Positive: indian ocean, swimming pool, breakfast, drinks, fruit. Manager Katerina - helped solve issues.
Minuses:
1) it is very cold in the room and in the hotel itself.
2) there are iron rods in the ocean, I cut my leg, it has been healing for the second week.
3) lunches and dinners are very scarce for the UAE (and until the locals settled in, the quality of the products was the cheapest.
And a very meager lunch box of bread roll, cheese, sausage and apple.
Below is more information on the listed items:
1) There is one air conditioning system throughout the hotel. Many get sick. Unfortunately, they answer that they can't change anything, because there is only one system. You can make it, for example, 2-3 degrees warmer and it would be easier to live, but apparently it is either difficult to do, or just the same to the hotel.
2) I told the staff, zero emotions, they gave me two Band-Aids. And the fact that a person/child can drown while trying to swim out of the stuck rods ((
3) lunches and dinners - sometimes vegetables that were for lunch were given for dinner and they were already sour.
Some tourists were injured.
Fish - I didn't understand at all, some kind of goo. Normal, dense fish began to be given only after the local population came to the hotel. Food, choice, quality of products and service immediately improved.
5) this does not apply to the hotel, but there is an indirect relation:
Separately about the operator Anex tour, the side that hosted us in the UAE, offers fortune hotels, quite by CHANCE all Russian tourists find themselves in one hotel out of 9 hotels 10 km from the beach, then they offer to pay extra for a hotel closer to the sea. And again, by CHANCE, the free seats turn out to be only in one hotel of the same mroyal chain as the original hotel, where all Russians meet again, but already know each other, one pain rallied everyone ...)). The hotel is new, the rooms are large-there is something to compare!!! It's good that we took a room with a view of the mountains-the sun came in the evening, otherwise, as in a frying pan. The attitude of the staff is normal, but.... on the last day before departure, a modest replenishment of tea, coffee, cream is just sooo noticeable. We met a family from St. Petersburg, they had endless skirmishes with the staff... There is no infrastructure at all, we ordered a transfer to Fujairah. A modest Mall, there are no popular brands at all. Discounts are available, but.... expensive in spite of them.

The hotel is gorgeous, the staff is all friendly, attentive, the food is delicious.Of the disadvantages, there are few Sun Loungers near the pool, you have to get up earlier to take a place, then go back to the room.The sea was stormy for all 7 days.You won't be able to extend the room for an additional fee, don't even dream about it.

A luxury hotel in the Emirate of Fujairah, on the first coastline from the Indian Ocean, with excellent staff ready to meet all your needs. Varied and high-quality food and drinks. The hotel has a beach and a swimming pool, several bars and restaurants. Due to its location in a mountainous area, the temperature is quite comfortable for the UAE: 31-33 °C. And this is in August. I definitely recommend it for a vacation.

The hotel does not pull in 5 stars (The service is mediocre. The furniture in the rooms is stained. The food is not very diverse. We had ants in our room) I had to queue for dinner every day, as the restaurant is very small. At 6.30 pm, the lifeguard drove everyone off the beach, connecting the guards. We were in August - it's not the season for these places. I do not recommend going out of season at all - it is impossible to swim normally because of the large waves

We were lucky with the weather, it was warm.on this coast, the water is warmer at this time than in others.In early April, the water in Abu Dhabi was even cooler.The hotel is excellent-new.The rooms are huge indeed, the standard rooms are larger than in other hotels.A great alternative to Turkey, take an all-inclusive hotel than just meals.There is also an alcohol market nearby - prices are lower than in duty free, there are all different brands. A nice hotel that opened a couple of years ago. High-quality fresh renovation, which has not yet had time to "suffer" at the hands of tourists. The hotel was built and equipped with a soul - marble and premium engineering everywhere, high-quality glass, dishes and appliances in restaurants...
Good food and an excellent and varied assortment in the main restaurant.... What can not be said about a la carte restarans - absolutely insolvent and worthless restaurants... Chefs - you can safely "burn at the stake" and it will be for the good.... Not tasty, clumsy, long and not worth your attention!
The same applies to the Ultra all inclusive system!
Friends, don't waste extra money - it doesn't work! I got used to normal drinks - that's why we settled on this system.... But it didn't work- in this hotel you drink the same as everyone else! The owner of the hotel is greedy - which in my opinion is unacceptable in the UAE! The whiskey that is offered here is just cheap swill... which is a shame to give to guests! I bought whiskey separately in the store for myself - shame on the hotel!
To quiet white wine, and partly to beer - there are no questions.
The hotel administration and specialists at the reception- well done, there are Russian speakers- it's nice to communicate with everyone!
A small territory is a significant disadvantage!
Exactly like the lack of normal places for entertainment - there is a boring lobby, a squalid sports bar - like in a provincial town.... The space for adult and children's show programs resembles a modern hall in the House of culture... There is not enough comfort and professional design... It feels like we've saved money here again! The program - you can't look without tears (a dancing skirt is a shame for the stage) - they also fall short hard! But on the top floor there is a paid cafe, which used to be free according to the guides!
In short, friends, it feels like they started well, but continued poorly!
And the culprit, as always, is greed, in my opinion!
The rating of the hotel is four! No more and no less!

We visited about 50 countries, but for the first time in the UAE.
They check in from 14 o'clock, but they give bracelets at 12, you can go to lunch and the beach in the morning, they give you cards.
The food is very high quality, there is a choice, always meat, fish, vegetables.
The children's table is a little meager, but meat and side dishes are quite suitable for adults, half of them without Arabic specialties in the form of sauce. It was an Indian evening-I've never eaten better in any restaurant. The alcohol is good, they pour it from the heart. Yes, they do not give drinks to the room with them, but this is the norm. Apparently for everyone except the Russians.
The staff is very, very friendly. Even compatriots who do not know how to speak English at all (two bir pliz), I feel comfortable. Yes, there were queues a couple of times a week at the restaurant. But you just have to go not to the beginning of the meal, but after half an hour and there will be no problems.
The restaurant managers work as a single organism and try to solve all the difficulties.
Of course, there is no animation here, because it is compared to Turkey. But this is completely different. The rest is set up for relaxation: the sea, the sun, the beach, the pool, in the evening I slowly washed, dressed, sat on a warm breeze, went to dinner and a cocktail bar, went to bed at 21 and at 7 in the morning I already met the sun and go ahead.
It's just a different kind of vacation, who needs animation, entertainment, dancing-all to Turkey, where you will be perfectly entertained.
There are sometimes not enough sun beds on the beach-this is also a feature of our beloved fellow citizens-they occupy in the morning and it is not a fact that they are on the beach.
But you can always find one, throw things.
The sea and sand are wonderful. Clean, soft and safe.
Large crabs run along the rocks to the right and left, sandy crabs along the shore. There are big fish in the water.
We, lovers of outdoor activities, were so busy for the first time and really rested.

If there is no wind, then it is generally hot, it is less comfortable with the wind. There were good waves for a couple of days, there was a red flag on the beach.
There are no questions about the hotel! New, with very spacious rooms, in which high-quality cleaning was done daily. The food is excellent, there are also enough various drinks, alcohol is of high quality (in the evening come to the opening so as not to stand in line, or to close, then there will be a minimum of people). The territory of the hotel is small.

Guests from 14 floors gather for dinner in one small restaurant, where there are not enough tables, you have to wait at the entrance until the table is free - in the evening a queue of hungry people with children forms for 30 minutes. Considering that the restaurant opens for dinner only at 19, when many people have dinner at home at 18, everything is packed by the opening and so on until 20-21.
There are also not enough sun beds and umbrellas on the beach, there is not enough for everyone, you have to borrow early in the morning.
The three alyakar restaurants are not included in the all-inclusive system, only if ultra is all-inclusive. You can pay an additional 150derham- $ 50 per person for visiting an additional 3 alyakar restaurants.

Scam 😂 took everything on Ultra , and ultra has one name ! I really liked the hotel, new, built in 2022. Very beautiful rooms with a smart home system. Beautiful beach line. Excellent fast service for all questions (there is a separate application).
