Everyone is always friendly, smiling and calm. In case of unusual situations, they will always help or invite a specialist, in any case, the problem will be solved. I love this bank because they don't abandon their clients.

Nice office. It's civil, there's a place to sit. There is even an electronic queue. That's where the advantages end. I arrived at around 5 p.m., joined the electronic queue, and 9 people are showing in front of me. There is one person at the tables of managers serving individuals. The others are hanging out (maybe a meeting, of course) at the far table. In 15-20 minutes, that one manager had gone somewhere. Well, judging by the electronic queue track, the last 4 clients went through the only manager at table #6.

I logged into an online bank today. and there's nothing there. No bills or cards. A white sheet with my name in the corner at the top. I wrote to WhatsApp support. We checked something for about 20 minutes, then asked for a screenshot. And all this despite the fact that I am a premium customer and they charge their fees for fancy cards regularly. It has been serviced for more than 3 years, but now it has become just a terrible bank, I do not recommend it!!!
