roll a bun to your homeland. I'm talking about healthy and low-calorie food.
3. The entrance to the sea is very good - there are places with sand and there are places with pebbles.
4. The interior of the hotel and the rooms are cool. The number looked like in the picture under which I wrote a review.
In general, I left an impression on the four, but I will not go there anymore because there are places more beautiful and closer.

Good afternoon.I ADVISE YOU TO READ STRAIGHT BEFORE CHOOSING THIS HOTEL, Were with my husband for the new year 2019-2020 in this hotel, to say that we are shocked..... nothing to say! A beautiful hotel with a beautiful territory and that's probably all. It took us 2 hours and 10 minutes to get to the hotel, and 4 hours and 15 minutes to get back to the airport, because we had to go around the whole city to gather people from all the hotels! The first thing we were shocked by was that there was absolutely nothing to eat there... my husband and I went hungry....if you go to the so-called canteen at least 1 time, the kitchen doesn't smell there, then drink tea again, eat fruit only for money....what what? we paid for both 5 stars and such service?! The chef says that he is told to save. On-site drinks are free and ice cream, which of course was paid. Construction site near the hotel, it's terribly noisy, only flies....which do not allow you to sunbathe at all, the pools have not been cleaned once during our vacation, to which we were answered ....well, we strive to be the 5th, there is still a lot of work for this. And what struck us, there is no staff at all and as if everyone knows and nobody cares. In the evening, they are quiet as in a cemetery, there is no music, as well as show programs.... THE POLICY of the HOTEL is PEACE AND QUIET, poor people who come with children .....there is nothing to do ((( We were waiting for when we would just be at home. The impression is terrible(((

Wonderful vacation! The service is at a high level, good ecology, there is an opportunity to go on excursions if desired. The hotel is impressive. Everything is very dignified and with great taste. There are simply no disadvantages. We dream of coming there again for a vacation.

Beautiful stylish hotel, well-groomed territory, excellent rooms and service. The main restaurant offers a good full meal. Not a very comfortable beach because of the pebbles in the sand. Suitable for a measured relaxing holiday.

I am currently resting in this hotel for a good week until 10/28/19
I am in complete shock from the food in the hotel, level 3 stars!! There is nothing to eat at all, I'm not exaggerating! The fish is the cheapest, cheaper than cod, all the food is terribly salty and peppery, I can't find anything for myself or my child. Fruits are only watermelon, melon and pineapple! Everything is not mature, the food absolutely does not correspond to 5 stars and even 4! the beach is very dirty, bottles, wrappers! The umbrellas on the beach are torn! I talked to the hotel manager and the chef! they apologized, insulted the type of persmortet menu, but who is still there)) I do not recommend this hotel! absolutely not worth the money! and there is a virus in the hotel, children vomit right in the restaurant! I'm generally shocked by this!
