We rested with my husband from 29.02. to 07.03.We recommend this hotel to our friends and all tourists. We arrived late in the evening. We had breakfast and dinner included. Since dinner is before 22:00, we did not have time for it and upon check-in we were offered to replace it with lunch any day (we just had to give 24 hours notice). Our room was stated to have one large bed. There was such a room when checking in, but its windows faced the side where it was noisy because of the party and music, we refused. We were offered to spend one night in a room with two beds and the next day we were provided with another room. The rooms are clean, there is no dampness. There is everything you need:liquid soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, slippers, bathrobes, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, everything for tea and coffee in the room. The breakfasts and dinners are Swedish. Lunch was taken instead of dinner to choose from, the portions are huge. The staff is friendly. The whole hotel has a pleasant smell. There is a huge mall and a metro station nearby. We got to where we needed to without any problems. Jamila will miss you❤There are 2 Russian-speaking administrators. Jamila and a man (I don't remember the name). We had an early departure to the airport, at 4 a.m. 2 breakfast packages were prepared for us. We warned you in advance in the evening. We liked everything!

A good hotel in the price-quality ratio. Good breakfast (buffet), near the metro and ibn batuta mall. Lunch and dinner buffets were no longer available (although maybe because it was out of season). In any case, you can eat in the mall nearby cheaply and in a variety of ways.

A great hotel, everything is there, the breakfasts are monotonous but quite tasty, near a shopping center that has everything you need.
Of the minuses: a tired shower that flows into the toilet, sometimes I had to watch a puddle in the toilet.

I recommend taking as many Tours as possible, as the price for them is surprisingly small, but they include a full range. You will return well-fed and satisfied)

Important! There is a transfer to the Palm beach of Shizlong, shchonty, towel, swimming pool, changing rooms (for the rest the entrance is 170 dirhams) and a free Kit Beach.
Cons a little far from the center..
No deposit was required upon check-in. Payment of tax upon check-in is 90 dirhams or in dollars 26.

Corresponds to 4 stars, I didn't like it - the dinners are modest, but the breakfasts are not bad, the pool is shallow 1.20 cm, the staff is quite indifferent, but there is a cool driver from the hotel.
A big advantage is the metro is nearby, but to get to the center you need a transfer.
In a couple of minutes walk there is a large shopping mall, a lot of shops, but not many of those that are popular in Russia, for example, there is no indetex at all.
The main disadvantage is that there is no balcony and the windows open only downwards and then slightly, if you plan to bathe / wash / dry things - it is difficult to dry anything, things smell damp.
The main advantage is a relatively good location .

A good hotel, it was very convenient for me from the point of view of visiting the Dubai Airshow exhibition - there is a free round-trip bus stop opposite. Yes, there is nowhere to walk around, but there is a metro station, a couple of stops and Dubai Marina, three more stops and Dubai Moll. But this is certainly not a hotel for recreation, but more for work, business trips, although there is also a daily free shuttle to the beach.

We rested here in April 2023, we really liked it, although the location is not the best, but the metro is right in front of the hotel, a big super pier when leaving the hotel, there is a Russian-speaking staff, the food is monotonous but delicious, there is a swimming pool, spa, gym, etc., the rooms are clean and tidy, cleaning every day at the same time, there are rooms for people with disabilities, I RECOMMEND IT.

A great hotel for its 4 stars. At the reception, one of the girls speaks Russian. The rooms are small but cozy. Breakfasts and dinners are buffet style, of course, a set of dishes got a little boring during the week, but everything is delicious and well prepared. The metro is nearby, this is a big plus. And there is a free Shuttle to the beach, by appointment.

There was no deposit for the minibar, the green tax for 7 days was 105 dirhams per room. There is a starbucks in the lobby. The food is excellent. Everything is delicious, there is a lot of choice, not Turkey, of course, but we were very satisfied. I wouldn't say that the food was monotonous, yes, sometimes the dishes were repeated, but I didn't see anything terrible in it. There was only water for dinner, they say that there are many places in Dubai like this, a mystery that we have not solved. There was plenty of breakfast and dinner, it was always possible to change dinner for lunch in advance, if necessary. There is alcohol in the hotel. Wine for dinner, a bar near the pool, an average of 1 cocktail cost 35-40 dirhams, there is also a hookah in the hotel and you can smoke near the basik.Specify where the windows go out, basik's parties are held in the vyh, it did not bother us, but families with children will be 100% disturbed, in general we were warned at the reception about this, so we consciously chose the party side. Pleasant music was always playing. There was a bachata party on the beaches, it was fun to see. We were on a free beach with perfect sand and azure water, toilets, showers-everything is there. There are a lot of cafes nearby, you can have lunch there. The hotel is next to the shopping center, literally a minute, convenient, there is a large supermarket, clothing stores, pharmacies, food court. There is a bus stop and a metro station within a minute. It is very very convenient, we drove to all the tourist places ourselves, there is nothing complicated in the subway, everything tells you if you get confused. In general, I did not find any pros and cons)

We lived in it for a week, in March 2024. In general, it's not bad. Of the minuses, I note: the refrigerator does not work in the room, with such a story in all, the iron was changed four times (it also did not work), the plumbing leaves much to be desired - everything flows and splashes in different directions, the sockets did not work - they asked three times to fix it, as a result, only two days later they did.
Breakfasts 7-8, monotonous. It's a long way to the sea, we took a taxi. You need to sign up for a shuttle from the hotel 2-3 days in advance.

The breakfast is quite varied for the local cuisine (omelette, sausages, noodles, fruit at a minimum, pastries, legumes) buffet. Large swimming pool. Two shuttles to the beach. My windows overlooked the mall, it was quiet. There is a metro station nearby, but in general the area itself is mainly for immigrants from India and Pakistan, as it is located next to an industrial zone where people from other countries work looking for a better life.

We rested at the hotel in the first half of February.
Very comfortable rooms.

Our room had a pool view. I read reviews that this is a very noisy side. Nothing like that.
Quiet, no one bothered us.
The breakfasts at the hotel are good, there is a large selection of dishes.
There is a Russian-speaking sweet girl at the reception. Everyone is always up to date. Everyone responds to any questions.
Transfer to the private beach on the palm tree 4 times a day. The beach is beautiful, there are a lot of sunbeds, there is always a place.
20 meters from the hotel is a large shopping center with many cafes, food courts, shops.
I recommend the seafood restaurant Off The Hook. Unusual serving of dishes, everything is very tasty and inexpensive. Together you can eat excellent seafood for 70 dirhams. The portions are huge, not everyone can eat everything.
There is also an alcohol store Mmi near the hotel in the parking lot in front of the shopping center. Sale only by passport. The choice is worthy. The prices pleased.
Another huge plus of the hotel is the metro and bus station 100 meters away.
By bus 8 you can get to the Marina and to any beach.
The hotel for its location and comfort can be safely put 5*

We chose this hotel on the trail.parameters:
1. Reviews - everything is real, meets expectations;
2. Location:
- metro, including the opportunity to go to Abu Dhabi;
- the shopping center is calm, not very crowded (like the Dubai Mall, or the Emirates shopping center), the design is cool, the prices are reasonable;
- Dubai Marina and JBR beach are not far away (1 bus stop), by taxi about 14-15 AED.
There is also a free shuttle service to Kite Beach, a large and not very crowded beach.
The outdoor pool is open until 20:00. There were no discos in the evening, because we went to Ramadan.
Upon check-in, we were met by a Russian-speaking employee at the reception, Jamila, a very attentive and friendly girl.

We rested there from 27.05 to 2.06.The location of the hotel is excellent, no matter what's outside the window, we came to rest, not to look out the window. The room is cleaned every day, there is a kettle, coffee, sugar, tea, water is left in 3 small bottles.
