A good hotel, Russian-speaking staff, infinity pool and the Indian Ocean - a fairy tale
The buffet food was varied, everyone found it according to their taste preferences. Animation on the level, playground for children, children's room.garden for 4 hours, swimming pool.
For a sedentary holiday- super, the shopping center is 2.5 hours from Dubai, 15 minutes from the hotel there are only two mini shops and a pharmacy (there are Russian-speaking staff).

The day before departure, we decided to visit an Italian restaurant, my first dish was mushroom soup. I'm sitting, so I'm eating it and I feel something scraping against my teeth, it turned out to be glass! There was a piece of glass in the soup!!! I called the waiter, he called the restaurant manager, they took the glass from me and left. No apologies, there was nothing from them. I went to the reception, the receptionist apologized and called the manager of the restaurant, an absolutely nervous man, said that it was mashed soup and there could not be glass there, since it was whipped with a blender, that is, even if the glass had somehow turned out to be there, the blender would have ground it. By the way, this man did not apologize either, but he was also aggressive and furious. I almost ate the glass, and they make it look like I'm lying, cool. I suggested checking the cameras in the kitchen, in the very hall of the restaurant, I have nothing to hide. Why should I do this before leaving? For what purpose? As an apology, the receptionist offered fruit or alcohol, I refused, why? I have everything turned on, so I eat and drink as much as I want. Before checking out of the hotel, the hotel manager apologized at the reception and offered a suite on my next visit, of course, they know perfectly well that I am leaving and did not offer anything sensible. And I'm not going to this hotel anymore.
And so, I want to say that the hotel is normal, but this glass ruined all the good impression! Eat carefully, who knows where that glass came from.

We stayed in hotels from 15.02 to 27.02.24. Great hotel, had a wonderful rest. Friendly staff. I would like to mention the work of the restaurant. A delicious and varied selection of dishes, thanks a lot for that. The hotel has a nice beach, clean sea. Amazing turtle island, there is a place to dive with a mask. One.... There are few sunbeds on the beach and people take up early in the morning. Otherwise, everything is great, the rest was a success. We had a rest in April 2024. We took everything included. Great hotel! The food is quite varied. The rooms are spacious. At the weekend there was a small animation in the pool in the form of a foam party and a small aqua aerobics for children, in the afternoon there was beach volleyball on the beach. The beach and the water are gorgeous, the sun beds are comfortable. At the reef, you can see fish, sharks, and turtles both independently and in an organized manner. The hotel has a Russian-speaking staff.

Excellent hotel, fully corresponds to the description on the website. Large comfortable rooms with everything you need.(an adapter for sockets is needed).Great view from the window. (there is a balcony). Daily cleaning of rooms, change of towels and replenishment of water and tea station. A cozy restaurant with a varied menu and themed dinners. Your stay at this hotel turned out to be unforgettable! Excellent level staff who speaks English fluently and even a little Russian. The food is simply gorgeous, both in the main restaurant and in other Alaskan restaurants. The rooms are something huge, spacious, with an incomparable air conditioning system, when the room really has a super comfortable temperature and you don't get blown out. The coastline at the hotel is not bad, although small. At low tide, you can walk along the shore to other hotels. We will definitely come back here again, because the rest turned out to be one of the best thanks to the hotel.

We are resting in this hotel for the second time. We liked everything: the staff is responsive, the rooms are huge and clean, the pool is gorgeous, the beach is also clean (lots of free sunbeds). On food: of course there is no variety, but everything that is cooked is very tasty and in sufficient quantity (in general, you will not stay hungry). I would like to mention the delicious and varied breakfasts. When there were A la carte restaurants in February, they were included in the price of the tour, this time the hotel changed the concept and they became paid. There is nowhere to walk outside the hotel, but if you need a beach holiday for a few days, then this is the place. The sea is warm, clean, the bottom and the beach are fine sand! I would like to mention the hotel staff, who promptly responds to all questions that arise. The territory of the hotel is not very large, but clean and cozy.

The number of guests exceeds the number of sun beds on the beach and by the pool. Due to the oil spill, additional bathers were brought to Fujairah and they did not think to add sun beds. We came from a walk, we didn't leave the hotel, and we found that the sun beds were occupied by more important people. There is no bag, no towels - two English-speaking girls are lying there not understanding anything. The hotel staff took our belongings and cleared the sun beds for them. The hotel manager, Mr. Ahmed Al Masry, whose name was barely recognized, did not apologize, did not really explain anything. I just left - the rule of the hotel is not to leave the sun beds for more than an hour... A representative of the travel agency, a certain Elchin, also tried to reproach us - get into the situation, there was an oil spill, people were brought from other hotels... And why at my expense!? As a result, we found other sun beds, but definitely - this should not be. By the way, oil is released on the beach every second day. Your feet need to be cleaned all the time after walking on the sand. To be completely honest, the room is excellent, the food is good, the sea is warm and clear when there is no oil, the animation guys are courteous and funny and speak excellent Russian - special thanks to them. The restaurant is constantly kept clean and tidy, the waiters help and are very kind, however, as everywhere in the hotel, treat visitors. The beach is sandy, the sea is clean, the entrance to the sea is convenient. The beach is cleaned, well equipped. By 11 o'clock in the afternoon, walking barefoot on the sand is very hot. The pool area has everything for a good rest. The disadvantage is that the hotel is located far from populated areas. To see something you need to spend a lot of time and some funds. We need to leave. In general, a very good hotel for a beach holiday. During my visit, the majority of tourists, 70 percent, were Russians, 15 percent from Kazakhstan, the rest from Europe and Asia.

There is a children's animation, but they have only one employee there who actually works with children, the rest work with frowning faces. I took off one star, because of baby food, I strained for children with food, the children's table is pasta, French fries, and nuggets, so we don't feed the children.

- all the hotel feedback, we returned once at 11 p.m. from a guided tour and ordered a lunch box. Which was brought to us after 1.30 pm - constantly feeding us breakfast in 10 minutes
- the food itself is not bad- but the queues in which you constantly stand to get to dinner. And if you come later , then everything has already been sorted out and what remains is already there .

Tea, coffee, kettle in the room, shampoos, lotions, toothpaste, brushes, shaving machine, slippers, bathrobes, hair dryer. Everything is at 5. The staff is working fine. There was enough food, very tasty beef and rice. Not tasty fruits, watermelons are not sweet at all. Tomatoes are not tasty, like grass. The hotel is amazing, new, clean, the room is cleaned every day. The staff is very friendly, they speak Russian well, they also understand English. A good buffet, a variety of dishes, it was very tasty and everything is always fresh! We also had cocktails and all alcohol included - they do well, they don't "barge", they pour enough alcohol, and the alcohol is good. Beautiful mountains are visible nearby, which can not but please - not just the sea around, but at least some variety. The territory of the hotel as a whole is large - enough to take a break from the hustle and bustle of work, but the only thing is that the children's pool is too close to an adult. You get tired of the screams of children, and there are a lot of them in the hotel. But this is not a claim to the hotel, but to parents who come with ill-mannered children (not all, of course).
I attended a general massage on the 2nd floor - at Serenity Spa - I really liked it, the atmosphere is super relaxing and a masseuse from Thailand. I advise you!!!

A good hotel for a family holiday, a huge number of young couples with children. Excellent food, large rooms, active animation, warm Indian Ocean.
Among the disadvantages: the territory is small, there is little greenery, the pictures on the Internet absolutely do not correspond to reality.
Last year we visited the Royal M Hotel in Abu Dhabi, so deciding that it was similar, we came to Fujairah.
The hotel is on the 4th floor.
If you want privacy and a relaxing holiday, this is definitely not the place for you.
