Pay attention to the SPA. I came with a 4-year-old child - nothing is allowed: You can't play with a ball in the pool. You can't get warm in the sauna You can't get warm in a hot Jacuzzi either. You can't do somersaults in the water. You can't jump. A child can freeze to blue lips and run to the room to warm up. It's disgusting for such a cool hotel.

Lovely hotel, convenient location. Part of the territory is currently closed to create an artificial beach. We checked in in advance and added 2 hours as a compliment on the last day so that we didn't have to go to the airport early. The rooms are clean and modern. On the internal phone, when dialing "0", they respond very quickly to any requests. You can always catch a taxi at the exit of the hotel. The food is monotonous, but delicious.

It's absolutely not for nothing that I immediately put 5 stars on the Grand Hyatt Dubai, if it were possible to evaluate it, I would have put all 10:Luxurious Delightful Representative Rich Architecturally beautiful :both outside and inside,the staff is well-trained,starting with the main managers and ending with the room cleaners,and the lobby hall is just das ist fantastisch,of course there are certain disadvantages, but not even very noticeable,a huge territory swimming pools courts conference halls,everything is OK!!!!!I love Dubai❤

Very cool hotel. In the lobby, on the ground floor there is a whole oasis - plants, a river, palm trees. The restaurant where breakfast, lunch, and dinner are held is located in the same place. The breakfasts are great, the dinners are great, I advise everyone. The rooms are very large, bright, clean. The bathroom is very large, stone. The territory of the hotel is large, there is a lot to do. The spa area is very comfortable and clean.

Cool hotel. We stayed there for one day after a cruise on a liner in the Persian Gulf. It's a pity that we got into the rainy season in January, the weather was not very good. And so everything was super! Delicious food that was ordered to the room, sun beds near the room with a view of the pool and the bay. But very affectionate staff, brazenly begging for tips. With what, they just knock on the room and ask what else they would like???? Having received the answer that everything is OK and we don't need anything, they stand and don't leave))))

Cool hotel. Good food, for every taste. Nice territory, several swimming pools, there is enough space for everyone. There is a separate children's pool, the children were delighted, there are also two water slides. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Each room has a large window, we had a view of the new part of the city. The night view from the window is just a fascinating sight.

Wonderful hotel, conveniently located, gym, excellent food, good rooms, but... it lacks gloss, sincerity and positivity. Everything lies in the details - a strange black room for dinner, in which visitors avoid going to eat, the need to make requests for cleaning in the room yourself, some kind of twitchiness of the staff. Maybe too big?

Location in a good area, 7min. walk to the metro. Large green area, huge outdoor pools, SPA, indoor pool. Spacious rooms. Diverse cuisine. Friendly staff. Reception around the clock. The price is reasonable for a hotel of this level. Definitely recommend it!

Nice hotel. Near the airport. The territory is large, the staff is responsive, there are Russian speakers. The room is lovely, large (family suite). The Internet is very fast throughout the territory. We took breakfast and dinner: the sea of food, for every taste, has never remained annual! Alcohol is offered for dinner. There are also small restaurants on the territory, but I do not recommend Japanese (sushi was poisoned). The pool is also good, there are enough places. The only thing I didn't like, the room was on the ground floor, so the view was on the roof.
