I took out a loan, they call 5 times a day, rate, talk, take more, even after disconnecting from the site, they still call (they infuriate. However, beware of scammers)), how? How do you distinguish your intrusive service from scammers? The desire to contact this bank disappears completely.

I used the services of this bank for the first time more than 5 years ago. There was an installment plan for a year, which I closed ahead of schedule. Then there was another loan, which was also closed ahead of schedule. I was very pleased with the work of the bank. But then... on July 5, 2023, I took out a loan at 17 or 18%. The first 3 months are OK. But then, due to the fact that I did not transfer money from a debit card to a credit account (there was a technical glitch), I was 1 day overdue. And the rate rose to 28%... well, okay... it was probably written in small print in the contract. That's why I'm partly to blame, I thought. And in January 2024, they offer me to refinance the loan at 7.9%! Well, why not, I thought! The operator tells me the amount that the bank will give me for refinancing. I agree. We make an application online with the operator in the mobile application. And when I get to the final loan amount, I see that the amount is about 30,000 rubles higher! I ask, why is that?! The operator says that this amount takes into account the interest that will need to be paid! But if I repay ahead of time, the amount will decrease. This answer satisfied me! We are making out. I get the money. Everything is OK. But then, when information about the loan appears in the mobile application, I see that the loan amount is really 30,000 rubles higher and this is WITHOUT interest! I'm calling the call center. And they tell me that: yes, 30,000 rubles is the price of the service for a reduced percentage! And for the opportunity to postpone the payment date and something else ... and if you did not connect this service, the rate would be 28%! that is, the same as I had!!! Attention question - why cheat customers!? I was very disappointed in the bank!

Стороной обходите этот банк, я держатель Карты данного банка, о чём очень пожалел, при покупке безналичным расчетом в магазине банк тупо отказал, позвонив в кол центр этого банка мне тупо сотрудник Ансаган сказала что банк просто отказывает о выплате моих же денег с моего счёта просто так! Ужас нигде в мире нет такого, как банк одностороннее отказывает не пойму, при этом я ещё и депозит в этом банке держу, завтра же сменю банк. Нет доверия им!
