The lobby is beautiful. That's all. I'm willing to put up with peeling wallpaper, with no toothbrushes, with one tube of shampoo for 3 (along with the baby), with the air conditioning automatically turning on when you leave and making the bed linen wet, with the fact that the cot came with torn side..... BUT when the reception told me twice that the dinner that I paid for is available until 9pm and I came with the baby at 8.02pm and was met by the restaurant administrator and told that the service is until 8 and the restaurant is closed (although there are people sitting there). At the same time they say that there was some kind of mistake and that I misunderstood them. I don't think this is 5 star service.

Beautiful hotel with high lever service provided. Food is delicious, room is big and functional with nice design. Hotel is very clean. My stay in Hyatt Grand Dubai is very comfortable, many thanks for that.
