But the cons are also present: a huge minus is if you didn't have time for breakfast before 10 a.m., then that's it, you'll drink coffee without anything, because the next meal is only at lunch from 12; the next thing you didn't like was the lack of slippers in the room - they clean well, but you still bring this sand from the street or and then you walk on such a floor. I will also attribute food to a minus - they do not know how to cook soups at all. Of course, the choice of food is huge, there is plenty of everything, and the fish there are just wizards cooking, but there are just enough soups.
Also, there is only liquid soap and shampoo in the room and for some reason they are the same color and smell.... Well, you understand, you need to take everything with you.
In total, the hotel is cool, but these little things still overshadow the overall impression.

According to nutrition, 3 restaurants are open at the same time, the assortment is similar, but there are also differences, to my taste, there is a lot of food, varied, it is unrealistic to try everything in a week, beef, chicken, turkey, fish, a lot of vegetables, herbs, various side dishes. For breakfast, juices, orange, melon, amazing, yes, I forgot, a lot of pastries, different breads, in short, you will not be hungry. Separately, I would like to mention the hotel administration: the guys are well done, they are meeting us halfway, they are trying to help, solve all problems. We asked to change the room, we were offered several options on how to satisfy our request, and we chose the one that suited us: with a completely acceptable surcharge, we changed the standard room to a deluxe room. As far as we understood, in every shift at the reception there is someone who speaks Russian passably, or we were so lucky) In general, the staff treats guests very well. In general, I liked everything. There are 2 playgrounds for volleyball fans. There are several shopping tents on the beach, the prices are not higher than the city ones. In general, I liked it - the expectations matched, although we took the tour at the last moment due to the cancellation of Turkey. Regarding nutrition, yes, there is some monotony, but we always found something to eat. The alcohol is local, but it didn't bother us. The rooms are one-room, but larger. A big minus is the lack of individual shower accessories (only a bucket with something not clear), they did not always put a towel for their feet. Although there were bathrobes, which are not always available in hotels of similar quality.
The hotel has its own reef with fish, which is better not to walk on, but to swim nearby. We were glad that we took special slippers with us - going into the sea in stones + there are marine animals with needles, it is not very pleasant when they dig into the leg (crabs also bite)
There are always sun beds, we have not been to the pool, but always to the sea. The staff is pleasant, but the service is different for Russians and Germans, the attitude changes for tips (for Egypt, this is normal). The staff is Russian-speaking.
I won't say about WiFi, we bought SIM cards at the airport - we had enough. All souvenirs in the hotel are very expensive, although oils and other things are much cheaper (Thanks to the seller Mikhail).

For breakfast, fresh juices melon, orange, guava. For money, watermelon, strawberries and various other cocktails. Watermelons are paid, sweet. Fruits include guava, apples, oranges, dates, grapefruit, bananas.
There are a lot of sweets, but I don't eat them, I can't appreciate them)). We did not see queues at restaurants, there was enough space for everyone, although the hotel was normally occupied. Sun beds in the pool can always be found, not always under an umbrella, of course they are occupied from 7-8 in the morning, but there is always enough space under the sun. Animation: compared to other hotels, it's a little weak, we don't need it, so we didn't experience any discomfort. The sea: Alibaba beach is bad, but you can walk 100-200 meters and you get to Aladin beach, there is sand, there is plenty for children. Sun beds can always be found. There is food at the sea in the cafe. Yes, it's not as varied as in the hotel restaurant, but you can eat normally.
We were given a great room and no extra charge.
In general, we are very satisfied with the hotel, we plan to return in September.
Of the cons: there were ants in the room on the second floor, but it was our own fault, we left the chocolate. We asked the cleaning service to solve the problem and it was immediately eliminated. In general, we recommend the hotel! Thanks to all the hotel staff for our wonderful vacation.

A very unpleasant attitude towards Russians, while paying special attention to Europeans, kissing, hugging, as if they hadn't seen them for a year. They don't move away from them. It was a feeling that they came on a voucher, and we rest here for free!
Beach workers. If you think that in the morning vacationers lay out towels in order to take a sunbed and go about their business, then you are deeply mistaken. This is an established business of beach workers. They put towels in good places on the sun beds early in the morning, and then they are sold secretly for money. If you pay attention, there are always several employees standing next to the booth, near the issue of towels, well, that's exactly what they are doing. We personally observed the picture of how a Russian family was kicked out of the sunbeds and the Germans were immediately brought in.
It is clear that the soul and a lot of money are invested in the hotel, but the staff, in my opinion, spoils the whole impression of the hotel. Impudent, shameless!

We arrived at night- we were given a dry ration - the restaurant was not opened for us.
We really liked the hotel!!!The price is not equal to the quality, the quality is above all praise for the ticket prices. Everyone is trying very hard! It's clear! The food is delicious both in the main restaurants and in the snack bar. In the main restaurant where they give sushi, you can hint that they would make super sushi - they are awesome. My husband was given just like that, but for such a yummy meal they gave $ 2 On the street, on the veranda at the main restaurant, the cook does a show. The fish restaurant is only on Wednesday and Sunday-we didn't know about it and flew by. You can have 1 visit per vacation - you need to sign up. Beer in bars is diluted, but in the main restaurant they pour quite good beer for lunch or dinner. Cocktails are delicious, so we brought all the alcohol from Duty Free home - we didn't need it, we were originally preparing for a disgusting swill.

Leaving the hotel on the left where the abandoned Albatross market- BARGAIN- prices are reduced by 2 times exactly from the original. At the very end there is a mini market where you can buy drinks, cigarettes, milk, creams, hygiene products.
They don't accept old dollars, but be careful, they slip them into change
I don't like to go back to the same place- but this place is an exception, I want to come back here, but for a little longer. Since for 7 days we didn't even want to get out of the territory - we enjoyed the sea and the sun

This is the kind of hotel you want to come back to! The food is delicious and varied. The territory is beautiful, well-maintained, large. A water park, a separate time to spend, a large, for every fear and taste, a separate children's roller coaster complex. The beach is also any, you want sand, you want rocks, you want a pier. There is a whole carnival on Fridays. The children's room is nice, good girls work. The staff is generally responsive and friendly, they will always help and prompt. They become family for tips)) I didn't like only one waiter, an evening chubby by the pool, a sexy guy. Otherwise, everything is cool, we are glad that we visited this hotel, had a great rest!

The rest took place from 21.04. The weather was gorgeous. We were very lucky with the hotel. The standard room was large and cozy. They cleaned well. You can always choose something delicious to eat. There were not always places under umbrellas. The animation for children is simply gorgeous.

We had a cool hotel from 08/31/9/2023. We really liked it, good food, large territory, pleasant staff, cool chefs, a gorgeous pool. Pleasant rooms with pool views. Minus the inconvenient opening hours of the bars, the inconvenient location of the bars on the beach and pool, children's animation at a low level. In general, the hotel is good, you can go. And plus, this water park for children is just fine.

A great hotel with an aqua park, lots of pools on a well-maintained territory. We were not in high season, there were not very many tenants, but despite this there was animation. The food is not very varied, but it is always fresh, of good quality and delicious. The beach is just wonderful. There is a place near the hotel where monkeys sit in cages, you can go there and feed them.

An excellent hotel, delicious and varied food, a beach for 4 people, a huge territory, courteous staff, good rooms, a gorgeous pool, excellent service, everything is very clean, interesting evening events, a wonderful water park, but don't really hope for WiFi, it works poorly, so it's easier to buy a SIM card, it's not expensive, but it's better on the territory of the hotel, they cheat at the airport!
