The second time I'm staying at this hotel, the first time I bought a tour, the second time I booked through the website via mail, they immediately replied, asked me to print out the reservation. That's it! I really like this hotel, it's just a fire for my money! the room, the pool, the hall, the service, for delicious and varied breakfast food, the location (near the metro + at the big shopping center, where there is a food court, a supermarket, and clothing stores) - everything is super! I especially loved Ahmed (he speaks Russian well and helps with any question!), as well as very friendly and kind Mahmoud, helps with a suitcase, heavy things, always opens doors, even in a taxi! I am very grateful to this hotel for a cool vacation! I will come here again.

There is not a single minus in this hotel, only pros!!! The staff is friendly, the rooms are new, daily cleaning the location of the hotel is excellent: metro, bus are all nearby), the Trampoline mall is 5 steps away, the food is delicious and varied. A great option for a city hotel. The breakfasts are good, croissants are especially memorable, it's better to take dinners than to eat outside the hotel, there is no lunch. There are always places on the pool, the water is warm. The renovation in the hotel is fresh, modern, bed linen and beds are simply "enveloped". The transfer is free to the beach, towels are also provided there, a sunbed and an umbrella are provided. There was an unpleasant incident at the hotel, they decided by half, they had to seek the truth. Despite this, I recommend the hotel and we will definitely visit it again.

We rested at the hotel in the first half of February.
Very comfortable rooms.
There is an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, kettle, refrigerator.
Our room had a pool view. I read reviews that this is a very noisy side. Nothing like that.
Quiet, no one bothered us.
The breakfasts at the hotel are good, there is a large selection of dishes.
There is a Russian-speaking sweet girl at the reception. Everyone is always up to date. Everyone responds to any questions.
Transfer to the private beach on the palm tree 4 times a day. The beach is beautiful, there are a lot of sunbeds, there is always a place.
20 meters from the hotel is a large shopping center with many cafes, food courts, shops.
I recommend the seafood restaurant Off The Hook. Unusual serving of dishes, everything is very tasty and inexpensive. Together you can eat excellent seafood for 70 dirhams. The portions are huge, not everyone can eat everything.
There is also an alcohol store Mmi near the hotel in the parking lot in front of the shopping center. Sale only by passport. The choice is worthy. The prices pleased.
Another huge plus of the hotel is the metro and bus station 100 meters away.
By bus 8 you can get to the Marina and to any beach.
The hotel for its location and comfort can be safely put 5*

I can definitely recommend the hotel. It was in March 2023. The location is very convenient - near the metro and shopping center with food courts, there is a transfer to a nice beach in a private beach club (free for some rooms). No deposit is required upon check-in. The breakfasts are quite decent. Staff and service for 5.

We chose this hotel on the trail.parameters:
1. Reviews - everything is real, meets expectations;
2. Location:
- metro, including the opportunity to go to Abu Dhabi;
- the shopping center is calm, not very crowded (like the Dubai Mall, or the Emirates shopping center), the design is cool, the prices are reasonable;
- Dubai Marina and JBR beach are not far away (1 bus stop), by taxi about 14-15 AED.
There is also a free shuttle service to Kite Beach, a large and not very crowded beach.
The outdoor pool is open until 20:00. There were no discos in the evening, because we went to Ramadan.
Upon check-in, we were met by a Russian-speaking employee at the reception, Jamila, a very attentive and friendly girl.
Many thanks to Ahmed, he accompanied us during the whole vacation, helped, answered questions and took into account all our wishes.

We rested there from 27.05 to 2.06.The location of the hotel is excellent, no matter what's outside the window, we came to rest, not to look out the window. The room is cleaned every day, there is a kettle, coffee, sugar, tea, water is left in 3 small bottles. The metro gives access to the entire center of Dubai almost in a straight line. It takes about 30-40 minutes to drive. It is also very important that the hotel is practically connected to the entrance to a very large Ibn Batuta shopping center. This is a normal shopping center with normal shops, unlike Dubai Mall, where you should rather go on an excursion. And yet, it seems, two metro stops away there is also a large beach and a famous place for relaxing and swimming. Therefore, the hotel is valuable for all this. We rested at the hotel in December 2022. The hotel is good, arrived before 12. We wrote earlier in the reviews that they were settling earlier - we were unlucky. The staff is responsive, but not Russian-speaking (there is only one girl who understands Russian).
Transfer to the beach 4 times a day. But at the beginning, well, but towards the end of December there were not enough seats on the bus. We signed up for two or three days in advance.
There is a swimming pool and a gym in the hotel - free of charge. Quite a nice pool, warm, lots of places to stay. There are few people here, either in the morning or in the evening.
We had food - breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is very varied, dinner is not always a great choice, but the presence of soup pleases)
The room is nice, new, like the whole hotel. If necessary, change the linen and towels at least every day and put bottles of water. There is enough space, but don't expect a beautiful view - around the industrial zone, and behind them a pond.
Instead of a dryer, there is a special design in the shower stall on the side wall.
Mini-bar. He does not freeze from the word at all, only cools the bottles. I would like something more powerful.
Great location. Nearby is a metro station in any direction of Dubai, as well as a bus stop where buses go to the Marina and Palm Jumeirah, tram and monorail.
There is also a shopping center right in the same building. And there is also an alcohol store in the covered parking lot at the Ibn Battuta shopping center. It's called mmi, red doors and it says that inhale is only for tourists.

Great hotel! Yes, there are nuances. It is somewhat remote from the turbulent life, there is no balcony. To whom this is fundamentally not your option. But the rooms themselves are gorgeous. We had a suite. 40 meters. The bed is huge, soft. 2 TVs and 2 air conditioners. The bed was changed every day. Cleaning for 5. Breakfast and dinner are delicious. They are diverse enough not to get bored. Yes, this is not Turkey with kilometers of food, but there is enough of everything. Near metro, mall, bus stop and taxi. The staff is polite, smiling. The doorman always opened the door with the words "good morning, sir" - to her husband. I'm "madam" well, it's just nice)
The language is mostly English, but their English is so accented that it is difficult to understand our accent. There is a Russian-speaking guy at the reception. The hotel always smells nice. Flavored apparently. Arabic music is playing. Always and everywhere is clean. It's gone for us!

We were in April 2023. I read a lot of reviews and confirm that the hotel is super for this topic. There are no restrictions on the transfer even to Abu Dhabi, even in Dubai. It will take time to get to Burj Khalifa, but it's so small for me. Ibn batutta mall top place. There is a shuttle service to the beach on the palm tree (beer doroooe😒) and a free Kate beach.
