The hotel is normal, its main advantage is that it is located near a metro stop, buses, including those that can take you to Abu Dhabi. The metro gives access to the entire center of Dubai almost in a straight line. It takes about 30-40 minutes to drive. It is also very important that the hotel is practically connected to the entrance to a very large Ibn Batuta shopping center. This is a normal shopping center with normal shops, unlike Dubai Mall, where you should rather go on an excursion. And yet, it seems, two metro stops away there is also a large beach and a famous place for relaxing and swimming. Therefore, the hotel is valuable for all this. Well, there is also an outdoor swimming pool. The breakfasts are nothing outstanding.

The food is delicious but the choice is small, the window in the room was broken and the bathroom door wouldn't close. It's good that there is a transfer to the beach, but not all hotel visitors were booked in advance, as a result there was a crush on the bus. The service is normal/normal. Maximum 3 stars.

We rested at the hotel in December 2022. The hotel is good, arrived before 12. We wrote earlier in the reviews that they were settling earlier - we were unlucky. The staff is responsive, but not Russian-speaking (there is only one girl who understands Russian).
Transfer to the beach 4 times a day. But at the beginning, well, but towards the end of December there were not enough seats on the bus. We signed up for two or three days in advance.
There is a swimming pool and a gym in the hotel - free of charge. Quite a nice pool, warm, lots of places to stay. There are few people here, either in the morning or in the evening.
We had food - breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is very varied, dinner is not always a great choice, but the presence of soup pleases)
The room is nice, new, like the whole hotel. If necessary, change the linen and towels at least every day and put bottles of water. There is enough space, but don't expect a beautiful view - around the industrial zone, and behind them a pond.
Instead of a dryer, there is a special design in the shower stall on the side wall.
Mini-bar. He does not freeze from the word at all, only cools the bottles. I would like something more powerful.
Great location. Nearby is a metro station in any direction of Dubai, as well as a bus stop where buses go to the Marina and Palm Jumeirah, tram and monorail.
There is also a shopping center right in the same building. And there is also an alcohol store in the covered parking lot at the Ibn Battuta shopping center. It's called mmi, red doors and it says that inhale is only for tourists.

Lovely hotel. Luxury rooms with everything you need, perfect cleaning. Delicious breakfasts and dinners. Lunch is on the menu, but everything is delicious too.
Convenient location near the mall, metro station and bus station. By bus 8 you can get to any beach.

Great hotel! Yes, there are nuances. It is somewhat remote from the turbulent life, there is no balcony. To whom this is fundamentally not your option. But the rooms themselves are gorgeous. We had a suite. 40 meters. The bed is huge, soft. 2 TVs and 2 air conditioners. The bed was changed every day. Cleaning for 5. Breakfast and dinner are delicious. They are diverse enough not to get bored. Yes, this is not Turkey with kilometers of food, but there is enough of everything. Near metro, mall, bus stop and taxi. The staff is polite, smiling. The doorman always opened the door with the words "good morning, sir" - to her husband. I'm "madam" well, it's just nice)
The language is mostly English, but their English is so accented that it is difficult to understand our accent. There is a Russian-speaking guy at the reception. The hotel always smells nice. Flavored apparently. Arabic music is playing. Always and everywhere is clean. It's gone for us!

They take you to two beaches. I liked the outdoor kite beach more. The hotel itself is separated from the sea by some power plants, but very close to the metro. After leaving 2 metro stations, you get to Dubai Marina. Photo of the hotel pool in the photo below.

We were in April 2023. I read a lot of reviews and confirm that the hotel is super for this topic. There are no restrictions on the transfer even to Abu Dhabi, even in Dubai. It will take time to get to Burj Khalifa, but it's so small for me. Ibn batutta mall top place. There is a shuttle service to the beach on the palm tree (beer doroooe😒) and a free Kate beach.

In general, the hotel is passable. The high rating on the booking led me into a little confusion.
Pros: proximity to the metro (right across the street), ~20 minutes by metro to the Marina, shopping center at hand, access to the RIVA beach with free shuttle service and a 20% discount on the restaurant menu, friendly staff (in our case, even settled a couple of hours earlier), good coffee, fruit every day, the beds have USB connectors for the phone charging wire, an inexpensive cost relative to the location.
Cons: the tired hotel (although it was built not so long ago) - this is especially noticeable by the condition of the bathroom (yellowed tiles, peeling joints, a shabby bathtub); cleaning suffers even with good tips (someone else's hair and litter on the floor, not a full set of towels after cleaning); breakfast is the most meager and monotonous for the entire travel experience, the dinner is the same, only only water is available from drinks (even tea in a bag is already for money); there is no "view" from the window (or rather, it is on the industrial zone :)) ; the service as a whole leaves much to be desired.
We were practically not in the hotel, and he fulfilled his task to sleep / wash / eat.
The nuances that we encountered - the safe did not work, there was no hair dryer, but after a couple of requests, everything was corrected.
Summary - to improve the quality of service and food, then the hotel will meet the stated four stars.
